Just literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. At one point the owner even hit me passive aggressively on the back cause I tried to order noodles instead of rice, and the water was disgusting.

Okay. I'm including an update to my original post from September 28 2021 regarding our order from September 26 2021. I'm not going to change anything from the original post. I'm going to add the owners reply, and my response to their message. I have lowered my rating to one star due to their unprofessional approach. "My friend loves Pho so we ordered delivery.. he said oftentimes delivery doesn't do justice but felt this pho was GREAT, regardless. That is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Everything else that was ordered was terrrrrrrrrrible and disgusting. The salad rolls could have been good but I ordered "shredded pork." I thought this would be similar to pulled pork, but it was literally two tiny pieces of dried pork and mostly a bunch of stringy gritty/grimy clear chewy strands of something that I can only assume was tripe ???? absolutely disgusting in flavour and texture. The "crispy calamari" was anything but crispy. It was thick, doughy and under cooked. There were two or three long chewy tube pieces of calamari and the rest were vegetables. The ginger beef was a complete scam. The flavour was ok, at best, but there was nothing to eat. It was three pieces of ultra thin "beef".. mostly fat and bones. I will be posted pictures too. I will never eat here again." Reply from the Owner: "1. The chewy thing on salad roll is pork skin made by traditional Vietnamese style, and that’s why we call it’s shredded pork. Btw, trip is way more expensive than that if you really look the market lol 2. The ginger beef on your picture is even smaller than our half size 3. Hope you can find pictures of crispy calamari too or don’t tell me you finished all of those with the ‘disgusting flavors’ 4. We always welcome anyone directly come to our restaurant face to face complain, if you really think what talking can make sense. If you really think you suffered from our food, we will provide our apologies. But we will never say sorry for the people who will only dare to spread anonymous speech online" Today, October 6, 2021, I'm going to reply in numbered form, in correlation to each point made above: 1. Thank you for sharing this information about the traditional Vietnamese style of shredded pork. Had this information been included in the menu, I would've known better than to choose it. I'm certain the salad roll would have been fabulous with chicken or beef. While many people love tripe and Vietnamese style shredded pork, I find it repulsive. Unfortunately, for me, the grit and flavour mixed in too well and the wraps were unpalatable. I'm unsure what your comment regarding cost of tripe has to do with anything? 2. I'm glad you acknowledged the fact that the amount we recieved was "even smaller than [your] half size." We were shocked and very disappointed, as well. 3. I wish I took pictures of the calamari. I spat out the one piece I tried. I tried to eat a pepper, as it was, and by pulling off the batter, and I simply couldn't. We threw it all straight into the trash - not even to the dogs. 4. I would have happily taken these issues to the restaurant, but that wasn't in the cards that weekend. Also, the order was made through Skip and a complaint was issued through the app.

Haven't had pho this good since my bestfriends mom made it for us in Louisiana. Would give this place 10 stars. Food is seasoned to perfection and the staff are incredable. If your a first timer to pho they are more than happy to help in any way.

Good pho, great broth; a little local culinary diversity gem, with many options on the menu. The veggie spring rolls were tasty, but a bit lean on the contents and I felt they were overpriced for what I got. My pho had an amazing broth and was served without the garnishes I've come to expect (some combination of bean sprouts, basil leaves, chilli/jalapeno peppers etc.). The ample broth and noodle portions were typical of pho. The meat portions could have been a bit more substantive. It would be great if the door could be propped open, as it seemed as though there was no air circulation, and I was happy that I had seated myself closer to the door every time customers came in. The service was prompt, courteous and attentive. I look forward to trying more of their menu on future visits.

This is what our wonton soup looked like tonight. Taste was not good and almost no broth. For a 23 dollar soup you should get better than this. I will add that we’ve had it before and it wasn’t anything like this. Threw this out after a couple bites.

