Very bad customer service, June 27 around 9:55 PM, I went to order for a kids meal for my daughter, once I enter the counter the first word came from the cashier is, "ONLY TAKE OUT" in a very rude manner, I said no problem and I want to order a Chicken with noodles Kids Meal, and they made it beef, I told her I ordered for chicken not beef, she insisted that I said Beef in an angry tone of voice, and she started to talk in their language with her co-workers, which I believe its filippino language and everyone was looking at me at that time. Her name is "Ella", very bad customer service and very rude attitude, finally I ended up getting my little girl's kids meal with a lot of sauce which no one can ever eat that much sauce almost like a soup.....I hope the owner read this and make their employees to respect the customers and give us what we pay for....

Ordered around 10am. Rice seemed old and dry, like lrft from the previous day. Also, sauce wasn't added to take out order. Normally love Edo, but this visit to this location was disappointing.

The rice in my sushi rolls was so old it was crunchy. Spring rolls were cold. Not good.

Great sushi for the price. Some cashiers are more willing than others to make some substitutions than others, much I guess like most places. Won't find a better deal on sushi in GP.

This location offered what you would expect from an Edo experience. The food was good and my families order has always been prepared correctly. The restaurant was very clean each time I visited. If you like Edo then you won't be disappointed when visiting this location.

I was at this location not long ago, I ordered my usual 'Trio' (chicken, beef & 6 fried shrimp) most stores that I've been to are fluent with what a 'Trio' is, was a legit menu item at one point. Haven't had any problems with other stores. Anyway, the wife and kids had also placed their order along with mine. We get out order number and get the kids seated and we wait for our number to be called. A few minutes later our order was called and everyone's order is there except mine. So I looked at the receipt sure enough it wasn't rung in. I asked the lady at the front and she didn't know what I meant by 'Trio', but yet proceeded to ring in our order not clarifying my order. I eventually get my order while the rest of my family is done and waiting on me, wasn't the family time I anticipated. The tables/floors were sticky as well, which is a first, considering all the other locations we've been too.

This Edo is the best one I have been too. Its staff is friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and super delicious. The restaurant is kept really clean. The staff also makes sure that they get me my food as fast as they can without compromising on the quality.

I like Edo food alot and have given the mediocre customer service many chances to improve. But my last visit was my final straw. I had to wait for the staff member to finish her text message and put her phone away(in the drawer beneath the "no personal phones" sign taped on the counter). My 1 order of grilled veg teriyaki took a bit longer than one would assume it would. Got it back to work to eat it and found a lovely straight black hair in it.....(0% chance its my own)...Gross......

Very poor service. i told the cashier that i had celiacs disease and that it was i couldnt have ANY sauce on my order. when i received it not only was there sauce, i was told if i didnt want sauce (very much wanted but itll kill me) o shouldve asked for it without, when even om my reviept it says no sauce. i dont recommend this location if you have dietary needs.

Way to many errors and/or missing items everytime we order Edo. Doesn't matter which location, there's always an issue. This time we didn't get any sauce on our meals. I will choose to stop ordering from places that have employees with language barriers.

Usually love Edo but found that the staff was uninterested, was told they didn't have any chicken at the time and the food seemed quickly slapped together so the staff could get back to talking and listening to music on a speaker in the back that was very inappropriate for a public restaurant

Typical fast foot from these guys. Great that they make it fresh though. This visit I substituted the rice for the chopped cauliflower and really enjoyed that. They do cheap out on the size of the sushi rolls though, rice is cheap why skimp?

Friendly staff, clean settings. Fair prices. Came here for their large house rolls faithfully. Edo took them off the menu, so I don't really come here very often anymore. I'm honestly sad about this. I hope they bring them back! Yummy other things though.

Great food but Very poor service. Having some food allergies I often have to ask for substitutions as I can not eat salmon or crab. Normally at Edo this is not an issue but I was told very harshly that I can not change the roll type even though I could happily change my nigiri from salmon to tuna. The whole time there was a phone ringing and another machine beeping and one of the tills making an obnoxious jingle coupled with the employees shouting across the restaurant to one another. Very disorienting and hard to communicate. Probably just hit it on an off day but being told in a negative matter and not being about to communicate make a perfect storm. The food was fresh and well presented and was rolled quite well! Would recommend to go but not during a rush.

I went to this Edo on October 29. Waited for 15 minutes for a server to take my order but they preferred chatting with each other, mingling with delivery people (maybe an other restaurant employee).The girl which was on the front counter was very rude. I ordered a Chicken teriyaki meal with 2 scoops of Teriyaki sauce on the side. when I got my order, the sauce was on the food which should be on the side as told. I asked the lady to change the order she refused to do so and not even apologized. I asked her to call the manager and I got surprised when she said I am the manager. Later when I had my meal it was impossible to eat, everything was undercooked and I found pieces of Beef as I requested No Beef ( I don't eat ). eat it ) Action must be taken on the manager. The Lady don't deserve to be the manager anyways. Very disappointed, would not recommend. Worst customer service. After being a long standing customer I will not be returning.
