We were lucky enough to be invited to the soft opening of the newly constructed Keg on Upper James St. The meal was absolutely delicious as always from the Keg. The star of the night is the new building. It is absolutely beautiful. They now have an area off the bar that can be opened up in better weather with doors that fold open and large side windows that allow a cross breeze. The colors and decor are top notch. The restaurant is divided off with different dining areas. Overall it is slightly larger than the old building. They have added extra parking but it can never be enough. Lighting is being installed in the parking area as well. The entrance off Upper James has been consolidated into one large entrance and exit. CONGRATULATIONS TO JIM AND SHEILA!!!! Very well done. Wishing you much success.

Always a good experience. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. The food is always superb. Update: My wife and I were there again tonight and I cannot believe how awesome the new building is. For those that don't know, this location was torn down April 2018 and rebuild. Now it is brand new, stylish, and modern. In addition it is bigger inside, heated floors in part of the restaurant, private party room, and all new appliances in the kitchen which makes the food taste that much better.

Ordered curbside pickup for my birthday. The process of ordering online and the timed picked up was seamless and then of course the delicious food! They even included complementary bread Although, I miss the ambience of dining inside the Keg, having a steak that literally melts in your mouth is good anywhere! I highly recommend to anyone who wants to do this for a special occasion or just because. A little pricier then a skip the dishes restaurant but it is the Keg afterall :)

I usually stray away from franchises, but we went here for a family dinner to celebrate a birthday. It was amazing. The staff are TOP NOTCH here. Our waitress was so accommodating to the little children we had with us, she was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only thing was a diner at our table had a peanut and sesame allergy and although she made sure his meal did not have any, the apps that came out were topped with sesame. Overall very happy with our experience and this is coming from a plant based eater! (Yes they had vegan options!)

We haven’t been to The Keg since last March 2020 (due to covid restrictions). We spend all of our anniversaries at various Keg locations in the GTA (York St, Esplanade, Mansion…) – but this was the first time at the Upper James location in Hamilton (on July 30th) and it was the BEST Keg we’ve been to. The entire staff at this location was so pleasant and went above & beyond. The table layout were 6ft apart and we were seated in a booth away from everyone near the kitchen. Our server, Robin was fantastic – very attentive, pleasant and really made our dining experience enjoyable! Steaks were perfectly cooked. We’ll definitely come back here for our next anniversary. Cheers!

Loved my recent visit to the keg on upper James @ the linc! love the make a reservation option on their website, just pick a time if its available you show up for that time. If its not available it will recommend the closest available opening. Anyways got there for 6:45 on a Friday , their social distancing measures made it so we didn't come into close contact with anyone, and the tables are spread out a good ten feet give or take from other tables. Overall great experience and loved their top sirloin, the server was very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back here highly recommended to dine here, 5 out of 5 stars

This was our first visit to this location since being renovated. What a beautiful place! We wanted to acknowledge the top-notch staff and manager this evening. We were celebrating my husband's birthday along with our daughter and his mother. Your kindness and friendliness made it a very memorable dinner. Thanks, as well, goes to reception when making our reservation. They understood and delivered on our request for the quietest of areas for my almost 90-year-old mother-in-law. The lack of music playing makes it much easier to converse with each other as well. We'll be back for sure!

Ribs are amazing. Usually cooked perfect. Just last 2 times they were dry. Still number 1 place for fall off the bone ribs. Can't b mad when 2 out of a hundred times its off. These guys in the kitchen have produced ribs u can't pick up without them coming apart consistently. So if recently anyone else had a similar experience, don't judge. They are probably just trying to get back in the swing of things. We support u.

The service was awesome! The food was amazing! The best ceaser salad, shrimp cocktail and rib steak going. I loved the green turf they installed for the padio however their should be umbrellas for the tables as it was quite warm with no protection from the sun. Had to get my sunglasses from the car. Not sure why they didn't incorporate umbrellas at the Upper James location. Waterdown location had umbrellas and I believe it is the same owners.

