The Staff seemed a little over whelmed when I was there, but then there was two large groups in the restaurant at the time also. The manager did not just sit back and watch. He got in the mix and was bussing tables and seating people.

Been here 20 min already. Haven't recieved drinks yet. And all we ordered was 4 Coronas. Place is empty but waitresses are too busy chatting to each other to clean down tables or serve tables. Worst service Iv ever recieved.

Even though the place was empty the service was slow and the food was below average. The waitress was directed and brought the food wrong and blamed us! The even charge full price for a refill on a soda!!! We went to see the NFL game and it was not even playing!! Don't recommend this Hooters location!

First time to this particular location but I've been to this bar before. Came during covid-19 so only seating on the patio. We went to 2 other places nearby and both had their patios closed. Patio wasn't full at hooters, they only allowed half capacity on the patio and as such it was only half full of that so really like only a quarter occupied. Service and food were very slow. Took about 10 min before waitress came over to take our order. Aaitress was pleasant enough. Food took about 30 min to arrive even at 1/4 capacity. My buddy and I both got the riv and wing combo. Ribs were a bit dry and tougher than I would've liked but the wings were super delicious. Overall I would probbaly return for the wings since there isn't too much else open in the area but if everything was open as usual I may not return. I do recommend to those who have not been to give it a try but only for the wongs.

Food -- wings, up to high standard. The salads seem to be above average. They also accommodated my request to put the caesar dressing on the side so I could take as little as I needed to enjoy the salad. Finally, the staff serving me remembered my name and I'd only been served by that waitress once before, and it was late October!!! I'm impressed Jessica remmebered my name. It is a good skill that very few waitresses understand is important.

The bad: I ordered vodka and coke and when the bill came they had charged me for Grey Goose without ever asking or telling. That's just a scam. However the food and service were not bad and I kinda liked the seedy nature of the bar. Based on the Grey Goose ripoff I wouldn't recommend this place

Wife had naked wings with honey garlic sauce. They where served luke warm. I had the 20 smoked wings. Apparently at Hooters you can't order half Texas bbq n half Jerk without being charged for 2 single orders. I can do it at any other wing place. But with that said I ended up ordering the Texas Bbq and the where served piping hot and was delicious. So in conclusion. Wife's wings sucked. My wings awesome.

The food portions are a joke. The prices went up of course but the size of the food shrank drastically and some items are 1/2 the size they were. I was a regular customer. No more very disappointed there not recommended any more never going back

However, I could not get an answer as to why they would prefer their customers to leave.The take out special (40 wings, fries, gravy and coleslaw) 29.99 and the same eat in order would have cost double. We would have stay much longer and had a few beer.

Waitresses seemed dead with zero smiles or personality. Was forced to move to a smaller table in case a party of 8 showed up (at 11 PM?). Food was okay, but service was slow. This was my second visit to this location, and I don't forsee a third.

Love the Lemon pepper wings. Hate the curly fries. Almost as if they were cooked too long. Very hard and chewy. Basically inedible. This is the second time I have ordered the curly fries and they’ve come out this way.

I simply love this Hooters. Leaving my home nest of Montreal for Toronto 3 years ago, I was looking for a place with maternal figures that I could call home - well Hooters is home. Great home style food with even greater service. I love being served by Georgia, Wisconsin, and the rest of the 50 States. Hooters has the best grilled cheese in the World.

Been coming here for years...mostly for the All You Can Eat Wings Mondays. Service is definatly declining. It's a great deal but the wings are hit or miss. I know working sucks but some of the wait staff we have been stuck with recently are genuinely miserable...and it shows in their service. Takes forever to get their attention, even when the place isn't busy.

Being a long time customer of this place 2 weeks ago I was allowed in with my vaccine medical exemption , now they said they don't care they don't want me here nad that ITS A PRIVATE ESTABLISMENT Very classy hooters Haven't been to this restaurant in awhile so I decided to give it a try It was a slow Tuesday lunch and it took some time to come get our drinks order along with appetizers, our drinks arrived quick, and then our apps about 5 or so minutes later our mains. Food was ok still don't understand why hooters does not cut there wing, it's easier to eat, easier to dip, and why is hooters the only one that doesn't offer FREE REFILLS on pop. Waitress not once asked how everything was. I guess your there to look and not talk Mozzarella sticks GOOD Chicken bites GOOD Sliders ok Wings X CUT THE WINGS

I'm here for the wings I promise! They do offer one of the best all-you-can-eat deals on wings in town. The sauces, the variations, the flavors, you'll always find something that you'll like. Servers are friendly and the setting is laid back. Always enjoy my time there especially in big groups and friends. Whether it's a full blown meal or a few drinks you're after, you'll find more than a few options to choose from. Although it's quite a drive but worth it for the Mondays wings special.

