Wonderful warm and friendly place to nosh while gazing at the mighty Niagara. We only stopped in for soup and salad . The Asian salad was a bed of mescal greens, spiced walnuts, Mandarin slices and goat cheese set off with a sesame ginger dressing and house roasted cherry tomatoe for a nice acidic zing. Won ton bits gave a nice crunch. The won ton soup was flush with huge pork filled won ton in a savoury miso soy broth sprinkled with scallions. Very pretty. Mom's mango tango salad was a bed of arugula with artfully arranged bright orange cubes of ripe mango topped with goat cheese, cranberries. We ordered hot tea and it came in a big ceramic pot filled with orange pekoe brewed to a good strength and was refilled without being asked plus a new tea bag! Very comfortable. The owner and the chef came out to greet us and answer any questions we had, food or historical. My only regret was it wasn't spring, or summer, or fall. But even winter has her charm with bare branches and their burnt umbers and pale straw surrounds against the great green blue water.

I really didn't like the food here, but I don't think that it is really the fault of the place. I think it's more about my personal taste. Like I got the stroganoff. Someone who might like a more bland stroganoff might actually like it. I however didn't think it tasted like anything. The place itself looked really nice, though.

My husband and I had supper there last night. Best curry, basmati rice and garlic Naan bread ever. We usually go to St. Catherine's for Indian food and living in Fort Erie this is wonderful. The Chef and staff were outstanding ???? we had appetizers last Sunday just to try the place out. We were not disappointed. Lamb Kebab and smoked salmon were also delicious ???? they have a great variety please try them out.

I never write reviews on restaurants because I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and know what it is like, but this place I hate to say deserves a 0 star rating. We were greeted by a 12 ish year old (could be the son who was very polite) and we’re brought to the inside of the restaurant and was told to sit wherever we go wanted (which is fine). We then were given menus by the child from before hand and then waited about 20 minutes before a gentleman approached our table. We had to initiate a “hello”. He just stood at our table without even saying anything. We ate earlier so we were just going to order drinks and a medium pizza with wings. Once I requested that the guy said “what do you mean that’s for you guys, usually that’s a one person meal”’ . He judged our decision so much that I decided to pick a larger pizza just to accommodate him. He was obviously the owner and assumed we would be “cheap customers” even though each drink we ordered was 5.75 . Plus the pizza and wing deal doesn’t come with toppings. I was very upset by his behaviour that we left with disappointment. It is sad local businesses treat locals or anyone like that. I will never recommend this place .

Such a beautiful location to have delicious food. The service was wonderful, the establishment was clean, and the experience was lovely. My table had the chance to be served by Dennis, such an interesting, caring and polite individual. Our service was personable and did not make us feel rushed, even if we walked in a bit on the later end of everyone's shift, we were the last table to leave at closing. I can only imagine how hard it might be to uphold high quality like we received since Covid times have dawned on us, yet this location left us feeling fully satisfied. We will definitely go back to this restaurant because we are grateful for the time we spent here.

We love this restaurant we discovered as we were camping at 2 minutes walk from there. The 4 of us had very delicious meal(fish,mushroom burger and spaghetti). Happy, very joyful service and so not expensive. Nice terrasse with Riverview! Next time I will take the fish tacos or the coconut shrimps!!!

Drove by during a tour away from the busy part of town and saw this local restaurant. We did check the reviews and thought it was a return to try out. Very glad we did. Our first night in Niagara Falls, ON, we ate at a hotel recommended site withing walking distance. Although we had to drive to the Lighthouse it was worth it. A really good Shepards Pie for me, my wife had the Seafood Pescatori which was cooked perfectly, and our friend had the Wonton Soup with wonderful dumplings. Now my wife wants to swing by tomorrow for one of their burgers when we leave town even though we are going in the opposite direction. A good find.

Most importantly the food here was excellent. The four of us each had something different and everything was well prepared, well presented and delicious. We ate outside on the deck at the picnic tables and enjoyed watching the boat traffic on the Niagara River. It may seem that the food is a bit slow in arriving but it is well worth the wait. We were seated by the waitress only to be ignored after. She served the people that came in after us. They received their drinks before anyone even asked us for our order. A gentleman came out to deliver food to another table then proceeded to talk to them for another five mins. The waitress then joined the conversation for another ten mins while we sat waiting to be served it even acknowledged. We ended up leaving after 20 mins of being ignored. I understand that these are crazy and tough times and everyone is trying to adjust to this new norm but completely ignoring guests, even as they get up and walk out is unacceptable. Very poor service. If you’re from out of area I wouldn’t waste your time. They seem to only want to serve the faces they recognize.

Unstandable that it's a busy place however 1hr wait just for a Ceasar salad not worth it. Croutons were stale. Pasta had the appearance of being half cooked then reheated. Pasta was too oily and not worth my money Alfredo sauce should hug the noodles not drip off. Some kid was messing with our tail pipe to our bike parents not paying attention. Best part was the view and paper cup water.

Attended the lighthouse tonight with some friends to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant is spotless, has a nice ambiance and great views of the Niagara River. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The chef came out to sing happy birthday with the rest of the staff. The food was very tasty and portions were very large. We come from Ohio to the Niagara Falls area every year (we honeymooned here 42 years ago; we have returned almost every year since) and we have watched each year, hoping that someone would reopen this restaurant someday. Someone did and it's clear that they care. There's obviously been a lot of careful renovation done and there are lots of interesting items on the menu. We had a great meal and enjoyed talking with the staff who were exceptionally friendly. We have a new favorite place on the Parkway!

