Borough friend here for his first visit. He may have been living under a rock because Edo is a go to spot of mine. This location held its own against the quality stuff that Edmonton puts out. Maybe just a smidge lacking in wuality. Nothing that would keep me away. Sukiyaki beef well done extra crispy with no mushies.

They should just take sushi off of the menu. They don't have enough staff for it. I waited 45 minutes for sushi.

In my opinion this was an absolute rip off. They forgot 3 parts of our order and charged us 115 dollars for a platter that would have been 4 bowls at the price of 12 dollars a bowl. I will never ever order from there again after they sent this to us. Just threw it all in the garbage it was so bad.

Asked for 3 large bowls of just noodles. There was a bowl on the counter with food in it and I said 3 of that size of just noodles. So she charged me 3 sides of ramen noodles. Then the cook pulled out 3 small bowls. I said no small bowl I want 3 of that large bowl of ramen noodles. She said that side of ramen is half the size of the large bowl. I said ok I want 6 sides then. She then charged me 6 sides of ramen noodles. I then realized I paid for 9 sides of ramen noodles and said I didn’t want that much food. She then didn’t understand English and no longer talked to me. I couldn’t get a refund. Gave me 3 large bowls overflowing with noodles that she mashed down with a lid to fit in the bowl. Didn’t give me any napkins, cutlery, or my receipts.

Ordered a double chicken double beef bento box with noofles thru Skip the dish. When order arrived an hour and a half later/only a 5 min drive the order had rice.. I called edo asked to speak to the manager, they said there wasn't one... She hung up on me, so I drove to the store she told me tht the order was right and I couldn't order it with noodles.. Until I pulled up the order and proved you could.....Then they remade it.. But never put the shrimp extra I ordered on it or the sides even after I returned the original.....very disappointed.....

I stopped in today for a late lunch and the place was very clean and the staff well all so friendly. The service was fast and correct for what I order. I will be returning to this location next time I’m craving EDO!

The service was a bit slow had to wait a little over 20 minutes. But the food is amazing and the atmosphere is calming in a way. Good seating and a wall dedicated to Japanese food/desert. Gets a very respectable 4 stars.

Service I received was worst than awful. Ordered a meal via skip the dishes and is still waiting for it to be delivered. When I called no one picked up the phone. I was not able to speak with anyone until the following morning. I was told that its not the restaurants fault and I should contact skip the dishes. She showed no regret at my bad experience and was more interested in passing blame. I will never eat at this restaurant or any of its location ever again. I go only where I feel appreciated.

The sevice here is absolutely awful. You guys are brutal to deal with . I have blonde hair and recieved my order and told them there was a long black hair in my teriyaki bowl with proof. and they said it wasnt theres when THEY ALL HAVE BLACK HAIR. They cant even admit to it or refund me or even just simply give me a new bowl . . You guys dont even deserve any sevice / business through this pandemic. Just awful . Take care of your customers especially in a smaller town.

The sauce must be watered down. Can not taste it at all. Super bland food. The edo in the mall is good so go there instead of this place

I had ordered a chicken/beef yakosabi. Sumo sized. Extra veggies. And after receiving it. It was small. So i paid an additional $3.50 to get double meat. I had came home and my meal was so small. Very little meat. And literally 2-3 teaspoons worth of teriyaki sauce in a tiny plastic container. After calling. No manager was there. “Ann” whom answered the phone would not take my message to pass to the manager nor my number. I was told come tomorrow when he’s in. Absolutely horrible. And insulted how unprofessional “Ann” was. I strongly no not recommend this location to anyone. I have ate at Edo numerous times and this is the first and last time i will be wasting money at this garbage location.

We just can’t have nice things in Fort Mcmurray. If you have allergies please save yourself hassle and do not eat here. Requested no mushrooms on my meal. My meal came out with mushrooms. I brought it back up and they took my bento box behind the counter. Then returned it to me a few minutes later. They obviously just tried to pick out the mushrooms, as there were still plenty left underneath. Pretty disappointed with the service