Went there after 12 years and they made our new year's dinner perfectly delicious with their famous wing ding deal. Its changed a bit in portions but i still love them. the wings were dry and small. if you order different types of flavoured wings, it's like dried wings with sauce slightly poured over. it took a while to get serviced and refill for the ayce wings, but that depends on the waitress as the trainee had better customer service than who ever was teaching her.

Travelled to this location on Monday night to be told they were done serving all you can eat wings early under new management. Disappointing that there's nothing about this on the website as it would've saved me my time. Will not be returning to this location. Unfortunately I returned and it was a mistake. I have never received such terrible service. The wings were incredibly greasy and I was told it would be extra to actually have sauce on my wings. Please avoid at all costs.

I have been coming to this Establishment most Monday’s for the past 10 years. I have had the pleasure of being served by numerous staff over this time period, some good, some bad. The all you can eat wings seem to change weekly depending on the cooks...I guess. On a more positive note I have been lucky to have the service of Tina over the past year or so and make sure we always sit in her section. Tina is an absolute professional and a sweetheart, we couldn’t ask for a better server. “Tina you’re the best....People like you make places like this successful. Keep up the excellent attitude. I came to this resturant with 4 other friends and we recieved the worse service ever. I have been waiting for 20mins and no one approached us for drinks. And by the way this place is not even that busy right now. I have never received such horrible service before. The fact that they we’re walking around and one of the servers were just at the front talking to another server. I highly do not recommend this place. I am so disappointed

I don't think I need to go back a second time, but if I had friends that desperately wanted to see girls in tight clothes, and were scared to go to the strip club down the road, I guess I would do it. Besides the obvious attraction of the uniforms you'd be pretty surprised how good the wings are if you like medium and breaded pretty much the best wings around. And this location has a very busy bar with regulars so sitting up there gets pretty roudy. But all in all a good place to go if your looking for wings.

We have been visiting this location for years. Usually amazing, however our last visit was a disaster, the wings were rotten. The smell that came from each bite was disgusting let alone the taste. The owners wife came to speak to us and pushed our concerns aside stating the chicken has never changed. Wish we took a picture because even the appearance was wierd all broken and cut. very low quality. I can understand shipments change from time to time but don't think your costumers don't know what they are talking about and brush off their concerns.

I attended a birthday party here. The staff were so wonderful about taking the cake we brought out to the kitchen and bringing it out after dinner all lit up with sparklers. The burgers and wings were delicious. The fries were so-so (bland) and the gravy ordered for them had a skin on the surface. The facility is fantastic with accomodation for groups and also plenty of small tables and a bar. There are big screens throughout also for watching sports and news. The waitresses were the full "hoot" one would be expecting and also very sweet and professional. Also perfect views of the airplanes taking off and landing can be had... So great views inside and out! :D A great time was had by all in our party.

It was my husbands birthday and we love their chicken sandwich so we ordered through skip the dishes. We've had this same sandwich many times from this location and enjoyed it but yesterday will be the last time. There were no toppings as usual , chicken wasn't the same some fries were undercooked. Wings were also not good. It really looked like no effort was put into quality or presentation.

After waiting 25 minutes longer then anticipated for a pick up order.... got it home and the order was wrong! Manager stood behind the counter doing nothing to help staff push to get the order out within a reasonable amount of time, fries were completely cold, had to drive back to get a correct order, wasting twice as much gas & time. There has been at least one issue the last 4 times we've ordered from this location! We're Hooter's fans and have ordered/ been hosted at various locations in the GTA and in the US... never had as many issues with any other location.

We come here when we're near the airport, and we (myself and my two ladies) have a craving for some wings. Good wings with many sauces (I love the "smoked wings") ... plenty of other food choices as well. The ladies really the onion rings with the tangy dipping sauce.

I was here with some friends on a very busy Monday night for all-you-can-eat wings, plus it was the first night of Monday Night Football, therefore, service was slower than usual. The wings itself were very good but it's the sauces that we had a problem with. The "hot" sauce was listed as two flames (out of five) and yes, two was correct, but this would be considered medium everywhere else. My friends had habanero and said the flavour was not good at all nor was it worth the three or four flames listed. They said it was like a bad barbecue sauce. They sent their wings back. I should've tasted it for the next time I'm there. For my second round of wings, I had the General Tso's sauce. The sauce had little flavour and very little heat. I don't think I'll order this sauce again and just stick to hot or medium. I was running late and didn't want to wait another 30 to 45 minutes for a third round, so 3 stars is all I can give.

