The menu has changed since I was last at pita pit. Seems to be more of a fusion menu. Not a fan of the new choices, I'll give it another try when I have time.to review the menu and figure out what I would like there.

I'm a little shocked actually. It's not that I had a terrible experience at the Pita Pit today but the two ladies working (especially the one working the till) had zero customer service skills. So quiet and not even a greeting when I arrived. The responses to my questions about the menu were so basic and uninformative that I gave up and just ordered what I thought would be good. The second lady (working the assembly of food) was quiet but a little more friendly than the lady working the till. The thing that really shocked me was when she dripped some sauce onto the counter, she wiped it up with her glove and then wiped it onto my Pita. I was too shocked to say anything. I just hope that countertop was cleaned properly. I've certainly eaten worse but not everyone is going to take that situation lightly. Aside from the poor customer service and the sauce mishap, the food was great. Unfortunately, with the total lack of customer service, I won't return.

One of the best and cleanest locations I have been to in a while! Definitely recommend this location. One little extra thing they did was keep the avocado sealed in the fridge, other locations do not do this. So the avocado browns and is not as fresh. This is definitely one of the tastiest pitas I have had from Pita Pit.

I am giving one star because I can’t give less the last 3 times I have ordered my pitas have been ripped to the point I can’t eat them, and when I call receive rude customer service but today I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and I went in when my pita was being opened it ripped in the middle I acknowledged to the lady working that it was ripped and what had happened with my previous pita’s for her reply to be “ oh this happens all the time it’s not our fault and we can’t change it” sad to say I will no longer visit pita pit

Decided to have lunch at Pita Pit in Fort St John. It took forever to get our food and we were the only two people in the entire restaurant. Tables were all dirty and floor was not swept in hours so we took our food to go. For $27 for two pitas and smoothies we will not be back, the quality of the food was mediocre at best and the smoothies are just pre packaged juice out of a jug with high sugar and calories (not a true smoothie) and not healthy at all except for the spinach I added which was a free add on. Kinda disappointing, I would except better for the prices they charge.

Used to go until I inquired why they don’t have the bathroom open and was told it was public health saying to keep it closed, but if you read the fine print, you are allowed to have the bathroom open. They are just lazy. My daughter had to go. Drove all the way there for nothing and when I told the young chubby daughter, she gave such attitude. They’re only nice if you buy the overpriced wraps. Don’t support these jerks.

In a small town with not many healthier food options, this is the best place to go eat at. Fresh ingredients, plenty of veggies and countless combinations of fillings. Enjoyed the black bean wrap. Wasn't a fan of the smoothie and the small size was unexpectedly too small.

Stopped and got my daughter a chicken pita yesterday for dinner, staff serving the food did not have hair nets which was a red flag to me and sure enough she came down with severe food poisoning symptoms which started at 1pm and still continuing 12hrs later.... First impression, space is very clean, well lit with a tall ceiling and nice paint colour and decor. Ordered the sandwich board special that was advertised (always appreciate a deal). Sandwich prep was as easy and as painless as subway (except the food here isn't garbage like subway). The pita and veggies were very fresh and delightful. One of the best pitas I've had, although I'm on no way a pita conniseur. 5 stars, good price, good food, tremendous value.

I ordered a pita tray for a work luncheon. A bunch of the employees have food sensitivities and Pita Pit was able to accommodate everyone. They didn't mess up anything on my large complicated order and none of the pitas were soggy or ripped. Ordering lunch from Pita Pit was a very pleasant experience and all of the Pita chefs were friendly and helpful!

I ordered lunch from this location with the proceeds of a charity event we held with some work colleagues. The lunch was going to the hospital, so there were special requirements that needed to be accommodated given the COVID pandemic. I wanted to send a quick note to thank the owners of this Pita Pit for jumping in with their support.
