Don't expect to be blown away with great food and service here... Arrived 21:05 with no lineup, waited 4 min for a server (takeout, two Dave's Doubles). Receipt 21:09, bagged 21:17 so 12 minutes wait. Food quality was disappointing. Patties were room temperature, reheated and greasy, lettuce was limp, tomato was soggy. Employees pay attention to their phones, and pretend not to see walk-in customers. I had to repeat my order, as usual. And staff made their own lunch before starting my order. Smiles? Good luck! I understand, it's not personal, work is a chore. Staff needs refresher on food hygiene. I saw an employee drop a stainless steel tray on the floor and not sanitize it. A second dropped fries from a poutine serving (while texting on her greasy phone); she just put the fries back in the tray (no gloves) and out the drive-thru window it went! Small wonder I usually cook at home.

I feel I never have to check my order when I go through the drive-thru here. They pay very careful attention and are always polite and courteous! There's the very rare occasional mishap (like asking for no onions on my burger and finding some anyway) but I always get what I pay for and that's what matters to me! I don't mind picking off onions, the workers are human and such things happen. I still give them five stars!

Very Rude staff. They just don’t care. Don’t try to order a baked potato, “they’re not ready”. When will they be ready ? “They take an hour”, was the response I received. Then, I asked for NO SAUCE, I am severely allergic to mayonnaise, almost all Sauces use a mayo base.- I received a burger DRENCHED in mayonnaise. And of course being drive thru, I did not realize until I got home, I was so upset already (no potato, and now no burger?) So I went back. (10min drive,10min wait in line) — and sure they replaced my burger, but no manager came to the window, NO APOLOGY, no remorse, no concern, no offer of some sort of solice, nothing. The staff stood there staring at me through the window with nasty looks on their face as they handed me a burger I am now scared to eat. I am appalled by the customer service at this location, or lack there of.

One of the better places to go for fast food. Burgers are par with other Wendy's. Staff is surprisingly courteous and very accommodating. The Coca Cola machine is quite convenient and provides several flavors. Parking area is also quite big given that it's located in a mall. Would recommend this place highly.

The workers are nice but its worthless when they leave out major parts needed to consume the order when purchasing through drive thru. -no dressing to put on the salads -no fork to consume the salads -no straw to consume the drink These mistakes are happening by the workers as well as the managers of this location. It has become a regular occurrence as of the my last 4 visits to leave out pertinent parts of orders. For that reason i highly recommend avoiding this location, and going to another one such as the Lawrence and Dufferin location. If going to another Wendys is not an option, i recommend to just avoid eating Wendys all together.

The customer service while using the drive-through is extremely poor! The person taking your order is always in a rush & while paying or receiving your food, their attitude is also poor. They seem to find it problematic when you ask to repeat an order, and/or wait a moment while you decide what you want. Very interesting pop machine. With a few touches on the screen, a variety of soda such as coke, ginger ale and orange pop will come out. Other than the pop machine, the in house lemonade at Wendy's is refreshing. Baked potatoes with cheese and bacon was delicious. The nacho with chili and cheese were impressive too.

How hard can a coffee be hard to make? I asked to stir the sugar in well and I got my coffee without any sugar after waiting for 4 minutes. The lid was not put on properly so it opened and spilled while handing it to me (drive through). I don't usually write bad reviews but it is a very simple order, shouldn't be hard to get it right...

There used to be a Wendy's restaurant in LaSalle on Newman where Arahova Souvlaki is currently situated but it closed down in the 90's and this place opened up in 2012. I remember people passing out coupons for free hamburgers to local business owners, so you can be sure I went. Great tasting burgers and fries as always, and this new place has a nice modern decor. Their was an issue with the customer service quality, or rather the lack thereof. During the day, the service was speedy and courteous but at night, it happened that employees wouldn't show up for work and the night manager would lock the front door and close the dining hall, forcing customers and even Uber Eats delivery guys to use the congested drive-thrus. This was easily the worst-managed fast food restaurant I've ever seen, but all that changed two weeks ago with a new sheriff in town who fired that bossy night manager and is retraining the staff, so things should improve very soon.

Covid 19 experience: Info: Only serving customers with car ( Drive Thru). No walk in. Door is open but strictly for Skip the dishes not for customers. Pros: Cashier is in a different window which money handling is separate from packing. Thumb up for this. Cons: No car - no food. No gloves used at this location for staffs who pack the food. Yes gloves used in kitchen. The lady supervisor Or manager also has nails an inch long touching fries while packing and talking. Not against long nails, but either use gloves or nail short to protect food handling hands against collecting dirt and transferring bacteria. Not easy to wash hand and ensure 10 fingers all clean under nails. I am a regular at Wendys, twice a week, treat for my kids. I drive but I walk in because I wanted to make sure I can see the packing and preparing . I LOVE THE MENU, but today I won’t come back until better management or until I can see better food handling. This Covid 19 is new to everyone. But if you are in management and have set a good food handling system that protects your staffs and your customers. It will not hurt but boost confidence for people who support your business.

This location I do like going to many times they do make fresh of the grill food I have not had any complaints about this location except that sometimes the employees don't feel that welcoming when you come in have not been inside since the hole covid 19 happened but before that I was not always a fan of going inside to crowed so loud and tables are not always clean so I love going through drive threw they are joint with Tim Hortons so that is a plus it's in a small plaza and good amount of parking available I still come here till this day.

Whomever owns and/or manages this Wendy's should come in and organize this restaurant. Service is very unprofessional. There was an irate customer ahead of me and noone at the restaurant was capable of diffusing the situation. The amount of yelling that was happening was embarrassing. We had to just leave as noone was able to continue serving. Covid19 restaurant rules and regulations should be properly explained to employees as well as signs indicating as such for customers, this may help prevent such disagreements in the future. Also teaching managers how to diffuse conflicts would also be helpful. Because of this incident we went to A&W.

This place is NOT that clean at all. Staff at this location are unorganized, rude and NOT friendly at all. Burgers are all messy and the hamburger buns are all soggy (nasty). Used to be better... despite having several so called managers nobody is there to help you. Had a complaint early april nobody called me back my issue had to be dealth back at wendys HQ in Ohio. You should fire all your managers and leave one in place you save salary and your customers are happier had no problem dealing with Tony. If i could give a zero i would Issues include but not limited to Closing drivethru before closing time Ice on drinks sent back and asked for no ice keep coming back with ice! No bacon on burgers and salad that have bacon. No croutons on salads. No dressings on salads Frosty machine out of order on at least 4 visits.

This Wendy's has the rudest staff I've ever experienced! Had the staff talk ill about me right there in front of me. I was so shocked. When I approached her to confront her and her unprofessional behavior..she justifed it with "what I cant talk? " Very unprofessional staff. You're lucky if you get one of the good members to serve you. If you know you can't do a job which entails customer service skills or dont want to..THEN DON'T. No need to be a rude person.SMH..
