Without a doubt the worst ever pizza place I've ordered from. I dont even do reviews except EVERY single time I order from this place there's always something wrong. Gave them about 4 different chances to get it right but they don't care pure and simple.

This location is unbelievable. My family and I will never be ordering here ever AGAIN. We have lived in Thorold for almost 10 years. They must have either gotten new owners or they don't care. My family has ordered here multiple times within the last few months and EVERY SINGLE TIME they've messed up with either sending us pizza's with wrong toppings, not properly cooked and every time they've argued with us that they were right and did nothing wrong. I've worked in a restaurant business for 7+ years so I am completely aware that mistakes happen etc. But the fact that every time we've ordered from here they mess us is ridiculous. I 100% do not recommend this location. Go to the one on Glendale if you're smart.

Horrible service. Ordered for delivery one day about a year ago & they’re suppose to give you your pizza for free if they take longer than an hour. An hour passed by and no one showed up. Another hour passed and the store was about to close 2 hours after I ordered and I didn’t get my pizza. They didn’t even call to cancel it or anything. Mine aswell go to The Barrel in the plaza over or literally any other local pizza place around here.

Couldn't find our adress for 20 minutes when we asked for delivery, then they finally said they found it and sent it to a house that doesn't have close to the same address, (a previous delivery from my number, that I never mentioned) so I called them and they ssid they would re send us one for free, and they didnt. Then customer service said if we drove there in 20 minutes we would get it for free, so we took a trip there just to have to pay for the pizza. Very hard to communicate with over the phone. I also still want my free pizza.

I ordered pizza and wings from the fort Erie pizza pizza for delivery they showed about an hour and 10 minutes later, so I said 40 minutes or it's free, they argued with me for 15 minutes and didnt end up giving it to me free of charge. not only that they forgot my wings came back 20 minutes later and still tried to charge me full price so they apologized said they wouldnt even give them to me at a discount price and gave me free coupons which later I realized were expired. Wont deal with them again there pizza isnt even that great anyways

This store routinely does not have normal menu items and calls back after I order telling me it's not available. Instead of just having the other store that's also 5 minutes away just deliver from there where they always have the items. It's unfortunate that your willing to lose a customer because of your store boundaries. If one store doesn't have something you would rather upset a customer then deliver from another store. I remember why I stopped ordering from here now.

Consistently pizza pizza fails me. I received under cooked wedges, I’m talking basically raw. And 40 wings that tasted boiled and tossed in an old spoiled sauce. I don’t trust this company. They don’t offer refunds, and without explaining that it was their policy or why they don’t offer refunds they simply, say no refund and they only replace food. I will update to a more positive review if my replacement is actually edible and doesn’t taste like an undercooked boiled sewer. $70 for a ruined night and to be hung up on and kept on the phone for an hour without any explanations or adequate assistance. I’m not happy, and I hate pizza pizza now. Update; Received the replacement food and the chicken wings were just as disgusting even with a new sauce: honey garlic instead of buffalo. The wedges were cooked this time.

Contacted the manager at the location; absolutely disrespectful and disgusting attitude towards customers; during the call I sent him the pic of the pizza on the number he sent; he responded “this is our BEST pizza and regular cheese; been working here for a long time and know what a great pizza looks like; veggies look great; and that I will have to pay xtra if I want more cheese”. Well this is by far the WORST pizza I have had in years! Cheese missing in between the entire pizza; veggies just thrown in one spot… dough tasted raw!! HORRIBLE presentation and taste!! I've been a regular customer at this location for a long time. There have been numerous issues with delivery time, missing toppings and underbaked crusts but I've always overlooked these things because everyone has a bad day sometimes. However, my last order was not only delivered late but several items were missing. I called to report the problem but the "customer service" rep was very disrespectful and unwilling to help. Not only would he not do anything about the missing food but he also refused to honour their "one hour or it's free" guarantee. He claimed that they tried to call me and had left a voicemail. I informed him that I had checked my call history. There was no voicemail and nothing in the call history. The customer sevice rep actually implied that I was lying and said nothing to address the late and missing food. The only thing he offered was a 15% discount on my next order which is meaningless since I'll never order from them again.

The breaded chicken wings tasted even better than the chicken from KFC (Fort Erie). It was not greasy, good size but the overall taste could for sure be improved though (thank god for the dipping sauces). The breading has an interesting taste but I don't mind it. The pizza, for the price, leaves a lot to be desired... For example, we ordered extra cheese and it was not very cheesy. I'm kind of afraid what would've happened if I chose without extra cheese. There was not a lot of toppings and the pizza just had a bland taste over all. I'm definitely ordering the chicken wings again but the pizza... eh, I will just stick to the Barrel honestly.

