Sashimi was good but soy sauce was too salty. They need to mix their own sauce rather than using the plain sauce from Kikkoman. Once i asked for another sauce, they brought me terriyaki sauce but charged me $1.5 at the end. Is this the all-you-can-eat??? Rice in sushi was too dense/packed and its taste still need to be improved (too bland). Restuarant is cosy and nice decorated. I loved their individual washroom. However, food still needs some room of improvement. It is not the same quality when they were operating at Spring Garden Road.

What an amazing group of people. I flew in from BC, and after a long day of travel I ordered a couple rolls and some veggie tempura through skip the dishes. Sadly the driver brought me someone else’s order and I scrambled to figure out how to get that order to the proper person. I called them and let them know what happened and they offered to remake the actual order I placed and dropped it off personally. Not only that, but they sent extra miso soup, salad, and an extra dynamite roll. It was so kind and generous. The sushi was so fresh!! The soup was perfect! I have much left over for tomorrow and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for some delicious rolls from some clearly lovely people!!!

Sushi Jet is our favorite restaurant for delicious sushi but I don’t know why when they move to the new location, which is great and big, the service was unprofessional, poor reception and delay in foods, also appetizers came after main courses!! One of dishes (Mongolian shrimp) was so bad not crispy at all and full of oil and we told them but nobody cares or replace it with new dish!! They must change their staff or improve them to be more professional.

The food was good, but the service was really bad. I ordered 2 combos and then later added 2 orders with 4 tuna sashimi and spicy tuna roll, but then they brought us the wrong order. I kindly asked them if it was a mistake and I wanted the tuna, but the waitress kept telling me I ordered it wrong, even i did pointed out the order name and number when she was taking my order. Then thing turned bad when she brought the right order and told me to order correctly next time. That’s the most disappointed and disrespectful service I’ve ever experienced. I was about to talk to the manager but my friend told me not worth it to do that. Will never be back again

Easy iPad order system for all you can eat and the service is fast. The food quality was excellent and there was lots of variety on the menu( vegetarian, fish, meat). The waitress was very attentive. Honestly best service I’ve had in a sushi restaurant. I’m new to it but I really enjoyed my time at Sushi Jet Downtown. I will see you soon.

i am i regular at this establishment and was looking forward to this new location. this is now the second time in the last year I have gotten food poisoning from their salmon. this needs to be addressed.
