Not really a regular Timmy's location. It is a self-service location where you pour yourself your cup of coffee and pay to a cashier across the coffee station. Selection of donuts and other food is limited, but coffee is not an issue. Be careful when selecting coffee size as there was no overflow tray and I got scolded a bit and made some mess due to coffee spilling all over.

Window sills by the booths are covered with food and spills, bathroom walls are gross as is the floor, front of counters have old spills running down them, window coverings are dirty, rafters need cleaning so the dust bunnies don't fall in my food and generally needs a deep clean. Very slow service when I was there. The only person on cash was also preparing trays for previous orders instead of taking new ones. Most of the staff seemed preoccupied with handling drive-thru orders. I guess those take priority over people who walk in. Not acceptable.

Tha place was nice and people working were good. I am stranded and 4 hours away from home because I took the wrong bus and I am lucky that timhortons was 24/7 with free wifi and safe place too. The only thing I noticed was there was no outlet or plug to charge ones personal phone or any gadget while on standby having your meal at the place. I think that should be considered too because it 24/7 open for people to come and go.

Multiple orders backing up and other customers getting frustrated. From what I could see it was only a few orders on the screen and the employees who were working were scrambling around.

Three days in the row since this ' Roll Up To Win ' have started, I've been getting coffee via Drive-Thru that doesn't taste even remotely close to what they have been giving just the previous day to this Tim Hortons event. Can’t even call this service! Had our bagel ripped out of the girl at the windows hand by another worker and she threw my sons bagel across the floor and said we couldn’t have it! My son paid and was passed his coffee We switched seats as still have a long drive ! She was holding the bagel I asked for it she said it wasn’t ours I replied yes he ordered both! Slow service. Food was good, coffee alright, iced Capp was made as wrong as could be. Messy on the top and dripped all over the place, asked for chocolate milk and cream but there was no cream, which is why it foamed up and they didn’t mix it properly. We ordered 2 coffees, 1 green tea with three sugar and three breast-fast options (all the same). Than when we tried to pay for it all we realized the lady had only given us one breast-fast sandwich. She tells us to wait outside and that she’ll get someone to hand it to us there. We waited about 10 minutes until we realized that it was taking too long. So, we go inside and the lady jokingly says that she forgot about our order. As if that wasn’t enough instead of giving us green tea with three sugar she gave us coffee with three sugar. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim hortons.

Where do I start? Tim Hortons is supposed to be a friendly environment. This one, however, is NOT. Members of the staff are being bullied, can't say they were very pleasant to the customers either. I don't want to walk into a tim hortons and see staff members being bullied by other staff members. Guys, this is your job, have some fun and remember to be positive. I just can't get over the fact that there are some people out there that hate their job so much that they have to belittle the people around them. Also, coffee was burnt. Line up really doesn't move that fast in drive thru (even though they have 4 people at drive thru), or inside, which theres usually one person per till even when its busy. There is not very much parking, and its an awkward little parking lot. I do not suggest this tim hortons for anyone to stop. Go to McDonalds. They're slow too but better attitude and somedays a little quicker. Once again, Stop bullying your team-mates.

The girl that's in Drive thru everyday is so rude! ZERO customer service. She doesn't even greet you, say hello, or even have a good day when you are done. She just stares at you until you give her your money, she doesn't even tell you a total! She doesn't say ANYTHING!!!! Its the worst service around. Go to Waneta Subway everyone is so nice there. Or even McDonalds is better. The food isn't half bad at Tim's but the drive thru service is out of this world bad! They frequently forget things... if you order soup don't expect there to be a spoon! And if you ask for something extra like crackers for your soup expect to be treated like you are asking them to climb mount Everest!

Location is a little awkward and they never seem to have whatever I drive over for.. cheese croissants, bagels, etc. Are always sold out? I used to love going Tim Hortons. I don't any more. In fact, I avoid going there now. There is a woman who works at the drive thru in the mornings who is incredibly rude. I mean SHOCKINGLY rude. The first time she took my order, when I got to the window I actually asked who took my order. When I let the clerk know she was extremely rude, she said she was trained that way because they have drive-thru times they need to meet. I spoke to the manager about the service while the rude clerk smirked in the background knowing full well the young manager was going to do nothing, which is exactly what happened. On top of henious customer service at the drive thru, this location is often out of things like certain bagels, donuts, and even Timbits. Like I mean completely out of Timbits. I don't know what happened to this place but it's completely gone to pot.

This location is pretty busy. You get served faster through the drive through (understandably so). The staff are great and work as fast as they humanly can! I used to think they were "slow" because I'd wait a few minutes at the till to order but the reality is, I could never multitask like the employees and I applaud them for working in a crazy fast industry where everyone always complains about the little things. Went in. Waited around for what felt like forever. No one seemed interested in serving me. So I left and went next door. Used the washroom - the tap was not secure so it was moving all around the place and you had to hold the tap to keep the water flowing. - not ideal for hand hygiene in the midst of a pandemic.

This must be the worst freestanding time hortons in Ontario. I would go to a gas station timmies if that was an option in Party Soundz Seriously who’s runs the Tim Horton’s; or sorry claims to run it. There’s like 20 staff and for 10 years now we have never got through that drive through line faster than 10 minutes. Today there was 6 cars in front of us and it took 20 minutes. I don’t think they deserve a 1 but they need to be rated on scale. Honestly the cottagers must laugh at the operation the store has. And why is the coffee always burnt?. They could brew a fresh pot in the 20 minutes we sit and wait. They are not taking their time to make your food fresh that’s for sure. Maybe someone is thinking why don’t you go inside? Ahahahhhahaha what a joke. NEVER ITS A 30 MINUTE TRAP. 10 yeArs and it’s only getting worst. It’s like this fun joke everyone who goes to Parry sound has. WHY IS THE TIM HORTONS SO TERRIBLE. Tim Hortons should be ashamed of this location and the workers should just stay home and leave a jar for money with a pot of coffee. Because that would be much quicker. And we feel the worst for the locals. Like you guys deserve a Tim Hortons.. not this sloth farm with a timmies sign on it.

The main hall cabin is very cool, I hear great things about the restaurant although didn't get the chance to try it out. The cabins are quaint but somewhat outdated. Rooms are clean.

Ordered meals and prices were not what was displayed. Charged more and gave less, too many options for cashiers that they didn't know which options to choose hence the higher pricing and less food. Didn't bother to tell them cuz there was a huge lineup. Always check your order and pricing before paying.

Half of the items on the menu weren't available ( at 12:45) I took the lentil soup that was really watered down and the noodles were not cooked enough. The teenage cashier had way more attitude than a chiwawa barking at a pitbull on the other side of the fence. 2/10 would send enemies to eat there.
