My spare ribs were served on a wooden board, cross contamination, the wood absorbs food ... even if the boards are well washed, the food must be served on a plate. I would have preferred to be told not to take a chance and not eat anything given the lack of knowledge of this disease. Celiac disease is as serious as any other disease (peanuts, nuts, lactose, ...) Please take these comments seriously for any next person with this intolerance or disease and inform them of how you are doing! (Original) Au début j'étais contente de voir que des plats sans gluten pouvais être servie. Quand mon assiette est arrivé il y avait un manque d'information sur le sujet (le gluten) ma salade contenait des croutons(gluten) la serveuse a rapporter mon assiette en cuisine et mon assiette est revenu avec un crouton au fond. Mes côtes levées était servie sur une planche de bois, contamination croisé, le bois absorbe les aliments...même si les planches sont bien lavés, la nourriture doit être servie dans une assiette. J'aurais préféré qu'on me dise de ne pas prendre de chance et de ne rien mangé vu le manque de connaissance de cette maladie. La maladie coeliaque est aussi grave que tout autre maladie (arachide, noix, lactose,...) Merci de prendre ces commentaires sérieusement pour toute prochaine personne ayant cette intolérance ou maladie et de les informer sur la façon dont vous procédé!

I am very disappointed about tonight’s food because the last time I ate here tasted completely different. I came to Le Shed a couple of weeks ago and got 1/4 rib with fries and a macaroni salad. Everything was amazing, ribs were so saucy, perfectly cooked and macaroni salad was very delicious! Today I ordered expecting the amazing food I received last time but it was awful…. Not enough rib sauce on the ribs, ribs were burnt and over cooked and I took two bites of the macaroni salad and had to throw it out cause it tasted so bad! I am so confused and am pretty sure there are different chefs on different days. I don’t want to eat here again because I don’t want to risk wasting more money. ????????
