We ordered take out and we were extremely disappointed. The small Donair was cold, so cold it felt like it had just come out of the fridge. The vegetables were soggy as well. The Greek salad was barely that. There was only one black olive and not much cucumber. The Greek potatoes were cold and flavourless. The tzatziki was also bland and tasted like flour and water mixed together. If this is supposed to be an authentic Greek restaurant one would expect these basic dishes to be superior. We’re sorry we ordered.

Just had another DELICIOUS dinner from this wonderful restaurant. The Greek salad was so fresh and the shrimp and rice were cooked to perfection and soooo tasty. Baklava for dessert topped off a wonderful take-out meal. Can’t wait for Byblos to open for in-house eating again so we can walk next door to the best restaurant in Fredericton!

A hidden gem! Service was excellent. Can not say enough positive things about the staff from the moment you are treated till presented with your bill. Food is fresh and delicious and extremely reasonably priced! Only disappointment was the artificial bacon bits in the salad. But would recommend Byblos as a place to eat

I don't think I have given out a 5 before about anywhere I have eaten but this place definitely deserves that number. We had our food delivered and it was delicious. Hands down the best salad I have eaten. We had the dinner for 2, tons of food as well as a great variety of new foods for my family to try. My very picky daughter thought the chicken was juicy and she asked for another piece. We will be eating here again and we will likely try in person with a drink next time.

Had a great experience at this restaurant. The most authentic place I have been to in Fredericton. If you are looking for large portions full of flavour this is the place to go. Recommend call ahead for reservations during normal eating times. I was lucky enough to be able to squeeze in. Good selection of food and drink. Seems to be a popular place for takeout with the constant dilivery people in and out. Definitely will come again when I get a craving for shwarma.

It was my first time to have meal on this restaurant. We hade a grate night with our friends and family.the quality of food was perfect especially filet mignon. We had Byblos Mix for Four and it was very good size of each items that included.

A very nice spot with great service. I went here with a group for lunch and sat outside. The Hummus was some of the best I've had in the city of not the best. The Falafel Bowl was an interesting dish that I've never had before. Basically a poke bowl, but for falafel and crispy pita. Quite tasty overall, the Falafel had such an excellent crunch to it and I devoured the whole dish. I'll have to go back for dinner and try more of their food soon.

We decided to do a Fredericton trip last Saturday and order Lebanese food ahead of time for a 5pm curbside pick-up. 2 out of the 4 of us being plant based only, we have had only a few take-out experiences and mostly in Saint John our home City. We picked-up our food and went to Odell Park to have a nice pic-nic and it sure was. Byblos food was just really great, nice quality, well sized portion, well priced and topped with a great curbside service. Hands down the best options for us in this recovering pandemic time and by the way my wife raved about the food as well and she is from Lebanese descent. Kudos to you guys.

Good Lebanese food at reasonable prices. Many dishes come with rice so choose your side with that in mind. Pleasant ambiance. Outdoor seating available. Friendly and efficient service. Glasses of wine are overpriced.

We have been delighted with the quality of service and meals since Byblos opened. The restaurant is cozy and features a "just the right size" menu. I recently enjoyed a tender and delicious Filet Mignon served with tasty garlic potatoes. All entrees are reasonably priced although liquor prices seem a tad on the high side. We intend to make Byblos one of our go-to regular restaurants. Keep up the great work Byblos!

Good food, better service. I have had more authentic Indian food in the past but this wasn’t bad. For the most part it was good. I recommend maybe warming the nan bread to just improve just that much more. But again enjoyed my visit and happy with the food.

Best spot in town for middle eastern food! I always get the falafel plate and never been dissapointed. My only criticism is that for the price they could put a lil bit more rice/hummus/tabouleh in the platter

Went last evening for a dinner with another couple. Absolutely fabulous food. The waitress was charming and friendly. They accommodated our request to move our reservation from the patio, inside, due to mpending rain. Plastic sheeting between tables. Felt very safe. And the food was crazy good. Would definitely be returning. Huge portions, great prices.

This was the first time we were at this restaurant and I can certainly say we'll be back. The restaurant is very clean with nice decor. They have added clear plastic shields between tables inside for COVID-19 protections for the customers as well as face masks for employees. The food was excellent and for those who haven't tried Mediterranean/Labanese food before, prepare yourself for a great meal. Everything came out very well presented - very appealing before you had a bite. The portion size is also absolutely going to have you leaving full - and prices are also very reasonable. If you are looking for a nice lunch or supper downtown, this should absolutely be one of your choices. By the way, the Taziki sauce - amazing hahaha. Thanks.

I have mixed emotions the food was very well done but it didn't change that it was cafeteria food seemed a little over priced but I guess your paying for the experience unfortunately covid rules really has taken away from that personal experience thus depreciation such good work i enjoyed my self but feel im missing out on the whole experience. I would for sure eat there again.

I was craving Shwarma and thought I would order it from this restaurant, so I called ahead of time to put my order in. Co-worker suggested to have a shwarma but I was extremely disappointed with the beef shwarma wrap. There were fries in the wrap, and it had no flavour, there was no sauce on the pita, just the juice dripping from the pickled onions. I did eat it because I was starving. When I did call they never mentioned to me about getting the traditional shwarma wrap and after looking at the menu, I didn't know that you could get the traditional. Anyway, I was extremely disappointed and will never order that wrap again.

Found this restaurant through a fb advertisement last summer...started doing curb side pick up. We went for inside dining last Friday. The staff are amazing, so welcoming. Our server was excellent and so gracious....the food...oh my goodness absolutely terrific, large portions and so tasty...I could have kept on eating til I burst. Fine dining for sure and I am always impressed with my meals.

Amazing!!! First time for all four of us and two were facing a long drive home so we pre-ordered the Mix for Four so we could sample a variety. Everything was PHENOMENAL, our server was awesome and had plenty of leftovers. A total gem & will definitely be back!

Fantastic restaurant, truly a hidden gem in Fredericton. The food was amazing, the staff were pleasant, and the ambiance was truly fitting. I had the plate to share, it had ample food for two people. I had tried both traditional and normal chicken shawarma here but really did not get the authentic taste of a shawarma. It felt like normal chicken wrap. Chicken Tawook was good. Restaurant is in a good location and have outdoor dining which is really nice.

The place is on a quieter part of Queen Street; which really just adds to the overall atmosphere. Great place for a quiet and relaxing meal. Will definitely be going back.
