We sat on the the backyard patio ..great views . Enticing brunch menu but small and a couple items sold out. We had the Banana French toast which was unique and tasty. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of flies that we had to battle throughout our meal. Overall experience was good.

Great place to East when visiting nearby McMaster University. Easy street parking and friendly attentive staff. The pizzas were bigger than we expected, and the salad was delicious. The one with the cooked apples tasted like Apple Pie! So good! A total “Instagram” backdrop in the alleyway just to the right where a 1907 hand painted Coca Cola billboard is fading away. Drink Coca-Cola Duncan Garson Druggist ghost sign. There used to be an unsightly gutter downspout covering a good portion of the sign which has recently been removed. Have lunch at Bread Bar and snap a selfie in front of this amazing ghost sign and your day will be complete!

The hype is real. Would return. Easily one of the best locations for scrumptious and flavourful pizza. Fresh toppings and a perfect base make it one of the top pizzas in the region. A small feeds 2 but you'll want a side or two. The parmesan fries were just okay, and calamari are passable.

Earth to Table is currently my favourite restaurant in Hamilton to grab fresh, delicious food. I have yet to be let down by something I've ordered. I recommend the bread plate as a shared item for any pair or group! They always change up the spreads and offer a variety of freshly baked bread to try them all out on!

First restaurant outing after many, too many to remember, Covid19 months. A very pleasant and refreshing surprise having lunch with a friend at this restaurant, after visiting the Art Gallery of Hamilton. Service was excellent, from the moment we entered the restaurant to the moment we left. Our server was Colin, he was professional, friendly and courteos, in a pleasant, enthusiastic way. Food was great, tasty, beautifully presented and thebwaiting time was very reasonable. Atmosphere was very pleasant. I had a vegan Buddha Bowl which was delicious. I would go back anytime and highly recommend.

The plating of the food is gorgeous and the ambiance in the restaurant is very cozy! Can’t go wrong with the bread plate: the roasted carrot sauce, celeriac slaw, hummus, and baba ganoush were delicious and paired well with the crusty and fresh bread. The calamari with the chimichurri sauce and sauce was a guilty pleasure (a bit oily and pricey but worth it if you’re a fan of calamari!) However, I was disappointed with the pizza. The bottom crust layer was drenched in olive oil and extremely soggy—I had to eat it with a knife and fork. For the bee sting, it was way too salty and I couldn’t taste the honey or chili oil (not spicy at all). The lemon ricotta definitely saved it because it was heavenly! Jerk chicken was decent, peppers had a kick to them. On a more positive note, they are generous with the cheese and the outer crust was amazing. Got to dip it in some of the spreads in the bread plate!

We started off with the fries which were good, but I'd save more room for the pizza. We split a large into two pie types the bee sting and the cheese Louise. The ingredients were fresh, and the sweet honey on both was amazing. Next time if like to try it well done with a crispier bottom. One of the better pizza spots in Hamilton and the service was top notch.

Been coming to Bread Bar for many years. One of our favorite spots in Hamilton. Pizza is always a good choice. Lots of different toppings and configurations. Fresh and delicious. Their loaded fries are excellent. My go to is the garlic/Parm fries, they are top notch. Kale Caesar salad is another personal favorite. Highly recommend. Have not had a bad meal in 5+ years.

This is one of my favourite lunch spots in Hamilton. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing; I come from a wood working background so I can appreciate the theme, decor and furniture a little more. I would have given it a 5 star but unfortunately I did not really enjoy the meal this time, they offered less dips on the bread plate and the calamari seasoning was a little off and the dip is different than most places, however I know that everything is home farmed and healthy so I'm looking forward to trying more things on the menu!

Great pizza and sandwiches just feel their pizza is a little inconsistent. Sometimes it comes out with a nice crunch and sometimes it comes out very soggy. When it comes out soggy it's not very enjoyable and I end up regretting my choice to get pizza instead of a sandwhich.

Recently watched “You got to eat here” on Food Network and Bread Bar was highlighted. So, when work brought us around the corner, we had to sample the food. We both had pizzas. They were delicious. Crust was thin under the toppings and thicker at the end - very yummy. Will definitely stop again when we’re next in the area.

