The pizza was good but the wait was not great. The timer on my order was of bu about 12 minutes which doesn't seem like much until you have a 30 window to pick it up and at the end of the 30 minutes you are late back to work and still haven't eaten.

Worst pizza in town. Paid for extra cheese and had large bare spots. Barley any toppings on all three pizzas. Lost our families business for sure!

Went for a bite to eat after fishing at Charlie Lake all day. Staff was courteous and respectful. Took our two toddlers and had a quick pizza. Will go back again.

Ordered here once and haven't gone back, worst pizza I've ever eaten and the online ordering system is a joke and usually causes glitches with promo items, I phoned the store to order and the staff are no help. I won't be back unless things drastically improve. Prices are way to high for the bad quality products. Order from a local pizza parlor and you won't be disappointed like Pizza Hut FSJ was to me.

after being told 45 mins from time of order. when we arrived they said another 20 minutes when we arrived. then after the 20 mins was up they said they were "boxing it up" meanwhile a customer waited 2 hours for wings. then after 15 mins was up they told us it would be 10 to 15 mins more. we then cancelled our order with a full refund and a $20 dollars off of our next order. being only open for at least a week the 2 students at least in grade 10 by the looks of it would continue to tell the people 20 mins when they waited 2 hours hearing 20 mins. very poor service. not much else to say. don't order here for another month. COMPLETELY UNPREPARED FOR OPENING... UPDATE: after 4 months I am loving the pizza. usually always on time. LOVE IT!!!

Great food, my only gripe is that the delivery charges are ridiculously overpriced, I work not even 2 minutes away and the delivery fee is eight dollars. EIGHT, I live 15 minutes away from Boston pizza or mr. Mike's and the delivery charge is anywhere from 3 to 4 dollars. Would give it a better rating if delivery fee wasn't as expensive as the food, yikes

The pizza was great when they first opened but had slowly gone downhill. Today I ordered a personal Hawaiian and 8 Honey Garlic wings. They put my pizza in the warmer to wait for the wings. My order took over 30 minutes. The pizza was dried out and tasted like cardboard and the wings they gave me were boneless wings - glorified Chicken McNuggets, which I did not order. They did not give me a receipt so I cannot complain online at Pizza Hut We Listen to You.

Went there earlier for Wings. Only got 15 wings out of 22 we paid for. We called back right away and they corrected it. Gave us additional 22 fresh wings and ranch to fix the mess up. Highly recommend. Good service.

Not even worth 1 star. It took over an hour to get our pizza, took forever to get them to answer the phone after 4 try's finally got through only to be told that they had never received my order. Seconds later our pizza arrived and it the worst pizza i have ever had

Worst pizza I ever had... Asked for extra cheese but got only green bell peppers on undercooked dough. This place is so lame, don’t know why it has 3.7 stars. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK???????????????? Pizza 73 is way way better.

Ordered a pizza with extra sauce, came with next to none. Called in even asked if I could get extra sauce and was told every excuse in the book about how they put extra sauce in a whole ladle and a half. Pretty disappointed to say the least .

Absolutely Terrible and Manager Jane was very unprofessional. We ordered a pizza which took forever to get to us. I called and spoke to Jane and told her the crust was not completely baked, it was doughy and the toppings were sparse. As well, mentioned that the pizza arrived cold! Jane, who is the Manager was terribly rude and asked me what should she do about it…she was suggesting that because the Pizza was not in front of her eyes, she didn’t believe me! As if I was going to spend $10 in gas to drive to her and show her the doughy pizza with sparse toppings. I cannot believe that the owner of this location would put this person in charge of their business. She really needs a job where she is not managing anything as her interpersonal skills are terrible.

Pizza tastes like a microwaved dish. Slow service. Delivery is always way later than the time given. Once i waited 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. I was drunk and didn't mind but still come on guys.

The last 3 times I ordered pizza I asked for extra cheese but still had bare spots on the pizza, no cheese much less extra cheese. This time I asked to speak to the manager and explained to him that I wasn't getting what I ordered so he took my order personally and it was PERFECT!! Very happy with my pizza, and with the service. The delivery was really fast and the delivery person was very nice as well.????