For years all we had what Saigion noodles and let's face it..... it sucks, its not authentic and you wont find bandaids in your food.... This place such a hidden gem. Good food! We order quite regularly for lunch at work, and folks that are there seem to recognize me. We've eaten a fair assortment from there now. Out of the five times we've ordered, there's only been one issue - I should have checked the containers before we left, but we got a chicken rice dish with cashews instead of a stir fry teriyaki chicken. I also didn't loke my food that day, I had ordered the Special Vermicelli bowl, and it didn't quite match what was listed. I found it sweet and otherwise lacking. Today though, the order was perfect, piping hot. I had the Spicy Tropical Chicken on Rice. There was no spice to it, but deeellish otherwise! It was well rounded and the portion size was large! I shouldn't have eaten it all, but I did! We definitely be back!

If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place. Their broth is very well made (this can either make or break the dish). The owner is also very genuine. This restaurant truly reminds me of home, my favourite would have to be their satay pho!

Far better than Saigon, which is pretty far from authentic pho. A bit pricey, but you get an actual flavorful pho and not the bland broth they give you from Saigon noodles.

Terrible food and even worse service. First arrived and it was FREEZING inside, then we waited for quite a while to be told that they were opening late due to a party the night before, then had us wait 15 minutes for very unpleasant "green tea". After the the tea they brought out only 2 menus for 3 people (clearly had more). After more waiting the first order was brought out and it was wrong as my friend ordered vegetable spring rolls and was brought meat, he then let them know about the order and she took them away then brought them back stating they only had meat spring rolls, not vegetable (you need to let people know this). After he left she then tried telling us he didn't specify vegetable which is a complete lie and change of story on her part. They then brought out our noodle bowls which were TERRIBLE. I would not recommend this place to anyone! The prices are also way too high.

I forgot my mask...was going to pick up delicious food....I called in to see if they had a solution maybe take my credit card over the phone. They brought my food and the debit machine out to the curb and gave me a mask just in case I needed it anywhere else! This is our Friday night go to. I’m sure everything is wonderful but we like the #45 and salad rolls so much we haven’t tried anything else! This place is a gem! nice people, great food.

When we walked in the restaurant was empty, we waited 15 mins for a drink and as we were waiting an ant was crawling on my boyfriends arm. we should of left then. Bubble tea is a hard NO. do not order that or any other food. my boyfriend ordered a chicken teriyaki sub and he couldnt even eat it (which takes alot) and he told the server it was gross but she just fought us saying " many people like it" and then charged us full price for it #thief will not be returning or recommending !

This place made my holidays. I love Vietnamese food and just moved to dawson creek from Vancouver not long ago. The taste the freshness the presentation is beyond what we where expecting having tried other places in northern bc. The lady who greeted us (I think the owner) was happy and full of life invited us to have a drink it was as if she was inviting us into her home! This is now our favorite Pho place away from home 10/10 in every way!

My girlfriend and I stopped in for dinner tonight, and it was absolutely delicious!! Not only was the food amazing from the menu, but the Chef and owner/manager did a show & tell of weekend special menu items! Y'all will have your minds blown. Very happy to see that the small family owned restaurants in Fort St John made it through the worst of the Covid downturn. They are on top of cleaning protocol and distancing measures as well. All clear!

Such delicious food. I had #55, an actual pork chop not pieces of meat. Highly recommend eating here or if you are passing through FSJ (Fort St.John). They gave us deep fried dumplings as well very good. The music playing in the background was soothing and calming.

I was working in town for the week, and found this gem for the last 2 days. Absolutely incredible food, served with motherly love. I’m not exaggerating at all. The owner/cook is amazing. There is no doubt that when I go back to Fort St. John, I am definitely eating there every night. It was the best tasting Vietnamese food that I’ve had in a long time. To be honest, I actually miss eating there, and I certainly can’t say that for any other restaurant that I’ve been to. Great food! Great woman! I highly recommend this restaurant.

The soup was good- great flavour and generous portions, but the chicken was overdone. Staff were very accommodating, but didn’t have hair tied back in the kitchen. And the owner was pretty rude to one of the staff, yelling “boy” at him within the restaurant seating area. It was awkward and uncomfortable so we won’t be back.

Not the 5star review everyone is reaving about. Cold and packet noodles in the heat up broth. Chicken and pork were heated in microwave One side of meat was ice cold and other is warm! They dont have manners not to discuss their personal business ventures in the dining area. No ventilation and no music!! We tipped 5$ but the lady made a comment thats it!! Actually you should be thanking us for not reporting to health authorities Not going again!