This location in particular is really bad. The pizza wasn’t cooked well at the bottom and there was barely any sauce and cheese on the pizza. Picture for reference. We only ordered from here because of the 50% off deal the company Pizza Pizza was having. I highly recommend ordering from a local pizza place in Fort Erie. (Ex: Zia’s pizzeria and Papa’s Pizza are amazing) Also I can confirm some of the 5 star reviews here are fake and from their relatives/workers. Especially the ones with pictures of the store.

I had ordered once here a large three topping with three popsand I thought it was pretty good actually $13.99. Then I read th reviews a few weeks later when I was thinking of ordering again. Some reviews were great and some of them were saying the pizza was undercooked.....sort of a bit and miss. Anyway, I ordered the same thing as the first time and when I got home, low and behold, I couldn't believe it, my pizza was very undercooked. So it's actually true from my experience. The only kind of bonus is I could reheat the slices up in the stove and finish off the cooking without burning.

Normally I have absolutely no issues with pizza pizza yes occasionally they might have missed a can of pop or did not have the proper ingredient or something like that but I had been there customer 20 years at least I have so many Club eleven point saved up that I could probably get two or three pizzas for free. today I placed an order online it said that I place the order at 6:08 which I have screenshots to prove everything at 6:57.54 and I only know it's that exact time cuz that's the first time that it appears on my telephone I get a phone call from Pizza Pizza stating your drivers knocking at your door and you're not answering could you please answer it so I say wait a minute there's nobody at my door I get up I open my door and I said no there's nobody here and then the timer goes off that states the pizza is free and then the driver comes walking up the driveway and says okay here I'd like the money for your order and I said no I'm sorry sir you're late and he says oh no I'm not they called you and let you knew I was here 1 fortunately just because you call me from the driveway doesn't make you at my door you knew you were going to be late so you had customer service call me to try to distract me I have a security camera because I thought you know what maybe I'm wrong maybe I'm completely wrong and he was here on time well my security camera detects people when they walk to my door pizza pizza driver was not detected until 6:59 as soon as I open my door to him it was 7 and they said too bad we called you it doesn't work that way you can't call somebody and lie and say they're knocking on your door when they're not even here yet they were still in the driveway you had somebody call me and hopefully distract me but it did not work

Employees was arguing with me saying its cooked, hard white crust and employee telling this is the standard. I went into the restaurant during, a dinner service where the there were many patrons. I expected a long wait time, even though the counter helper told me 15-20 minutes. To my surprise, it came out within the time period he told me. I was stunned, I looked at the Pizza and expected it to be awful and made really fast. However it looked perfect, all the toppings were symmetrical and it appeared to be what is exactly advertised. The Pizza had smoke coming out of it, and the cheese was perfectly melted on top. However it tasted amazing, the tomatoes on my Pizza was completely fresh. The chili seasoning was perfectly placed on top. It was the best Pizza, I had in a long time. The atmosphere while eating was nice for a fast food restaurant, where the music playing was very peaceful. The seating arrangement, made me feel comfortable. The staff and the owner of it so friendly and awesome.

I had trouble is ordering pizza online so I called to order the pizza for my family.the gentleman was hard to understand so I kept repeating myself so I could understand what you saying and then I asked him about prices and asked he why he bundled my pizza then he pretended to mute me because I kept asking him the same question over again because I want to do it I understand what I order. So then I called customer service explain what happen so they placed the order themselves, they said that it would be here in 41 minutes (5:41pm) so me and my family weighted then after (7:12) I decided to call them back because nobody has shown up to my door. They said on the phone same gentleman who hung up or muted me,sorry the driver couldn’t find her address, it didn’t exist so they cancelled my order without a phone call! I am like it does exist cause I live here and if you GPS it it would definitely come up. Then he was like you were gladly to leave a comment online ,so I decided to do just that! Terrible food, consistent mistakes and for some reason the delivery guy never seems to have change. I am sorry I feel $10 is too high a tip for pizza costing under 30 bucks. I don't know why I go back, I keep hoping it will live up to the pizza pizza standard but it FAILS. My last order just came in, burnt deep fried pickles, dented pop cans and again no change. GO TO CENTRAL PIZZA it's far superior. Too bad they are closed today.

Don't know what's changed, it's been a couple of years since i ordered from this location but the pizza i just got is terrible, crust is literally hard to chew, very sparse toppings, and ordered cheesy garlic sticks and it was just sticks with some melted mozzarella on top that came off in 1 big hunk leaving me with just garlic breadsticks... Guess if i order again I'll opt for the no cheese version. Overall disappointed, used to get pizza from this location on a weekly basis and it was always good.

So i just placed a pre-paid order and even went so far as to leave a tip. and the Delivery driver left my order on the doorstep and was ALREADY leaving the driveway BEFORE we even got a call about our order arriving. The website never updates saying "Your order should be on it's way" to let customers know its actually on its way. It's the first time it's happened but I'd like to think that with a tip the driver would at least wait till i've picked up my order before departing.