Really good food with fresh ingredients. A great menu with many options for both carnivores and vegetarians. Service was excellent, very quick and efficient, yet still warm and personal. Don't miss the wonderful selection of baked goods and prepared meals, fresh and frozen, to take home. Simply the BEST scones I have ever eaten! Macaroons are huge and really delicious as well. Apple and caramel bread pudding was as delicious as it sounds. Prices are fair for the quality of food. Washrooms are clean and on the same level as the dining tables. Definitely a pleasure to visit and dine for lunch or dinner!

Very inviting, comfy and kids friendly restaurant. We went on a Friday night, which can be quite busy, but we got a spot at the bar. Kudos to our server Emma, who was extremely nice and helpful. We ordered the Arugula and Fennel salad, which was superb. We went on ordering some fried chicken with coleslaw and biscuit, as well as a small "Bee Sting" pizza. If you love thin crust pizza, you won't be disappointed! However their fried chicken was a bit of a letdown as it only came with one drumstick and the rest was all Chicken breast; and it was a bit dry. The Coleslaw was a bit bland for my taste. It's best to stick with what they are good at, which is the Stone Baked Pizza. Otherwise, it's a nice neighbourhood restaurant and I highly recommend it.

The positives...great service... hamburger great...calamari appetizer was light and nicely seasoned...as for the negatives... The muscles appetizer smelled fishy, after trying 3-4,my husband,which has an iron stomach, had the rest. I should have returned them because I am writing this review after being sick and having yogurt to try and fight the bad bacteria with the good bacteria! The other negatives were the outrageously high prices! My advice, go for the burgers...take the muscles and get rid of them from the menu,not a place for more refined dishes.

My partner and I heard great things about their pizza so we had to see for ourselves... Oh my, were we impressed, their Boston pizza was phenomenal, their dough was something out of this world, with the everything bagel seasoning on the crust with a hint of garlic made it even more special. 5/5 would recommend, it is a must for pizza, I’d love to explore the rest of their menu. As for the establishment, it is very cute inside, privacy curtains at the front door gave it a cool vibe, and the staff is very welcoming and quite funny.

When it's good, it's great. Delicious pizzas, very nice baked treats, interesting cocktails. However this place can be disappointingly inconsistent. Half the time the pizza base has a raw layer running through the middle - this is no exaggeration. The density of toppings can vary a lot between different orders of the same pizza. Be warned they carpet-bomb their fries and mac & cheese in thyme. Ask them to go easy or you won't taste anything else. Service is generally friendly and great.

Sat at the bar for lunch 02/01/17, received excellent service from the bartender. The great personalities (like Foy) at this restaurant make it that much more enjoyable. I had a soup and salad combo, which was not as boring as it sounds! The soup was a creamy tomato with fennel and the salad was a beautiful bed of fresh arugula with chickpeas, feta, and jalapeños for a kick. YUM! We will be back.

I have been to this place a few times, for brunch and for dinner. 3.5 star rating is an average of 3 for brunch and 4 for dinner. Brunch: limited menu options, greasy food, limited coffee options. Dinners, larger variety of pizzas, excellentl crust quality. Toppings were okay, i was not able distinguish each flavor by itself, vegetables, meats and cheese all mixed together in an unidentifiable okay taste.

I even asked for a little extra chimichuri and I fully expected to pay extra but she brought me a little on the side with a big smile. I wish there was a location in T.O. Our go-to spot for pizza! Totally worth the drive for us from Burlington. The pizza is so fresh and delicious - we always order the margarita and it’s by far the best we’ve had. Fries - yes. We came for my birthday dinner as we wanted a healthy and delicious meal and we were not disappointed! I ordered the Salmon Buddha Bowl and it was amazing. Probably some of the best salmon I've had and all the veggies were fresh and delicious. I loved the addition of strawberries as well! Great sized portions, great atmosphere and great food. Prices aren't crazy and you definitely get your money's worth.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon and was seated promptly. I ordered a large pizza to split with a friend. We didn’t have to wait too long for it and he staff was very friendly. Our waitress was at our table refilling our water whenever the bottle looked close to empty, without us having to ask. The food itself was slightly on the pricey side, but tasted amazing and was very filling. I would love to come back and try some of the other menu items next time.

