The service was fantastic. The grilled chicken and green salad was delicious. The pizza so so. The tortellini not bad, the sauce could be creamier and stronger taste. We really enjoyed there. Will certainly recommend it!

Dog food for sure!!! This restaurant have nothing the same italian food, excluding restaurant name. In the menu you can find the home made italian cannelloni, but it's a LIE! Those cannelloni as a pizza was cooked in microwave from frozen surrogate. AVOID this "restaurant". If you still got inside the restaurant and reading this review, run away from there before you order.

Walked in by myself at 6 p.m. on a Friday night and the place was deserted. Despite this I had a wonderful meal and fantastic service. I ordered the cannelloni and it came from the kitchen bubbling hot and was delicious, rich, and filling.

The staff were very friendly... I ordered the Fettuccini al Frutti di mare, which was described as: Prawns, Shrimp, Clams, Mussels, Salmon and Bassa Fillet... What I got was mussels, bassa, possibly frozen shrimp, canned clams, and imitation crab meat; no salmon, no prawns. No where near worth the fine dining prices. I will not be back.

Wow, ok, so I was surprised the spaghetti and meatballs were really good...given its not Vancouver but a small town, so hear me out lol. But oddly the opposite case with the pizza we had, which seemed to be close to a frozen box type sadly. Regardless, good short menu they can handle, stays pretty busy, plenty of parking and seating.

I really wanted the food to be good as I was starving but the "home made Cannelloni with pink sauce " was horrible, and my friends lasagna was no better. $58.00 for one of the worst meals we've ever had and all we drank was water. Don't eat here!

The prices were WAY more expensive than I was expecting. The menu was quite limited and the food was pretty mediocre. Would have been a great deal if it was a $12 plate but NO WAY worth a $20 plate. Yikes. Will not be coming back here again.

Me and my wife went to LA DOlCE VITA yesterday. The food was really good , great atmosphere and the staff there treat you like family. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try fresh italian dishes.

This little gem is located in Hope, just off the highway. We stopped here on the way home from Penticton for some dinner before continuing on and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly, and the service snappy. The menu is about what you'd expect for a pizza/pasta/steak place, no surprises, but very well executed.

Ordered take out from here, it was terrible. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and the GF had the tortellini Alfredo. Meatballs were awful, tasted very peppery and texture was rubbery. GF was not impressed with the Alfredo sauce either. I’ve had better spaghetti and meatballs at Denny’s and that’s not saying much LOL. We will not be back.

We just had dinner and the experience was horrible...my husband ordered fettuccine and while eating he pulled out an 8inch hair from his mouth. Immediately I showed the server and she apologized and went into the kitchen. She came back asked my husband if he would like to order something else..let's just say that he was ready to leave and never come back The server said that she will be right back with the bill and that she would do us a favor and scrap his meal. What do you know...she came back with the bill and a smile on her face and the bill was $37 some My husband asked for the manager and asked how's that possible after such a horrible experience still pay for the other meal...which was not great either. I am wondering if the owner of the restaurant has any idea what's going on...because it is not just us with a bad review....so please you are in this business but just make sure that your staff is properly trained especially in cooking On our way out I just looked back and I saw the server and the manager laughing...that made me so upset to see them laughing...for some people it's just funny and another good story to tell. So ..I am hoping the owner is checking the reviews and to take some action because this is a serious matter...yes it can happen to anyone but the way everything was handled tells me everything about the people that work there. We just drove from Jasper and Banff and we had an unbelievable experience...and this happens. Look around you..lots of restaurants but not to many last...just for that reason..unprofessional and poor training. Good luck with everything and hopefully some things will change.

As we were passing through at lunchtime, we stopped at La Dolce Vita as it was the first visible place to eat. The waitress was vacuuming in the dark when we arrived, both our water glasses had lipstick on them, the cannelloni tasted old, and they didn't even use real parmesan cheese on top. It was expensive, and unappealing as well as the waitress did very little to make us feel like she wanted us there. I guess there's something to say about a place with no cars in the parking lot.