We ordered the Celebration Package for our anniversary. It was amazing! Yes we cooked it ourselves and had a great amount of fun doing it! The instructions that were provided were clear and concise. Thank you Keg for a memorable and different dining experience! We will order this again for sure! We do look forward to dining at the Keg once it opens, but we like to think this celebration package will be available even when you reopen! We have posted pictures of the meal.on Facebook, and many of our friends and relatives have indicated their intention to order a celebration package.

me and my gf went to keg for our anniversary. we got our booth table reservation table, amazing waiter Ricky was so friendly and professional. amazing food! perfect steak and seafood for our dinner. also at the end we asked our waiter for the bill but instead he brought us complimentary ice cream cake and greeted us happy anniversary. we got surprised. 5/5 rating. will definitely go back again.

After a four day road trip, returning home from a Florida vacation, we were happy to stop for our final night in Hamilton. We searched Google Maps for a hotel that was located within walking distance of a decent restaurant and as soon as this Keg showed up, our decision was made. Arriving on a weekend night, the place was expectantly busy with a but of a wait for a table, but no worries, as we were able to grab a couple chairs - and a couple of drinks - in the bar while we waited ;-) What else would one order for dinner at The Keg other than steak! Our expectations were not defeated and in fact, I'd say this one of the best meals we've ever enjoyed in all the years of Keg visits! Despite the fact that the place was packed full, our table for two seemed intimate fir the two if us, even though we appeared to be on a main thoroughfare back to the kitchen ;-) That was probably due to the staff not look g like they were rushed or anxious - you know 'the look' some servers have when restaurants are busy? That wasn't the case here on this night. Our experience was pleasantly and unexpectedly topped off with a complimentary dessert that we both agreed must have been dropped from the heavens above :-) Our thanks to the manager, Jason, and all the staff for making our evening mist pleasant and memorable. Would highly recommend this Keg to all.

Beautifully renovated. Line up was a bit long BUT it was 5pm on a Saturday. Our server and food was excellent. Even more impressive though was what happened at the table behind us. It was the lady at the tables birthday, they screwed something up, don't recall what. Then they took a bit to bring out the correct food. The people were very polite about it and I don't think they even asked for anything for the mistake, but the waitress apologized by comping them one of their bottles of wine. THAT is how you get people coming back forever. Classy Move Keg, keep up the great work.

This is the first opportunity I had to go to The Keg since their renovations and it was amazing. The atmosphere on the enclosed patio is my new favourite place to be. My waitress Ellie was the best. She was quick, attentive, and very personable. The food was better then I remembered. Tried the baked brie, to die for. Steak melted in my mouth. Love it and will be back next week to try another new dish.

We visited tonight for our wedding anniversary. The food was delicious and ambience was great. Our server Roger made thoughtful suggestions and helped us have the best time. We wanted something special for greeting 2021. We thought that the Keg is a great restaurant so why not order food to pick up. We were surprised on how good it was. There was a prix fix menu for new years and we selected the Filet, Lobster, Caesar Salad , twice baked potatoes and Billy Miner cake. It was just as good as eating it in the restaurant. The food was very easy to pick up. They had a great system. It was so nice to enjoy a meal like this even though we brought it back home. We loved it.

You know how they say when you die you see a light and it’s warm and you feel safe? Well that’s how I felt when I was eating my steak. If I ever go to prison and I was on death row I would definitely be serving up The Keg as my last meal. Steak was cooked P E R F E C T L Y. Our waiter was phenomenal, and the desserts were amazing. Super good food! I went here craving crab claws and lobster tail and that is exactly what I got. They have a seafood plate that is king crab claws, lobster tail, and jumbo grilled shrimp. Came with a side, I got mashed potatoes and a chaser salad. As crazy as it may sound, I got it all to go and ate it at home. My only complain is I wish it didn’t cost my 75$ for just me.

I don't write reviews much but I ordered takeout to celebrate a birthday at home, I ordered food and dessert but when I came home they forgot to pack the dessert . I called the restaurant and spoke to management who was so nice and understanding, they offered to makeup for the mistake. I met with the manager who handed me a personal letter apologizing for the mishap. This restaurant takes customer service so seriously that I had to give it 5 stars, human errors happen but it's how it's dealt with that makes the difference in overall experience. Amazing customer service and the takeout food was good too! Thank you for going above and beyond for something so small like dessert :)

Overall, a lovely dining experience. We suggest reserving a table in the main dining area. The "front" room is drafty and busy. Our server Greg P. was phenomenal, anticipating every need. The food was delicious, but the vegetable portions have been reduced by at least half! The ambience of the orginal building was far warmer and more welcoming.