We had an amazing time at the lighthouse Niagara parkway Stevensville. We ordered fish tacos, beef samosas, chicken wings, chicken roganjosh, palak lamb, fish and chips and beef burger for our party of 4. Every single dish was finger licking good and portion size was really generous. Views of the lake in front and side were really breathtaking which is just added bonus. It’s so worth it, in all ways imaginable. Great experience overall ????????????????????

By far THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Servers were completely unorganized, took 35 minutes to be asked for drinks, and then told we can't order food even if we're ready . (There were about 3 tables taken at this time) when we finally ordered the food, the spaghetti and meatballs (the most basic meal) meatballs tasted undercooked, and like plastic, garlic bread was soaking in the water sauce they gave. This water sauce didn't even stick to the pasta, everything in this dish was swimming in water. My boyfriend got the Shipwreck, burger and fries, fries were undercooked, too much toppings on burger, they try to hide the pink with lots of veggies. The ending service was HORRIBLE. The lady STARED at the debit machine. And when I clicked no tip she rushed us as fast as possible out . By far the worst experience I have ever had. Definitely lost some business.

Great restaurant with attentive staff and fair prices. I have the best pizza in my life here; their 'Smoked Chicken Pizza'. Don't be fooled by the standard sounding name. They take a handful of crazy flavours like Blue Cheese, Walnuts and Arugula and turn them into a truly unique pie. I would return to Niagara just for this Pizza.

I have been several times to this restaurant in the past/brought family & friends and recommended it to friends and co-workers. Tonight my husband & I had dinner on the patio (first time since the covid pandemic). After taking a few bites, noticed a hair in my fries and of course, did not eat my meal. After discussion with the girl who cleared our plates and our waitress, we received the bill that included my uneaten meal. The issue is not the hair.....it happens.......but please don't make me pay for a meal that is inedible and imply that I am fabricating the story.

First time there today. GREAT BURGER. May have been the best burger I ever had in Canada. Great service. People were very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable price. Plan on going back again soon. Wish I could go there more often.

We have been going there since they have opened. The food is great and the service is good. But the last time we went we noticed the serving of the tartar sauce was very small and the coleslaw I got had vert little in it but my husband 's was full to the top. They should serve more tartar sauce and their portions should be consistant.

Steak could have thicker. As well as the sauce on the stroganoff. The steak was ordered medium rare but was well done. The staff were excellent and attentive. Would eat there again

We walked in 15 minutes to closing and we're welcomed to have whatever we wanted. No restrictions. Wonton soup with house made wonton was delicious!

Excellent food with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their menu has many different options to suit your tastebuds (I was recommended “the stowaway burger” and was not disappointed). A locally owned restaurant on the parkway that I would recommend to anyone driving by.

Great food, peaceful atmosphere, nice view by the river looking at New York shoreline. I loved the fish and chips, both taste and price/taste ratio were great. The service was good and the owners were both welcoming and cheerful. Some of the guests can look at you puzzled at times when you speak in another language than English, but they will get used to it. It is 2021 and we were all locked away for some time. Highly recommended and I will definitely frequent the place.

Sat down at table, waited 20 minutes for server ( patrons at 3 other tables , already eating) . Then waited another 20 to place our order. It ten took an additional 40 minutes to be served wonton soup, when remainder of meal came the fish tacos were cold, not even slightly warm ! The waiter was not the least bit interested and although he asked how meal was, walked away without a word . However I will say the young lad cleaning tables was very attentive to his responsibility, tables and chairs thoroughly cleaned after each patron .

Waited for full 1 hour for the food to arrive. First was told that this is due to shortage of staff, second explanation was that the ordering system was not working well. Anyway after 1 plus hour of waiting kids menu burger was burnt and dry looked like the patty was frozen multiple times, so we left it, fish and chips was missing tartar sauce, nobody gave us water so had to ask twice. Menu items are missing full meal descriptions, such as sides - they just bring it with main meal and dont bring plates for shared appetizer meals. At the end they gave us two receipts instead of one and told us to check every item because of some system issues. Not coming back for sure. Not sure why so many positive reviews for this place as the experience was absolutely subpar.

The service was terrible, my roasted beet salad was horrible. The beets tasted like they had been roasted in gasoline. My husband's chicken tenders were home made and were good. We might give it one more try.

Stopped by while cruising along Niagara Parkway from Fort Erie to Niagara On The Lake. Beautiful view. Huge Patio facing the lake. Excellent food. E joyed their veggie burger and veggie wrap. Nicely homely family run. Service was good. Do drop by. Patio was almost full with local seniors enjoying Sunday afternoon.

Dined for lunch today at the lighthouse. While the food was very good, but I must say the service was severely lacking. One table left due to waiting 30 minutes and the server not taking their drink or food order. My family waited 25 minutes before the server took our drink and food order and when he did, we did not get a hello or a sorry for the wait, just a look as if go ahead and order. The food wait time was not horrendous but passable given reduced staff. Got our drinks after asking a third time and the bill took a long time to receive. All said and done, our lunch ended up being a two hour patio lunch when typically such lunches take an hour. My husband and I agreed that the food was good so we will probably go back in the future, but no time soon due to service lacking. I believe that service could be drastically improved if the young gentleman bussing tables was able to at least take non-alcoholic drink orders and give us more than just water, filling the gap in the one waiter taking food orders.

Stopped by for lunch after cycling from the Falls only to find it closed for renovations. Their website needs to be updated to indicate the closure. We were so looking forward to lunch and there is nothing else around so we cycled 8km back for lunch at Betty’s which was terrific.
