Went here after leaving Mr.Mikes when my Appitizer came. (See Mr.Mikes for my review...so sad) Boneless wings were good. Old Fashioned was made properly. (Unlike Mr.Mikes). Wings with bone in were sad. Like eating the legs on tweetie. Small and pathetic. I was half expecting feathers to still be on the skin. Waitress did her job well.

First off, the food is great. It's the only reason I would decide to come back. Appetizers galore, great mains, hearty servings, decent price. The chefs do a great job in giving pub food a new standard. The downside? Here we go. You'll wait 30min for a scantily clad server to come over and take your drink order, only to forget and bring over waters. Said waters are supposed to last until she finishes her 20 minute conversation with a table of friends she can't be pulled away from. So you'll approach another server, who happens to be picking up the slack of the doe head server and has a full section herself. You're afraid you've just given this new server an aneurysm with your request and patiently wait behind your now empty glass of water. The stressed out server has now recovered from whatever stroke you just gave her, and takes your order while doe head is now chatting up the bartender. Doe head notices your empty water glass and saunters over to fill it, then heads back to the bartender to casually make the drinks you requested almost 40 minutes ago. Stressed out server rushes over with our order just before she explodes, and asks which server took our drink order. Without even pointing she assumes it's doe head, and we agree with nervous laughs hoping this poor girl doesn't self implode. While we enjoyed a pair of John Candy burgers, doe head was hauled into the kitchen and failed to make an appearance the rest of the night. We tipped the energizer bunny and thanked her for being so attentive, but I doubt it made up for what she had to deal with that night.

So disappointed all the way around. We came in for lunch today our server was not at all friendly and personable. We were there for 40 mins and still had not gotten our starter. After almost an hour I had to leave to return to work. My fiancé stayed and waited for our food to get it to go and bring it to me. In total an hour and a half. It wasn’t crazy busy. 7 tables in total and a couple people at the bar. The food was terrible. We both had sandwiches couldn’t even eat them. Our starter was rock hard. It’s not very often that we get to go out without our kids, so we were excited. Not impressed at all, complete waste of money.

Came in for the chinese food thursday, our food took well over an hour to arrive and when it did the ginger beef was room temperature at best. Not worth going to dinner for 2 hours and getting cold food.

Service is good FOOD IS ALWAYS TERRIBLE. everything get from here is like fast food but shittier. Ordered the Olympic stir fry noodles literally comes out of an underwatered microwavable cup.. tried to dig in came out as one nasty clump. Complain the the waitress. Said oh okay and walked away. Showed her twice how nasty it was and didn't do anything about it. I didn't touch a signal noodle after that. Also I do not recommend the Fish and Chips with the Miss Vickey's batter waaaaayyy to salty. ????????????

Fantastic all around 10+ service 10+ quality of meal 10+ on the price 10+ on the look and cleanliness of the patio and 10+ on the conditions in mens washroom and finelly I took a feisty picky 74 year old senior he ate the whole Canadian burger and raved about the mashed pototoes and could say enough about the gravey....he ate it all!!!!! Known him for 10 years and never ever finish his meal and then he said ( I wanna come here more often) so there you have it over all JP you run a class act Amigo ejecutas un acto de clase

Just came in for a bite to eat and my waitress was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive to me. Her name was Brittany and I absolutely love her. My food came out faster then it would at McDonald’s ! Good job guys!! I definitely will be back again!

Friendly staff and excellent management! Got the chance to talk to one of the managers Ross while he was in town, it was wonderful talking about the menu changes and he was very well informed and friendly! I can't remember servers name but she was great as well. My husband remember that she worked at Boston Pizza for years, he doesn't go there anymore so it's nice seeing familiar faces at Brewhouse.

They turned the TV's to our Nashville-Anaheim game, bright us a tabletop speaker so we could get volume on the game. The shrimp appy with sweet chili sauce and baked in cheese is delicious too. And excellent service!

There's nothing I hate seeing more than a good bartender with nobody sitting at the bar because he's so over worked on service bar. Sat for an hour and was attended to 2 times. Put a seperate service bar in the kitchen (servers have to head there to check on food anyway) and let front of house bartenders interact/serve guests. I traveled the world competing as a bartender and the best bars in the world have figured this out. CBH has the ability to influence the restaurant industry, please be innovative on more than just the drinks/food.