I ordered pizza, wings and fries and the pizza was undercooked and just terrible and they forgot my fries, BUT my mother went to the location and got my order redone and it's one of the best pizzas I've received in a long time. Not to mention the person at the front was extremely kind and sorry for the mistake. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! When we live 11 mins away from store and they can not give a time, and then make us wait 45 mins on hold. I dont know what to say today. I was there on new year to grab five pizza's. They ask us to wait about 20-25 min. No issue with their service. All good. One incident i want to describe that make you feel ashamed. I had some friends as my sisters with me too. Who wants to use washroom. I used washroom already. when my sisters turn comes up. That guy was become aggressive on us. He said it is closing time. Please leave this place right now. I requested him, my sister's are with us. She cant use washroom anywhere else in this night time. It is an emergency. He refused and shout on us. He literally said you guys are enjoying the new year and i am working, why should i help. I am not gonna allow anyone after that!. Even, we were already inside the store and our pizzas were not ready yet. His voice was still loud on us. I was thinking to call cops. But my family were with me. I didn't wanted to waste my precious time. Good part is, two girls employees named shamma and veerpal were observing everything. They ask me to get my sisters inside to use washroom with gratitude and apology on his basis. But that guy still didn't left his useless attitude and he left the counter. I don't know the name of that guy. But i hope you guys know your employees better than me and you will find it. So, the border line is atleast teach a lesson to that guy that humanity is thing which should be exist in the behavior. And avoid these cheap things in future. He was literally trying to harassing my sisters. Never gonna come here again. Once again big salute to shamma and veerpal????????

Ordered 2 pizzas on Saturday November 6 for my grandchildren’s birthday. If I could give this a zero I would. Staff are hard to understand and have a hard time understanding, we wanted the special large pizza three toppings , we wanted 3 diff items on each half of the pizza , the guy working was very confused by this and told us that hot peppers were an extra item , the woman working had us come over and show her what to put on the pizza since they were so confused by this , after when we came back in to pick up the pizza she told me that it was only supposed to be 2 items I pointed to the sign and said it says large pizza 3 items she smiled and nodded we left , I opened the pizza in the car and realized it was only a medium pizza! My husband went back in and asked the guy if this was a large and he said yes , my husband asked if a large was 8 slices ? The woman working said no that she had made a mistake , she remade our pizza in the large , the pizza was good though after all the unnecessary confusion

They were late and wouldn't give me my order for free AND it arrived at room temperature not even hot. This location is by far the worst and they just keep making mistakes. It is really sad as their job is really not that hard. You're better off shutting that one down. OLD COMPLAINT: It's not often I post reviews but this time I just had to. If you get it from this location for delivery or consider picking it up, run. One time I had an order for delivery from this location both pizza's burnt. Then, then send two more out and one was burnt this time and also a hair on the pizza. Called to complain and they reimburse part of the order like really!?!? This happened about a month ago. Now tonight, I placed an order again and this time got called and said they had no jalapeno poppers and I asked for another location cause this one was terrible and not to use them for my order and nope they wouldn't do it even though there was a much closer one. Take your business elsewhere folks and don't say I didn't warn you Pizza Pizza should really start reconsidering their customer service. I have been a customer for 10 years and I've just had it, they can't even deliver from another location that is just as close and if not closer or even investigate the one here. Very sad. If they even dare to comment something ridiculous other then a fix to the above issues it will clearly show you the kind of company that they are. I am glad everyone will get to see this review.

I ordered 2 pizzas tonight along with 10 chicken bites and 1 dipping sauce. It was delivered on time BUT the pizzas were the worst I have ever had. The dough on both pizzas tasted VERY strongly of yeast and the topping were almost non existent. By that I mean on the large ham and pineapple pizza the were 7 small pieces of ham on 7 of the slices. The chicken bites were paid for but we're not delivered with the order. The driver had been tipped $5 and when questioned about the chicken he suggested we go and get them from the store. When we questioned this he said he would bring them back. Of course he never arrived. We called and complained to head office and were given a partial refund or an offer to have the pizzas remade. Why would I take bad for bad . I will NEVER order from this location again.

Rawwwww pizzaaaa.. They attempted a second pizza.. it was just as raw.. how can I feed this to my wife and kids, Health department will be notified. Whoaaa update!.. They now have head office call and try to say i assulted there driver.. i said well call the cops.. she said its his word against yours.. i said no its his word against my security cameras. So you are now trying to slander my name in the region by making false accusations with no proof. And calling me to bully me into not complaining about 2 pizzas that could potentially make me very ill. That driver should be fired.. and the general manager needs lessons in PR ..People relashions ..oh and I've been waiting for you guys to call me back with an email for me to forward you the security footage... go figure no one called back after i said i have it all recorded.. and your driver attempted to run me over!

Would give No Star but that options not available. Have ordered from this location 2 times recently. Once to only receive food poisoning, and the other a small piece of plastic embedded in one of my chicken wings breading. Should have trusted my gut and not gone back the first time. Definitely will not be ordering from here again
