I ordered the Dinner for Eight for pick up. Tried their mobile app for the first time and it worked splendidly. The food was ready at the prearranged time and was hot and fresh. Ample quantity that satisfied easily. Excellent food and friendly staff. I would recommend the Fort St. John location without hesitation, whether dining in or take-out.

Typical Canadian Chinese food. Get what you expect. Nothing special here. FSJ Chinese food is all the same. Noodles might vary from place to place but all have same quality

Went and got pick up one time on my lunch break. Portions were very small for the price. Food was not made fresh it was stored in containers on steam table in the back. Went and payed for my food I could see the guy putting food into my container, who knows how long it had been sitting there. Haven't ate at the buffet from my take out experience I won't be coming back.

I ordered take out. Put on hold for ten minutes, hung up called back, on hold for another 5. Picked up the food only to find they got the order wrong and forgot my drinks. Called back and to tell them and they got ignorant with me on the line. The food was terrible. Never eat there again.

While visiting FSJ for a week, I tried to order online through their website. Order would "not go through to the restaurant" "restaurant not responding". So I called. I waited on hold. I talked to a lady who said she couldn't get the order from their system. She took my order over the phone. She said to give them 45 minutes for delivery of a 5 item combination plate. After an hour, I called back. I waited on hold. She rudely told me that my order was "already out" and I said, it's been over an hour. To which she replied that my order was "already out" and hung up on me. I only gave two stars because my family has been eating at and ordering from Mama Panda for years and I know the food is usually good. If the food shows up tonight, I might already be in bed. My patience is "Already OUT". Edit - food showed up 10 minutes after I posted. In a soggy bag. The food was so cold and sad I couldn't eat it. What they sell as an Egg Roll was one soggy, cold Spring Roll. Almond Chicken was a sliced up chicken strip, also cold. Chop Suey was under cooked, steamed broccoli. Noodles were...noodles. Sweet & Sour pork could have come from any freezer section. If they think they can give this kind of service to people staying in hotels because they can get away with it, they are wrong. I will be stopping in there tomorrow to give them their food back.

Mama would be disappointed! Not the best Chinese food at Mama Pandas Fort St John, I ask for no onions and everything comes with onions. So I stopped ordering from this place. prices are high for the small size of portions you get when ordering for take out. They usually answer the phone in a very strange unprofessional way, but that's usually the way it goes in Fort St. John. Improvement in every area is needed before I become a regular customer.

Worked a 13 hour day and tried to order food.. I live in an rv park in town and they refused to deliver.. Said their delivery guy does not want to deliver to us... The buffet is slightly over priced, food seemed to be fresh, but for the price they need to be putting the seafood to the plate and there was no beef due to cost of beef not a good choice guys like me crave that AAA Canadian beef overall I'd say the best part was the service she was exceptional but unfortunately the food was worse then the last time I was in the "John" sorry Panda's I could do more for less and am a great cook I know many cuisine's orders up Mama!

Food was absolutely disgusting.... Arrived right when they opened at 1130. Everything extra greasy, flavours in all the types of Chinese foods were bland or off. Buffet was not piping hot despite having only just opened for lunch either. Sauces had skins from sitting. Only thing worth eating was the salad.... Will not return and i do not suggest this place at all. Staff were checking on us less than every 5 minutes as well which was more annoying than helpful considering its a buffet!!!

The food wasn't bad but it took some convincing to actually get the order. We ordered take out on a Sunday evening and went to go pick it up. When we arrived back at the hotel my order wasn't in the bag. We called them back and they said they would refund us, we asked if they would just make the food and they said no at first but eventually agreed to make it anyways. They also said it could not be delivered and we would have to drive back and pick it up. Upon arrival we asked if there was any kind of discount they could give us like any normal restaurant does when they mess up the order but the server didn't want to budge, not even an apology. One of the weirdest experiences with take out in my life.

I requested the Supper for Eight for get. Attempted their versatile application just because and it worked wonderfully. The nourishment was prepared at the prearranged time and was hot and new. Abundant amount that fulfilled no problem at all. Phenomenal nourishment and inviting staff. I would prescribe the Post St. John area decisively, in the case of feasting in or take-out.

The most dirty disrespectful place I have ever been. And we were picking up order to go. Front was very rude and could barely understand English they spoken. I am very disappointed with mama panda ☹ We order regularly through skip the dishes, however, lately the quality of their food has decreased but still bought from them. Yesterday I had enough as we found a fruit fly in our sweet and sour pork, it was disgusting. I had to throw it out ???? Quick fix is watch the quality of food or expect losing a lot more costumers ????

Good evening I’m staying in a hotel here in Ft St John, asked the front desk a good Chinese restaurant and was given your info, after an absolutely exhausting day I phoned your restaurant to order and was told I had to download your app to place an order. I said all I want is dinner for 4...was told again you don’t take orders over the phone. Exhausted I tried to download your app and it didn’t work, several times trying I found another Chinese restaurant that was more than happy to take my order over the phone and deliver it to my hotel.