Well where do I start. My two colleagues ordered a couple tankards of beer from the waitress, and she accidentally brought two stubby bottles of coors banquet and said oops I screwed up but don't worry they're a dollar cheaper than a tankard. Ok sounds good. We all ordered our meals from this point. A couple nights before I ordered the blackened chicken at the same location. I thought it tasted a bit burnt but seeings I didn't have it before I thought it just tasted that way. This night I ordered the Canadian burger and when I bit into it, it tasted EXACTLY the same as the chicken burger before. I'm assuming they don't clean the grills. I mentioned it to our waitress and she said she "tried" to comp the meal but her boss was on a conference call. I will never visit this establishment again.

Great atmosphere and menu, love the humor, tons of screen, great servers. Would have given 5* but, as a REAL beer drinker, heavily frosted glasses are a big nono, my non frosted glasses were hot lol. I don't particularly enjoy the music or the volume. Every booth has a power outlet, I thought that was awesome, took advantage of that killing time on my phone. - since writing this, every day I have been here, the mugs have been perfectly chilled, outstanding job in listening to customers even tho you have to follow chain procedures, also forgot to mention the no BS wifi! Very grateful that I was able to kill time here instead of sitting in my hotel... and to the guy with time complaints, first thing you said is it was busy, in the past week ive been in here, I've never seen staff NOT doing something... very hard working guys and gals!

Not the place to go if you're rushed, if your not though, the service is great, the staff is friendly and efficient and no matter how busy they are they are serving with a smile and amazing tableside manner. Went with a friend for the Grey Cup. First visit for me. Ordered a clubhouse with a side Ceaser. My friend ordered the Back & Forth burger with fries. We split a garlic shrimp appetizer. I had 3 Guinness. The app had maybe 10 small shrimp and could barely detect garlic. They charged 15$ for this. The club was ok. The burger was tiny despite the menu saying it was "a monster". They ask for your name. Got mine wrong. The staff all seemed miserable. Like this was the last place they wanted to be. Or they just came from a funeral. Except our server, Cori (doubt I'm spelling that right) who was upbeat and actually smiled. For the 2 meals, the app and 3 beers, the bill was $83+!!! To watch the game, it was ok. For a beer, maybe. Anything else, FORGET IT! Unless you've just come into some major coin and have an overwhelming desire to waste some of it. I have no intention of ever going back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Amazing selection of gluten free options. They have a dedicated fryer, so fries (my wife chose the yam fries) will not get cross contaminated from frying breaded foods. The service was quick and professional and the server knew her menu options and seemed knowledgeable about the difference between choice and food allergy. The portions were large and satisfying!

Of the many sports bars in town this is probably my favourite. There's a wide variety of food to choose from, and they're always coming out with new specials. My favourite is the buffalo chicken poutine. Each table has a terminal with buttons you can press to get a waiter's attention, which I appreciate because I'm shy about asking for a refill. The only thing to consider is that it can get exceptionally loud at times, especially during the playoffs.

I ordered thru Skip the dishes and their services are horrible ????. But the Canadian Brewhouse food and service is great. Skip the dishes driver "misplaced" my bottle of wine! I contacted the restaurant directly and I had my bottle of wine Less than 10 min later delivered from a staff member. Btw I also got free fries. Food is delicious ????

I love coming here for their weekend brunch. In the evening it is ridiculously loud; I don't recommend coming here during hockey season if you are not a die hard. The food is 10/10 for sure.

Food was great but the service was lacking. We got there at 11:10 and there was a single server working. She was polite and friendly but we ended getting our own menus, and waiting for half an hour before we got our waters. Food was a forty minute wait. She didn't quality check the food until we were just about finished. The four times I have been there, the service has been slow. The only reason I will come back is the food. Update: I gave them another chance. Which was pointless. I ordered a stein, got a pint. Changed it up to the house red, and the glass the server brought to me was dripping wet. Immediately after placing the glass on the table, the server proceeded to pour my wine into the glass. I didn't get a chance to stop her, as I would have at least attempted to dry the glass out first. I am not one who likes watered wine. The service, again, sub-par.

Well it was pretty busy, and when we finally got our food after an hour wait it was good...but after waiting so long everything is gonna taste good..also I not once got asked if my drink was ok/good..another person in our group had 5 refills at least of diet Coke and I had the same drink which was basically melted ice now.....I even asked for a new drink when she came and asked if anyone needed anything...my friend received another diet coke but my drink never came...so YA...I've def had better service..

Astonishing determination of gluten free choices. They have a devoted fryer, so fries won't get cross polluted from broiling breaded nourishments. The administration was snappy and proficient and the server knew her menu alternatives and appeared to be learned about the distinction among decision and nourishment sensitivity. The segments were huge and fulfilling!

