Had food from here 2x over the holidays and both times it was terrific. Chicken balls with huge chunks of chicken. Tasty honey garlic spareribs. Chicken chow mein and chicken fried rice with chicken in it! Who knew?! The lady at the cash is very friendly. I would recommend this restaurant with no hesitation for tasty Chinese food.

To those who wrote that the food here is delicious, awesome, spot on etc... you need to get out and travel more. I'm sorry I listened to the reviews. The food I ordered here for take-out was beyond terrible, even for 'Canadian Chinese' food standards. Fried rice was stale, the chicken balls were just plain nasty and to top it off, I never ordered chicken. I had ordered the sweet/sour pork. The only edible part of my dinner was the WT soup. The older waitress (I think she worked there but who knows) had just started her shift in the afternoon and instead of actually doing something, she stood there and stared at me like I was from another planet. I realize the city doesn't offer many dining options, but you're better off purchasing a Chinese dinner from the freezer aisle at the grocery store.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever tasted. Worst food I might have ever tasted in a restaurant period. The veggies were slimy; the fried rice salty - in fact everything was salty.

Excellent restaurant. The food was spot on and delicious. Service was great. I would highly recommend and it's a great change from the typical places in Gander. They have a take out menu. Would definitely go again.

Since when is chow mein not fried noodles? At every other Chinese restaurant I've ever been to chow mein is fried noodles. Also ordered vegetable soup and was expecting a clear broth with Asian veggies, instead got a tomato based soup with cubed root vegetables, very strange. Rice tasted old and microwaved. Will not be coming back. Very friendly waitress/owner though.