We attempted to order online from this location for dinner on Sunday, placing the online order Friday evening. All seemed to go well and I received confirmation of my online order through an email. On Sunday morning, I received an email notification that my order had been cancelled for some reason, at this time I ordered online through another Keg location, later Sunday morning I received another email from the Hamilton location telling me my original order would be ready for pick up at the time requested and placed on Friday evening. I called the Hamilton Location and spoke with Jeff/Geoff who informed me this problem occurs and he'd correct it with his IT department. I apologised to him that I had to place the original online dinner order with another Keg location and to avoid confusion about why I wouldn't be showing up to collect the order from their location. Hopefully, I'll be able to order from Hamilton again now that this glitch can occur with online ordering. Some takeout menu items are $1 more at this location compared with other Keg locations.

Had a great experience here, I wanted my steak cooked just a little more but the manager insisted on replating and giving me a desert for the mishab. The server was great as well very easy to understand with great enthusiasm (Jessica C). Jay was the manager and definitely showed that he cared about the customer. As far as the food goes it was good espically considering the price tag but you have to remember you are paying for service and atmosphere too and that definitely showed. No wonder this place is so full during lunch time!

Hubby took me out for my Birthday last night. From the hostess greeting us at the door, to our server, Cassandra, the kitchen manager Tyler, and Jeff the FOH manager, our experience was top notch! The hostesses were working as a well oiled team, and were always smiling. (Yes they had masks on, but their eyes showed that they were smiling.) Our Server was Cassandra, and in my opinion, you need to ask to sit in her section!! She was attentive, sweet, and exactly the type of person every entertainment/food service manager wants working for them. (Management, please note, If Cassandra is not a trainer, or head server, you need to offer that to her.) I have a garlic allergy, which causes a lot of problems in the kitchens at most restaurants. Tyler, the kitchen manager, came out and made sure the severity of my allergy and offered options that still allowed me to have the meal I ordered. I ordered the baseball sirloin and asked for it to be blue. I think I died and went to heaven!! Then, as this was my birthday, Cassandra brought us a piece of Billy Miner cake to celebrate. After we were done, we asked for the FOH manager and Jeff was so nice! We told him how awesome our experience was, and that it was due to Cassandra. Everyone on staff was polite and friendly. Everyone wore masks. As far as I could tell from their eyes, everyone seemed to be smiling. You know you are in a good restaurant when the staff are all smiling and look honestly happy.

The bread served here is warm. Which to me is a plus! Although, my steak did arrived not the way i ordered it(i saw the table next to us swapping steaks around as well as it looked like they were served to the wrong person which i suspect mine was too as well) once i informed my waitress. She immediately rectified the issue and even gave us a free dessert. Was proper impressed by the professional service. Now i know why they were so busy even on a week day night!

Took my sister and her husband here for early dinner, it was their 10th year anniversary, they have renovated this restaurant, much more classier looking. The food was quite good, ate it all, drinks were flying but the service was excellent, our server was Erika, kept things flowing beautifully. She was rude to the couple infront of us, and rude to us. She said the wait would be an hour which we had no problem with, but she said it in a way like she wanted us to leave. She offered no apology for the wait, and had zero customer service skills. We then decided on our own to look at the bar side, we saw open spots so thought we would sit at the bar and have a couple drinks while we waited. We noticed open tables on the bar side (something the hostess never mentioned). We found out from the bartender we could seat ourselves so we did, and then proceeded to enjoy our meal and the rest of the night. A hostess needs to be a welcoming person. They're the first point of contact when you walk into the restaurant. The hostess on 12/14/19 @7pm needs a course on customer service.