Earth to Table is a great dining experience for a date or something tasty with friends. The choice and flavours of the pizzas are top notch, you can get a half and half large to appease two tastes. There is a nice selection of beers, wines and coffees. The deserts are amazing, see this caramel, vanilla ice cream brownie beauty we ordered in the second picture. Also the staff have been super friendly and accommodating every time, highly recommend.

If you are from Hamilton or visiting then I would recommend you to pass by for a pizza. Everything is fresh and tasted great. My wife and kids are always happy with the food whenever ordering for pickup or dining in. Took my siblings as well when they came to visit from Mississauga and they loved it.

I had such an amazing experience at Bread Bar tonight. This was my first visit and I was very impressed. We got there and they didn't have a table but they got us one in less than 5 mins. I ordered my cocktail which was amazingly made not to sweet and not too sour the perfect combination. I like that on their menu they let you know what contains pork and other allergies. The food is amazing I could not find any fault and I am a very picky eater. Pumpkin cheesecake is a piece of heaven a definite must make sure you get two spoons. I had the most wonderful waiter Luke he was very polite and very attentive to us the whole time we were there (he is also very handsome) never a issue. This is a great place to hang out after a long day to relax and eat wonderful food with friends. Definitely will be back there when I come to the city of Hamilton or my daughter can bring us take out when she comes home to visit from University

Such a great restaurant with super friendly service! We ordered the calamari which was great, the breading was on the crunchy side and the dip was a perfect match. We ordered the large pizza and did two different toppings, it was huge and much bigger than we expected. It was very cheesy (finally a nice restaurant that’s not stingy with the cheese). We did order the blueberry cornbread dessert which we didn’t like but they were kind enough to take it back and not charge us. I think next time I’d try their brownie dessert but we decided to not replace the dessert. Regardless it was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend to others!

Earth To Table is one of the best restaurants on Locke Street, hands down. Always fast, fresh, authentic and ever evolving. You can even get yourself grocery items there and the ice cream is out of this world. Take out is just as good as dine in. Lastly, the staff is the best. The absolute most accommodating restaurant staff. Bring the kids, all the kids, they make it effortless for you.

Delightful croissant....this is a calm place in the early morning. They serve hot drinks and a broad selection of home baked goods. I had the plain butter croissant. Crisp and buttery. It is worth the price. There are scones, muffins, bread pudding as well.

I ordered for take out and the food and service was great. The reason for 3 stars is the somewhat shady business practice of tacking on a $5.00 service charge without notifying customers. I was not aware of this and decided to tip $5.00 to support the servers and their hard work. For the sake of transparency and so that customers are aware, full transparency of this service charge would have been appreciated.

Great food! Split an 18" Bee Sting pizza and had the Rocky and Bullwinkle and a ginger beer as drinks. Could have easily shared with another 1-2 people making the pricing very reasonable. Staff were friendly and having a seat by the front windows made for some good people watching and a lovely meal.

An excellent place to have a lovely dinner! The large pizzas are LARGE and quite worth the money. Check out the awesome stuff they sell in their fridge and freezer - you can get fresh dough to make your homemade pizza too! I got the cheeseburger with the loaded fries, very classic flavour. Didn't let me down at all!

Delicious burger, desserts and pizza. Not too sure about their short rib. Also love to get some slide pizza, homemade ice cream and pizza dough to go, such an awesome feature for people don't like to sit down. The to-go sections are in the back. Services can be improved, friendly tho! Tried multiple times but it’s always slow.

Not sure if this is due to COVID. Often came here for brunch and I would have give 5 stars. However, had a pizza 11’’ , a salad and a crumble pie. The food is still excellent but the portions very small. The 11’’ pizza hardly fed one person, same with the desert making pricing indecent for the amount of food. Just feel like they are trying to maximize profit under tough times.

Ahh how refreshing! Good food and good service! Despite being a busy day for lunch they were able to seat us relatively quickly, and the service didn't lack. The food was excellent, even the salads! The portions were quite generous, enough that we ended up taking a lot of it home. I really appreciated the way they packed it for us. Skillfully done to avoid spills and leakage. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable, except for the chairs which pinched all our bums of varying sizes. Note to resto owners: try out the chairs before you buy the cool looking ones! They dig into your sides and does affect the experience. Otherwise we had a good experience and will definitely be back for more.
