Out of the past few times I've gone, they've been seriously understaffed, which has reflected waiting times significantly, I'm sure theyre trying to make things better, but I'm rating based off of recent experiences.

Small rooms, and our three person room had only been set up for two people. Staff were accommodating though.

Very clean and cozy. Both a fine dining restaurant and bar/pub are attached. Great customer service and walking distance to everything you need. Will definitely return.

Room was comfortable. Location was close to lots of things. Front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Best hotel in the tiny town of Hay River NT though a bit outdated. Stayed there on two occasions. Rooms were clean, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Got a renovated room the second time with an updated bathroom which we would prefer next time.