We dined tonight for my Birthday and as usual the staff went above and beyond. My spouse and I ordered drinks and were served promptly by a wonderful server clearly over loaded but handling everything and everyone with grace and professionalism. She was smiling and showed none of the stress she was under. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, lobster (something) which was to die for and escargot to start. All great but when sharing 6 shrimp would be awesome. I had the chicken and ribs and my spouse the chicken marsala and the only complaint was the tip of the chicken was dry however this did not ruin the meal in any way. They tried very hard to fix this but I honestly felt no need the meal was great other then one bite! I will update to five stars the next time I go in and everything is good unfortunately I went and had a wedge salad and it was Rusty throughout they brought me a new one and halfway through it my dinner came out. Headed to my steak which was supposed to be medium it was medium rare to rare at best pooling blood on the plate. Play more than happily didn't charge me for much. my son had a stake which was fantastic and my wife had a stake which was a little overdone but still edible and delicious the desserts were fantastic as well as the coffee. Seems the new norm is for the "kitchen" to cause disappointment at restaurants. Again, another establishment where the staff is EXCELLENT, yet the food fall short. Beautiful new location and roomy, along with being very modern compared to the old site. My steak lacked any flavor, the scallops had a sort of blueish hue to them and to be honest, more chewy than bad beef jerky. The shrimp had the texture of something sitting in water (some sort of water bath or thawing from the freezer) and also lacked any resemblance to being from the ocean. The dessert saved the day at the end as not only was it delicious, it was free. Maybe due to the fact that we were there around 8 and they had already sold out of prime rib. Not sure if the Key will be seeing us again anytime soon.

This was the first time we'd been since the renovations were complete and I can't say enough how lovely it is now. The previous format was too bright and cramped but now the ambiance is quiet and relaxing and much more private. My husband and I had a lovely dinner. They did make a mistake and failed to prepare one of our appetizers but the manager was quick to tell us personally. Then as a surprise they also removed the cost of it from our bill. The service was exceptional and everything you'd expect from The Keg. I can also say the baked brie was well worth the wait as it was superb. Can't wait to go again.

Our party of three had the pleasure of dining at The Keg tonight. Although there are many wonderful places to sit, we were given a table beside the fireplace, what a treat! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces from the staff, that continued right through to the end of our night. It was very busy, given it’s a Friday night, yet the staff all happily bustled around like a well oiled machine. As always the food was superb, it was fresh, warm and flavourful. I have never been disappointed, and left feeling full and content. Plus, no dishes to wash on a Friday night...yay! I literally just got home from the Keg where we celebrated my aunts 60th Birthday! All I can say is WOOOOOOOOOOW!!! The Level of Customer service displayed from the very beginning to the very end... FLAWLESS! Matthew (red hair) -This guy was phenomenal! What you would expect from a 5 star dinning place! I wish I knew the waitress who was also helping out...she was amazing. Our reservation was for 5 pm. We arrived a little early-everything was set up on time. Our table never went empty... We were served Warm bread throughout the night-our wine glasses were always being topped up. We never had to ask or pour our drinks ourselves. I had the Iceburg Wedge Salad with blue cheese....All I can say is "Heaven" ...FRIKKIN so fresh and so flavorful...just wow. Totally my go too salad always! -Thank You Matthew for the recommendation on the Blue Cheese front! Then I had a roasted chicken dinner with mashed potatoes...MY GAWD YUM! I have been to many Kegs and had good service but this service was next level. We were waited on for 3 hours and throughout the entire time the level of energy that came from the team never died down. I loved the evening. Everyone commented on the amazing service and we all left so satisfied. We really had a great Time. Thank You so much to Matthew and the waitress for such an amazing time. 6 family members dined at the Upper James location July 26th to honor one of our dad's final wishes to "enjoy a steak dinner on him". When we asked to be moved from our booth to a table, the hostess searched for other options and found us the perfect table by the fireplace. Plenty of room to enjoy our night. Our server was fantastic and when they were out if a certain menu item, the manager offered an excellent alternative. The service was sub par for a $200 bill. The entire time we felt rushed. My wife and I don't drink alcohol, and as a result the server seemed annoyed. My wife and daughter ordered the same entree as I did but with the larger steak. Our loaded baked potatoes were cold and extremely small. We had reservations for 6:45 on Saturday November 30 and the table we were seated at was very close to the main entrance. We were cold the entire time during our dinner. Very disappointing as we wanted to celebrate our daughter getting early acceptance to university with a nice dessert after our dinner. Unfortunately this was not a good night for us. So we left dissatisfied and hungry.

Prices were reasonable 'before' they rebuilt, and then the pandemic. They've become super greedy. A steak and lobster, or Steak Oscar meal doesn't come with potato and vegetables? So you add them to your meal, and you're looking at over $70.00 minimum, not counting the tip just for Take Out?! The food is still Keg Quality, but who exactly can afford to keep doing business with them? I precommitted to treat 2 other family members to a meal, and I was jaw dropped at pick up by the prices. I personally can't afford their pricing for one meal. I won't be returning at those prices. We're all struggling through these times, and for The Keg to do this at this time is beyond shameful and appalling. Prices are marked up 100%+, so know in advance you are paying for their rebuild.

