If I could give 10 stars, I would. Ben, our server, was very attentive. The food was delicious. Coffee was amazing and fresh. Ben deserves a raise. We went early in the week, so quiet with few clientele, so we were given much attention..., Highly recommend. Love the warm fireplaces, great ambiance.

Long time staple at the mall. Good food and the bar drinks are nicely put together. Bar has a nice atmosphere. Word of caution for bar patrons, maybe it's the drinks but some people get confused over which washroom is which.

We had the best experience last night. We decided to go out for dinner to get out of the house as it's been a hard week for the family. Our sever was amazing! We were all kind of down and he brought a smile to our faces. He was friendly, humorous, patient and had a great vibe. He did his job better than any server I had in a long time. Our food was amazing as it usually is at moxies, but what made our experience great was the outstanding service we received.

I love this place to go with my family. But if I go by myself to the bar area, everytime everyone else around me that comes in after me gets served and I am still waiting there for them to come and take my order 20 minutes later this time I just walked out I am not impressed at all

I have been to moxies 3 times in the last month and each and every time I am very surprised at such amazing service. I read one comment about getting one or the other food or service. Everything I have ordered off the menu has been superb and fair prices. I believe if there is value to something it shines through in how much it costs and it exceeds on how good it is comparatively. As for service it's good to remember that your waitress and everyone in that place are still human and people have bad days, call in sick and sometimes things just plain dont work that day. In that being said the staff has done incredible and have done quite well for me every time. Tonight I was seated where I wanted to with no wait my server was prompt and catered to us with haste all night. They have made tuna pokè a new menu favorite for me and the cauliflower hot wings live up to expectations. Thank you moxies for providing an amazing spot to eat in GP cheers

Newly renovated and hosts casual to semi formal meetings. There is a very warm atmosphere with low lighting and fireplaces. The lounge is comfortable and have many screens for watching the game. Service is always prompt.

Very nice atmosphere and good, fast service. Food: The Burger - burger was a bit crusty on the outside but medium rare and juicy on the inside. I added the garlic chive sauce for the fries to it and it made it even better. Calamari was lightly breaded and not soggy at all. 2 choices of sauce; one spicy one sweet. Bottomless pop and water made the meal more enjoyable.

Usually, I LOVE Moxie's … This weekend kind of changed that for me. Ordered chicken wings, they had feathers in them. Like plumage feathers, not just little pin feathers. Definitely made this pregnant lady almost vomit at the table. When the waitress came to get the plates from the table, I mentioned it and she laughed in my face. :| Definitely not the response I was expecting ... Anything else other than just a laugh to the face … And I may have had a different feeling about my experience. However, that 100% wrecked Moxie's for me, and it may be a very long time until I return - if ever. Barf!

The food is really good the service not so much. Also if you request a Virgin drink don’t expect to have it! They refuse to serve it. The say sorry we mix the drinks in the morning! I was pregnant and was craving the drink but that didn’t matter I even offered to pay double for it or pay whatever they felt like is fair to make it!! The answer was still no!

Good food and customer service i recommend it , nice atmosphere portion can be a bit more ....Went there last night with a sister for drinks and some appies. Our server was friendly and quick. We shared a bunch of appetizers and the calamari is by far the best in town! The rose sangria is a different twist on regular sangria and we loved it.

This is our go to spot. My husband doesn’t drink but when he does he gets a Bellini, and it’s his favourite here by far. The mosaic dip is spot on and we get it every time. If we do get a bad cut of steak (very rarely) they always rectify it and bring us a new one. Really disappointing that they got rid of the pecan cheesecake. We always finished our meal with that. I hope they bring it back soon!

First impression could use a bit of improvement as thr color scheme leaves my family feeling like the restaurant is dusty and dirty (dim lighting, teal fabric seating, brown finishing). We're frequent diners at the Edmonton Kingsway location where an abundance of natural light gives the place a different/ better vibe. But truthfully, first impressions are not everything as we had a lot of laughs over the orange, yellow, and black carrots on my mom's platter. They look home grown and tasted wonderful!

Came in with my family while there was still a full hour left before closing time. Already knew what to order because I used to come here weekly with friends. Was going to be in and out as quick as we could. I say "used to" because when the host was about to seat us, some guy came out of the back and refused to seat us. He was extremely rude while doing so, and I've never been treated so poorly and unwelcome in any restaurant EVER. The excuse of "closing soon" does NOT apply a full hour in advance. Do not go here. There are lots of other good places to eat, and the staff here genuinely doesn't want your patronage. Worst restaurant in town.