Walked in off popular hours with no greeting and sat myself. Thought that they were closed but waited around to see. Beer was great but the burger was worse than the overpriced one I had at the airport, and that’s saying something. Stay for the beer, avoid the burgers.

Decided to order takeout from here for my mother's birthday yesterday and was sorely disappointed. We all had ordered different variations of the olympic stir-fry and for something described as being tossed in 2 different types of sauces, it was incredibly dry. My chow mein noodles were dry as if they'd been left out for multiple hours as well. The only redeeming thing from the meal were the kactus chips.

My husband and I love the Grand Prairie Canadian Brew House. Finally one close to home. As always Great Food.. My husband has a allergy and this fsj restaurant went above anything grand prairie ever did. Management brought our food to ensure quality and assurance he was served the right thing. But above all GREAT SERVICE. Thank you to Nicole impressive customer standards.

ordered steak sandwhich. It was good but the sauce on the side was extremely salty and also the steak topping was coated with salt. Looks line the chef does not taste and let the customer deal with it.The pace is so dark that the price tag on the menu is not visible. BEWARE OF SALT !!

Atmosphere far too noisy if you want conversation. Food was average .. my grilled chicken was scorched/burnt on one side ..had to play surgeon and separate the burned layer before eating. Haven’t been here for a while, didn’t like it the first time. Still not that great.( wasn’t even busy) Server was good, we only ordered appies. Over a half hour to get food, boneless wings were warmish, poutine was cold(sent it back). Hubby got the nachos, had to dig down to get the warmer part. To expensive to be this disappointing. Better off to make it at home

Went with a work friend to have dinner, found parking right away. Greeted immediately with a smile from a super hostess whom I saw greeting, seating people and cleaning tables and managing the customer flow very well. The food was amazing (Chinese food night) and received free Garlic Fingers for downloading the Brewhouse app. The server was also very efficient and friendly. Will be back for sure!

Prime rib was tough..I had only 3 bites. I cut from 3 different areas , to hopefully find a tender piece. No such luck.???????? Quite a few others were complaining of the tough prime rib tonight,so I wasn't alone. Service was fantastic. They need to possibly consider a better grade of meat,or a different supplier. We won't be back.

Having a good day went to have lunch. Went to Patio and sat for 15 minutes. Only tables two -two tops, One three top, One one top and 1 -5 top. Three top given bill other tables had eaten i could see, and we waited. Waitress finished bill i said Excuse me can we please have a menu. She sighed (SIGHED), said when i'm done this. She had one glass on her tray. All she had to say was you bet one sec while I put this down. We got up left and went to Montana's. We never normally eat there. The food was great the service excellent. The waitress made the visit. Was so NOT impressed with the restaurant we normally go to!!!!!!!! Will think twice before ever going back. Two weeks before went for birthday party 13 people. Four were children and the waitress so not into what was going on. So disappointed in a restaurant that was once our go to. Just to point out to waitresses DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER!!! Every Adult at that table were good tippers on a regular basis!!!!!

I have celiac disease and the server asked if I was eating a gluten free diet or if I was allergic to gluten. This is the first time that a server has asked this question. When the food was brought out there was a small bowl of chipotle sauce, which the server explained right away that it was gluten free. They are a knowledgeable and very helpful staff at this restaurant.

If you are drinking or a regular this place is awesome, otherwise avoid at all costs. After several visits i have given up on thinking it was just one waitress. During all visits I saw refills on alcohol, while we waited for service. I have received food frozen in the middle. One waitress saw somebody come in, waved at his group, yelled hi and then asked me to repeat my order. There was enough staff working during all my visits, it could have been that the staff would rather concentrate on tables that would net larger tips or I don't fit their demographic they want to attract, who knows.

I have been very old customer of this place, coming here since it is opened in FSJ but the last time I went had very bad experience. The servers were so good and amazing before but now they just don’t care at all, food was very oily and bad. Went there for another festivities this time it was the 40 oz steak night. The steak was cooked to perfection being how big it was. The service was spot on my glass was never empty despite how busy the event was. A great job well done. For dessert had a irish drop shot. It hit the spot. This location seems to have a problem properly displaying signage for Promotions.40oz steak night with a draw for a BBQ Smoker seemed to have a limit on tickets with no notice or a date to which the tickets need to be purchased buy. There servers are top shelf and food and drink selection fantastic, Just don't count on the PROMO's being available on the date they say!!.