Food was cooked to perfection and presented in the way you'd expect from The Keg. I was solo this evening, but made to feel very welcome. Reservations are necessary. QR codes are required at the door, and wearing of masks while walking through the restaurant is a must - due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.

First time we've been to the Upper James location since it was totally renovated. It looked great, the food was fantastic but our server was what made the night for us. Dimitri waited on us and he was outstanding. He was attentive, polite with just the right amount of interaction without being intrusive. It was the first time I've gone for dinner since the pandemic started and it was perfect! This location has a beautiful indoor/outdoor section I highly recommend. Dinner was excellent, the cauliflower appetizer was the best, IMO. We also enjoyed the baked brie appetizer, it was good, could have been a touch hotter, just for the right texture. Dinner was chicken and ribs which tasted amazing, wasnt a big fan of the corn and apple salad that came with it though. My wife enjoyed the filet mignon, which was good, but not as flavorful as we would ha e expected from the Keg. Our servers name was Anna(I think) she made everything great(including switching tables part way through bc of other customers that decided to watch videos, loudly, on their phones the entire time) lastly, I tried the brickhouse cider(if I remember correctly) which I thought tasted great.

We went to the keg at the end of February to celebrate my birthday. I normally like to go to the Waterdown location because I just find you get better service and generally better food. I was pleasantly surprised this time at the Upper James location. Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal. We were in a room that ended up having to large parties in it as well so it was a little bit loud not that it bothered us at all. The manager came up to us and actually apologized and offered to buy us dessert as a thank you for putting up with the loud parties. Our food was absolutely delicious and came very quickly. We came here last fall, so I don't remember the name of our waitress, but the service she and the restaurant provided was wonderful. When ordering, she was very knowledgeable about how each "doneness" level affected different cuts, and was able to give us recommendations where uncertain. The steak I ordered was meant to be rare, but appeared to be a bit closer to a medium when cut into. Without question (other than me confirming the cook on my steak), she replaced my steak with a rare one and with a fresh order of my accompanying side. Already exceeding my expectations with the new plate of food, our bill at the end had the cost of my entrée covered. It's refreshing to see such care put into our dining experience, especially since I was almost too sheepish to mention that it wasn't rare.

Honestly one of the most amazing experiences my girlfriend and I have had at a restaurant let alone a steak house. Our food was amazing, the service was phenomenal and they made one minor mistake (our fault) and they did not hesitate to make it up to us, our server was Jessica and she was beyond amazing! Experience was amazing. Long line, it was a very busy day for them. We went to the bar, had a nice chat with the bartender. When seated, the server was very professional. We both orders the Top Sirloin with Lobster, and cooked exactly to how we like; the garlic mash potatoes were amazing. Everyone was very friendly. I would recommend giving this location a visit.

Yet another fabulous meal at The Keg Upper James. We like to visit 1x a month for a drink & incredible meal. The prime rib is un touchable, lobster tail and garlic mashed can't be beat. The service is always great but Marissa (I hope that's right) is probably 1 of the best wait staff around. We had to visit another location last month due to lack of reservation space (we were trying on short notice) and it didn't hold a flame to Upper James. Keep up the great, hard work! We will continue to come back

Went there for birthday dinner. Was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Had the scallops and the sirloin steak chicago style/medium on point and super delicious. So was the baked potatoe, great mixture of creamy and crispy. Even received free dessert (which was enough to feed the three of us) due to my b-day. Big shout out to all the staff, everyone was super friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Prices are very fair for my European standards. Definitely will come back! Tl;dr Amazing steak, service, everything.

I went here for a celebration. The waitress was very nice. We didn't like a food that we ate, so she kindly took it off the bill. We got fruit fly's in the wine since we were next to the window so it was gonna happen, and she offered to get us a new one. Very respectful and helpful staff. I highly recommend!!

I went to legends for the first time three weeks ago and I have been back 6 times already. It has a great atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and the bartenders serve a mean drink. Great atmosphere, great food, great fun..!!

