One of our favourite restaurants in Guelph. Been going there for close to 8 years and the quality of the food is always great. Recommend their chicken souvlaki, penne bistro and ribs but everything is great. Catered as well for family events and always a hit with the family. Love that they deliver now as well.

Cozy, very well appointed; even the washroom was nicely decorated and clean. The food was somewhat disappointing. Our calamari was a bit cheey and the tzatziki sauce was too thick and bland. My moussaka came with what looked like shredded marble cheese topping which hardened as it cooled. Moussaka is supposed to be topped with light, tasty bechamel sauce. The Caesar salad was overloaded with dressing. My husband's chicken souvlaki was OK. Was really looking forward to much more.

Four of us had dinner here for the first time last night. Service was very good and the chef will alter the menu such as changing sauces to your own preference. The Lamb chops with shrimp special was delicious and the Bistro penne was exceptionally good. The restaurant is small and the booths make for a quieter relaxing dining experience. You can actually carry on a conversation with your friends unlike many of the popular Guelph rerstaurants. Definately will be back. This place never disappoints from the service to the delicious meals and the lovely decor! The food is always hot, very tasty and plentiful! Make a reservation though as it fills up quickly. Plenty of free parking! Prices are very reasonable also!

Three of us went to this restaurant because the pictures looked amazing, and it was so highly rated. Two of our meals were delicious, and the third looked like a child's meal. He ordered veal Parmesan and it was covered with what looked like shredded cheese. Literally just covered in it. The meals didn't look like these photos, but we got two amazing meals out of three, so I'm giving it four stars.

I have dined here 3 or 4 times now and every time the food was top notch. Decor is wonderful and service is very good. It does get a little drafty near the door so I recommend sitting elsewhere if possible.

Poor service, despite a large serving staff in a small, cramped environment. The food was sub-par for the prices asked. Two people at our table received only part of their orders, and water was only served when asked for. There was an hour wait between drink orders. I was given an uncleaned plate during the appetizer. One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. I've been to Greek diners with better food and service for half the price. Had I thought to ask at the time, I would have asked to comp my meal as It was basically inedible (completely dried out meat, undercooked rice dish, etc.). I only hope that my experience varies greatly from the average.

One of Guelph's best restaurants i.m.o. My sister in law visiting from Japan had never tried Greek food so off we went starting with saganaki (flaming sharp cheese served on a hot skillet). We shared chicken souvlaki and a Mediterranean calamari that was grilled and served in a fabulous spicy tomato sauce. Their prices are quite reasonable for "far better than average" dining. I'd recommend making a reservation. It's a small place and usually busy.

An amazing dining experience - What a fantastic experience - we started with some fantastic appetizers, followed by devine gyros & souvlaki. They have what is possibly the single best dish of seafood pasta that I can recall eating (sorry mom). The rose sauce is excellent, has big chunks of fresh seafood, and the presentation is beautiful. This is the type of dish that you will want to order every time you go in - you may want to try other things, but it's so good that you don't mind missing out on other potential dishes. It's a good excuse to bring other people to dinner so you can taste alternatives and still get the seafood pasta. Another of our favourites is the octopus - wonderfully tender and in a delicious tomato sauce. The staff are attentive, everyone's food has always been cooked perfectly, and the few times we've been there everyone has left feeling stuffed and wanting more.

The food itself is amazing , but order potatoes and you will see why the first thing I said was best potatoes in town. This is 5 out of 5 on the potatoes alone. This is a definite sleeper for the morning crowd. I've only been here for breakfast, but it is outstanding. I had a skillet which was so flavourful and unique, I've been trying to replicate it with no luck! Prices are reasonable and the decor is gorgeous.

Had dinner there with the family. The menu is extensive lots to choose from. We had the souvlaki chicken and shrimp. It came with a Greek salad , rice and these amazing potatoes. We didn’t have appetizers......which was a good thing because the dinner potions are quiet large. Our waitress was Kat. She was friendly, gave suggestions on the menu as it was our first time there. All and all a lovely dinner. Food was really good. Definitely go there again

$20 for chicken souvlaki dinner, everywhere else about $15 for chicken souvlaki and way bigger portions. I ordered today for first and last time. 2 spoons of rice given with quarter piece of potatoe. Rice is very inexpensive so is potatoes.Please be generous if a person is spending over $20 for a meal.

So, good Tim Hortons? Good Tim Hortons. It was bright and clean inside, and while service was a little slow, meh, that's understandable with the morning rush. The parking lot is chaos if the line is long, which it will be, because it's a Tim Hortons with a drive-thru.

Enjoyed every bite of this meal. The portion is perfect and the food is absolutely delicious! If you like ordering a little bit of everything then I highly recommend ordering the Dinner for Two for $60. The plate comes with chicken, pork, small lamb chops, dolmathakia (stuffed grape leaves), mousaka (ground beef layered with eggplant, zucchini and potatoes, baked under a bechamel sauce), salad, rice, potatoes and vegetables. The staff are also very friendly.

It was our wedding anniversary yesterday so we ordered the dinner for two with some extra shrimp etc!! Ah what a feast! It took us two days to eat it all but it was soooo good we had to order more today. Absolutely amazing!! Looking forward to trying all the seafood available. I must have dined here over half dozen times now and what makes a great restaurant is the consistency of the food. It's always delicious. I can’t comment on the food as I never made it to sit down. I walked in shortly after they opened and there was no customers in the restaurant yet. I saw a lady looking at something and she ignored me for too long considering the door rings when it opens. Ate here for my first time on Saturday! The food was excellent ! I ordered the muscles, butternut squash soup, salmon, rice and veggies. My salmon was quite thick and came back a bit pink. The cook personally came out to me to apologize and quickly refired me a new one. It was delicious, and that was the first time a cook ever came out of the kitchen to apologize to me anywhere! We got Baclava for dessert. The staff were so polite and welcoming. I was on a date and we didn't even realize this until after we got to the car, but the restaurant actually closed at 8pm and we didn't leave until 9pm. NOT A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER RUSHED US OR TRIED TO KICK US OUT or hurry us along! BIG WOW! That was so nice Cusina Mediterranean Bistro! We are sorry we would've left before 8pm if we knew, but it was our first time! Thank you for making our date night so special and treating us so kindly - we will be back!

I'm surprised I hadn't heard of this place before, despite living in Guelph for 5 years. Lovely little Greek restaurant! Beautiful interior and the food was delicious. I had the mousaka and a Greek Tempest, but also tried the chicken souvlaki. A bit on the pricier side, but it was well worth it.