Went to the lounge for lunch. Will not be going back. Morgan came to serve us our beverages, which consisted of coffee and ice tea, with the poorest customer service I have ever had. Skip the dishes has made eating in grande Prairie so much easier and along with it has made places like this even more accessible, which I am so thankful for because Moxie's is delicious, I've tried almost the full menu by now and not a single dish has left me unsatisfied. I would highly recommend the beef dip, it is perfect sliced beef on a crisp yet chewy pretzel bun, the ojou is nicely seasoned and the toppings on the bun add nice flavor without detracting from the over all profile of the sandwich.

we went there October 16th and had the most amazing meal, I asked the waitress what the chefs favorite thing to cook was and she came back and said the mushroom sirloin, I took his advice and it was amazing, hands down the best steak and meal I've had in Grande Prairie.... flash forward 1 week and we decide to go back with friends, I had the mushroom sirloin again, medium rare, and others at the table had the beef dip, my steak was well done, potatoes were whatever and the beef dips came out cold even the dip it's self was literally cold. I was super disappointed. I probably won't be going back. how do you charge that much for food and not take pride in it.

Highly recommended, the kitchen made a minor mistake of not taking the mushrooms off my sandwich. The manager and waitress were very polite and they removed my meal from the bill without me even asking. I ate the whole meal so I didn't expect it. I just remived the mushrooms and it was delicious and they were still very apologetic.

Met up with friends in the lounge. It was nice decor, easy to see and our server was excellent. It was nice and clean also. I had the sleeve of amber beer with the fish tacos as part of the happy hour special. Then I had the spicy tuna roll later with some freshly brewed decaf to top out the evening. Really great!

Moxies is the best, we ordered super on skip the dishes and they didn’t deliver, so I called to Moxies and talked to Skyla and she was absolutely the best to deal with. She totally took control and made the super again and delivered it to us very hot and within 20 min. Thank you sooooo much to Skyla for fixing something she had no control of. She saved our special supper with friends, we came 4 1/2 hrs to see friends and have a great Moxies supper and at the end we did get it, again thx to Moxies, especially Skyla. Thank you thank you. Just visited a couple days ago, but overall a pleasant and welcoming experience for my dad and I. The staff were all exemplary and accommodating to our orders off the menu which were quite delicious. The only reason I give a 4/5 stars is entirely because my father was in a motorized wheelchair. However, since they have no handicapped seating areas, we were placed at the further booth which happened to be an emergency exit door. I personally don't think it's fair to not have at least one wheelchair accessible table that does not compromise the safety of everyone in the restaurant in the event of an emergency. I always consider the safety of everyone as a #1 priority and so that was a major contributor to the rating, but besides that everything else was fantastic.

I, personally understand people have bad days, it's unfortunate, but it happens. Still doesn't justify taking it out on the guests whom visited your establishment for a dining experience. I am not a fan. First thing I didn't like was the drinks menu. It is bare and terrible who chooses these things I asked for a lemon drop martini and got a shot. Then after trying to oder a caramel martini I ended up ordering one from their selection guess what it was not a martini but a cocktale. The appetizer was edible but had too much breading, ordered the Chili chicken. Finally I got my meal I order a thia coconut with rice thing, it was a white fish and was terrible the fish was over cooked and the mango relish was killed in a sea of sliced red peppers and grated carrots that I can only guess was supposed to be a garnish. I didnt even eat the fish. The dessert was fairly good. Better than any othe single oart on the meal at any rate. Overall stay away. Far far away . Food decent price but drinks are expensive.

The Dijon salmon was delicious. Sat at the bar and the bartender was curtious and conversational. The beer selection is decent. The music was at a manageable level but a little too "cluby". All in all, good food, decent beer selection and great service.

Service has been okay, but on May 26 I was made angry. I took my daughter there at 7pm for dinner, there was no "please wait" sign or hostess so we sat down. Until I decided to take us to the keg at 7:17, no one had said a word to us. Not even a glance.

Visited here a couple times, it’s been ok each time. Service was incredibly slow the second time, but the server was polite and nice. Food has increased in price dramatically over the last couple years, quality has not increased. I love food and will pay but didn’t feel like I got any value for my dollar here. :(
