I had no dressing. I cut the leaves, it was impossible to eat them (?!). My spouse received lukewarm pasta (which were probably remained on the pass too long). It n, has not received the right sort of pasta either. The woman blamed the kitchen and has apologized rather than offer him to bring him the good kind. Two of the guests have not received their plate at the same time as us. Forgetting the kitchen? We had almost finished eating when one of them got his steak. Nous avons commandé la table d'hôte ... parce que j'ai vu la carte des desserts qui me semblaient excellents. J'ai donc commandé la salade de cœurs d'artichauts et de piments forts. J'ai reçu une assiette géante remplie de FEUILLES COMPLÈTES de laitues, encerclées de tomates et de concombres ...et une minuscule poignée de cœurs d’artichauts et mon conjoint a du me les pointer, car je croyais que la serveuse s'était trompée de commande. Je n'avais pas de vinaigrette. J'ai du coupé les feuilles, c'était impossible de les manger (?!). Mon conjoint a reçu des pâtes tièdes (qui étaient probablement restées sur la passe trop longtemps). Il n,a pas reçu la bonne sorte de pâtes non plus. La dame a blâmé la cuisine et s'en est excusée plutôt que de lui offrir de lui apporter la bonne sorte. Deux des invités n'ont pas reçu leur assiette en même temps que nous. Oubli de la cuisine ? Nous avions presque terminé de manger quand l'un d'eux a reçu son steak. Lorsque j'ai demandé pour avoir mon dessert (car la serveuse ne revenait pas nous voir)... elle nous a expliqué que c'était la responsabilité de notre ami (qui a fait la réservation) de nous aviser que puisqu'il apportait un gâteau, le restaurant ne respecterait pas la table d'hôte (qu'ils ont laissé au même prix). Nous avons insisté sur SA responsabilité en tant que serveuse qui reçoit un groupe. Refus total de sa part. Elle a essayé de nous convaincre que tous les restaurants fonctionnent de cette façon (Non, ça ne fonctionne pas comme ça - c'est malhonnête). Qu'ils remplacent le dessert de la table d'hôte par la coupe du gâteau du client. Faites le calcul ... les desserts se vendent 6-7$ chez Di Carlo... Nous étions 20 invités ... 120-140$ de frais de coupe de gâteau ? La serveuse m'a finalement apporté un dessert, mais ne voulait pas que j'en parle aux autres personnes de notre groupe (Ils n'ont pas eu droit à leur dessert lorsqu'ils l'ont demandé). Lorsque nous avons quitté, nous avons payé notre facture et l'autre serveuse nous a interpellé (devant les autres clients) : Serveuse : Est-ce que quelque chose vous a déplu ? - Nous avons tenté de lui souhaiter bonne soirée pour quitter. À ce point, nous étions très contrariés. Serveuse : Nous sommes ouverts à vos commentaires, nous voulons savoir si quelque chose vous a déplu. - Nous avons insisté pour quitter, car elle ne voulait pas vraiment entendre ce que nous avions à dire. Serveuse : Ben, c'est parce que vous avez laissé X de pourboire sur une facture de X ... vous devez avoir des insatisfactions. (Note : Les clients et nos amis sont au comptoir et la serveuse nous fait passer pour des cheaps, alors que le pourboire est donné pour l'appréciation du service - pas une obligation). - Nous sommes donc retournés la voir et nous lui avons mentionné que le service avait été difficile (les erreurs et que nos amis n'avaient pas reçu leur nourriture à temps). Nous avons nommé le manque d’honnêteté au sujet de la table d'hôte. Elle ne comprenait pas pourquoi elle aurait pu ne pas offrir la table d’hôte à notre groupe pour éviter ces malentendus ou simplement offrir un rabais à ceux qui mangerait le gâteau de la fêtée plutôt que leur dessert. Nous avons insisté sur le fait, que l'organisateur ne paît pas notre facture, et que nous n'avons pas à payer 6$ pour un dessert que nous ne mangerons pas et que c'était bel et bien la responsabilité de la serveuse. Nous ne retournerons plus jamais chez Di Carlo.

Terrible service! Visited last week and left without starting the meal. The restaurant management is not open for other cultures and religions and narrow minded at best. Refused to exchange plate that came with pork which was not included in the menu description. The portions are generous. We chose tables d'hôtes and nothing came in at the end. The prices are very reasonable for the great quality. Small opportunity for improvement is in the decor and atmosphere. It is not very up to date but it is very clean. On the other hand, Italian music with a discreet but present volume was appreciated. Nous étions dans la région pour une fin de semaine de vélo de montagne à Bromont. Nous ne connaissons pas les restaurants à Granby et nous avons fais confiance aux avis sur Google Maps. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre choix. Le service est impeccable et cordial. Il n'y a eu aucun moment pendant lequel nous avons attendu pour demander quelque chose. Nous avons eu une belle discussion avec la serveuse à la fin du repas. La nourriture est délicieuse. Nous avons choisis des pâtes et des fruits de mers. La qualité des deux était impressionnante. Les portions sont généreuses. Nous avons choisis des tables d'hôtes et plus rien n'entrait à la fin. Les prix sont très raisonnables pour la grande qualité. Petite opportunité d'amélioration est au niveau du décor et de l'ambiance. Ce n'est pas très au goût du jour mais c'est très propre. Par contre, la musique italienne au volume discret mais présent a été appréciée. Je recommanderais à ma famille et mes amis!!!

They turned us arround cause we looked young and they probalby were thinking that we din't make enough money. We were dressed casual but nothing that looked trash. When we first walked in we asked for a table for two, the waitress immediately took two menus but another waitress came up and told her that those tables were taken. Half the restaurant was empty and I could see at least 5 tables that did not have anyone. we where told the earliest table we could have was an 1h20 minutes later. There was no line up and no one waiting. I guess there's a dress code over there.
