3 of us went there for dinner, the 2 meat eaters were served huge plates of food which they were very happy with. Fresh vegetables and a grilled piece of corn topped their plates. I had a spinach salad which was huge and very filling. If you consider massive portions of food a negative then i suppose that would be the only drawback.

Restaurant has a really great atmosphere. Every time I have eaten here the food is awesome, from butter chicken to lasagna, to jambalaya, ribs and burgers, they never disappoint. Drinks are always good as well great prices. Facilities are always kept up.

Used to eat there before and it was great....Dont know what happened....Fish was filled with grease that i had to use 3 napkins to get most of it off...fries were still white no color...coleslaw was cabbage cut up and some shredded carrots on top with watered down sauce....and the tartar sauce was so vinegary...Bench seats were torn and falling apart.... So sad as my hubby finally was able to take me out and thought this would be a great place to go since we were not able to get out much....He had apologized to me the whole night......The cook was yelling and could be heard clear as day from the kitchen to the front where we were sitting....The Lady Christine who served us was wonderful and that is why i am giving 3 stars because she was super....friendly professional and prompt to our needs.....

Food was sub par and the service was terrible. Waitress seemed overwhelmed. Reservations were made for 20 well ahead of time. 2 servers were dedicated to our group and an experienced bartender, so there was no excuse for the bad service. I will not go back.

Passing through town, and decided to try something besides the usual choices. Took less than 5 minutes to get to from the highway. Menu selection was good, the food was good (seafood chowder gets a solid 5/5), service was good. Glad we stopped here.

A pleasant place for lunch/dinner. Very generous portions for what you pay for, and honestly the only complaint I can possibly make is the side of gravy I ordered for my fries was mediocre. Staff was prompt but not overbearing, and the sandwich I had was hot and delicious. Would definitely go there again.

Staff was great but food was mediocre. Wings were soggy and their stir fry bowl was swimming in what tasted like a jar of VH sauce. Only redeeming fish was the Bombay chicken dip which was interesting in that it paired goat cheese with butter chicken, but even this was a bit of a let down as they only provide you with a handful of tiny nann breads to eat it, so you’re left with a big bowl of butter chicken sauce.

Service was very good, but fish, fries, calamari soaked in veritable oil. Not as good as used to be hopefully it was just an off night for them as the food is normally great there. if it was my first time there I would not return, but will try it again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and atmosphere here. The background music is quiet enough not to interfere with conversation. Menu prices are refreshingly reasonable, daily specials are available. Portion sizes were greater than expected for the price.

Various menu, not specifically Western food, so it's nice (spicier the better, yum!), and overall great. Whenever we have family and/or friends visiting from Australia, we always take them here as it is more relaxing than other places for family or large group.

This is a fairly well run restaurant. Waitress that served us was very attentive and helpful. Food was quick and was presented well and tasted great. The washrooms were pretty clean and Covid precautions and rules in place as they should be at this time. All in all I would recommend this place. Looks like they had a decent bar tender pouring drinks as well.

Terrible, the Thai lettuce wraps were horrible, the little bit of chicken and veggies and a over abundance of peanuts were swimming in sauce and the chunk of head lettuce was impossible to get apart so ended up chopping it up and spooning the sauce on top, flavour wasn't the greatest. My veggie burger patty was dry and pasty, the ceasar salad wasn't fresh and lacked flavour. The beef in my husband's sandwich was inedible, tough and chewy, the sauce and the bun was the only thing edible, his cream of veggie soup was ok. Huge disappointment, certainly not what we expected, they used to be the #1 spot to go, but undoubtedly not any more. Don't think we'll be going back there.

The food was great, and so was the atmosphere. The servers and hostesses were all super friendly and patient. We had the chicken burger and the Guiness burger which were both huge and really well made! We also got the striploin appetizer which was also delicious. I am really glad I got to try before i had to leave FSJ.

Was extremely unimpressed by the service and food at this restaurant. Where to start. Went for dinner at 8pm. Waited ten minutes before even being greeted at the front. Was told they were too full and were our of cutlery!!! Finally got a seat and the greeter came to serve us. Seemed like she did not want to be there.. Still no cutlery was clean for us for quite a while.... Ordered a beer but their taps were all empty for cleaning, Got a Ceasar, ran out of beans for the Caesars. Received the food and very unsatisfied with the presentation of this beef dip, also no flavor whatsoever Roustabouts please get this figured out!!

Nice place to go for Pub style food in Fort St John. Easy to find, friendly staff and great food. Had the fish and chips one night which was really nice and had a really good burger on a different night. Good place to eat if you're from out of town and looking for a good size dinner meal.