The family ordered takeaway tonight and we picked it up. We ordered a variety, steak, lobster, hamburger and salads. First off the meal was outstanding! The way they package up there take out is amazing! Foil bag, metal containers, moisture absorbers I think and I have to say it makes a huge difference. The hot and cold foods were separate from each other. They take care. Normally when you take home any meal it's soggy, cold, and all around less impressive versus dine in. Not this place, your meal tastes extlactly the same as dine in! Steaks were warm cooked to perfection ,salad was cold and crisp still, bread was still warm and fresh not soggy, even the whipped butter was intact. Even our icecream cake was still cold! Thanks for the best take out experience I've ever had! Cheers

The atmosphere was truly lovely , our table was in front of the fire , very romantic. Our drinks and appetizers were right on point, Martinis and shrimp cocktail for myself, Mushroom Neptune for my date. However , the main course was definitely lacking. I ordered the sirloin and Cajun Shrimp, tasty but very small portion. My date had the Steak Oscar, small portion as well. It seemed as though our plates were under the heat lamps as the sauces were dried to the plate. It wasn’t terrible by any means but didn’t feel like it was worth the cost. My memories of the old Keg in downtown Hamilton far exceed the Mountain location for quality and quantity, It was a nice evening, but The Purple Pear on Barton street far exceeds The Keg for quality and quantity.

My partner and I went here for our one year anniversary. Our waitress Laura was very nice and friendly. I ordered Prime Rib classic with Caesar salad and Keg fries, I got my steak medium rare which I haven’t had that done like that before, it was so juicy and delicious, I wish fries was more. My partner ordered fillet mignon, got it rare and cooked to perfection. Calamari was good. She lost the drink I ordered and said it was on the house, which was unexpected and nice of her. We also got a almond cake on the house. I remember the old set up and compare to this, I love the new romantic set up and perfect for dates! Overall our experience here was amazing!!!

We had take away for a special occasion and I was skeptical. However, The Keg has a better system for food packaging than most of the non-traditional take away restaurants. The meat was cooked to perfection despite the travel time to arrive on our table.

Ordered takeout for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Steak stayed hot in well-sealed container. Cutlery, butter, lemon wedge, chives, bacon bits, sour cream, napkins, mints, etc. all included. Service was efficient.

We didn't have to wait long for a table. The server was friendly and attentive and very personable. The steak was cooked perfectly and the server returned quickly to make sure it was in case it needed to be fixed. The special for today was delicious and the dessert was wonderful too. Its very expensive so its not somewhere to go on a quick date.

We attended for a birthday celebration. The new look is beautiful. We came in just before 600 and it became packed pretty quickly. We placed our order, which is a bit different now as they use machines connected directly to the kitchen. We received our salads first, the waitress attentive making sure our steaks were timed accordingly. Our steaks arrived from a kitchen server, without the waitress present. I received my steak. My mother and cousin ordered the same steak cooked differently. She placed the steaks down without clarifying. Each starting to eat their steak. After it was realized we politely informed the waitress, who then informed the manager. All staff were so very kind, apologetic and offered to remedy the situation (It was!). By the way my peppercorn NY strip was amazing. Thanks so kindly for the staff for making this a great experience. I will be back and recommend others go.

Very impressed with the TAKE OUT option!!! When we opened the containers we were skeptical thinking the veggies were burned but they were purple carrots! Very delish!!! The steaks were cooked a perfect medium and still warm!

The Keg never disappoints! Although we couldn't make reservations, our wait in the bar was fairly short. I love the warm atmosphere of the Keg. The new renovations are beautiful. One of my favorite things about The Keg is that the menu doesn't change too often. I can always order our favorites. Our server was AMAZING!! She was fun, made great recommendations and took great care of us.

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary a few months ago. We ordered tequila shots with lemon. After biting into the lemon, we noticed that the underside had a very thick, fuzzy, film of dark green/blue mold. We informed the manager of this--who was named Karen--however she seemed reluctant to compensate us in any way. We called her back again and reiterated that we weren't happy with the situation. In a very snappy, rude manner, she told us that she was planning to take the tequila shot off of our bill. Our waiter was wonderful, very kind, and we don't blame him for the moldy lemon--accidents happen. However, the manager's attitude and stinginess definitely made the meal unenjoyable. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back.

Old faithful. You always know what to expect at The Keg, they're consistent in what they bring to the table. This location was recently renovated and it looks great! Service, even as a family (yes, they have a kids menu) is spot on. I'd recommend this location.