It took 10 minuets to seat us. Then it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks... when our food came about 30 minutes after ordering the condiments were missing and it tasted horrible. We didn't even eat half of the food. Other people who came in seated themselves because there was nobody around to do so and it wasn't even busy... this was a thursday night. A group of guys came in and ended up walking out because nobody addressed them. I definitely will not be returning... ever!

Went here with a group of friends for Unlimited Wings ($13.99 - Monday). The wings themselves were small but tasted OK overall, which is why this review is 2 stars instead of 1. Now - there was an incident where the waitress accidentally put her sauce-laden finger in my friend's Corona bottle (half empty). She immediately apologised and said she would take care of the issue. 2 minutes later some angry looking Asian manager comes up to us and said he can't replace the drink, because it's only half-full, and he can't "give away free alcohol". We didn't want anything for free - just the premium beer that was already going to be on our bill. Angry Asian manager put up a fight telling us to "check the law". After a bit of whining he brought a new Corona, poured out approximately 75% out of the bottle, and gave said bottle to my friend. What a cheap-ass. Was he going to water the plants with the beer he poured out in the glass? Was he going to chug it in the back? He looked like he was going to cry.

Worst FOOD I’ve tasted EVER. They are running the place only on the basis of semi nude waiters. Moreover they overcharged us by $36 and then didn’t even apologize after the mistake and said we are returning the $36 like TF? That is my legal right. Annaya was the waitress that overcharged us and manager was even a bigger goof. Took us 30 mins to give back our money. DO NOT GO THERE.

Had a voucher for 50 wings, they honored voucher but probably the smallest wings I've had & asked for a split between hot/medium sauce which wasn't apparent on either batch. Would not recommend the wings.

The wait staff were lovely, but beware! The nachos are made with cheese product. If you like melted Cheez Whiz, you are set. We don't,so we ordered a hamburger which was quite good - the fries were not cooked through. The small side salad was $6.99. Yikes! And tasteless. Sorry. We wanted to like it.

The service was very slow. All you can eat wings deal on Monday and the first order came literally cold. Waitress couldn't understand what I meant my cold: "what, not done enough? Not spicy enough?". Wow. We waited about 20-30 min before she would come back. Second order was barely warm enough. 3rd time the winds were hot but absolutely flooded with sauce. Her absolutely perfect behind and excellent figure couldn't make up for her lack of effort to make our visit enjoyable. Too many other good places to dine at to go back there. Sorry, Hooters - it was my first and my last.

Went to Hooters March 25 2019 at 6:15 p.m. with wife and daughter to have all you can eat wings and a couple of drinks. After about 10 min. The server came to the table to take our drink order. 15 min. Later drinks arrived and food order was taken . It took 1/2 hour befor the first order arrived to the table to find 7 small chicken wings per order. Never saw the server for the next 1/2 hour to place our next order of wings (if that's what you want to call it) The table next to us was also getting horrible service and when they complained to the server the server started to argue with the customer. Never have I seen such poor service and attitude in any restaurant. Asked to speak to manager and told him about this experience. He agreed with us and waived the bill. Left Hooters still hungry and a bad taste left in my mouth. Will never go back. As for the server good luck going threw life with an attitude like that. Your looks are only going to last so long.

Went for the 29.99 40 wings take away only. Quantity must say is good. Had lemon pepper. and chipotle honey. It was ok. They give a choice of 2 types of wings. Overall average the curly fries were nice. Service was ok. Well its Hooters !!!! What more can I say.

I wish I remembered the first server/waitresses' name, she was phenomenal! It was my first patio experience in ages so it helped having someone who was attentive and kind. The second server/waitress was God awful. She didn't know I settled up on my first tab, kept coming over to try to take my food away, and generally seemed lost and/or made it seem like she wanted me to leave, very disappointing.

I hate to say this but the quality has really left this place. Food has gone from nice portions to wings with barely any meat on them. The baby back ribs are chewy and tough. Frozen ribs are more tender. The real victims here are the poor waitresses. They are severely understaffed and have to handle almost everything and you can see the life gone from their souls. It’s a real shame since it was a nice place a year ago. I doubt I’ll be back…

Last meal before leaving Ontario. Nice and easy spot to get to from the hotel. Staff is excellent and friendly. The food was great. Def love the deep fried dill pickles and how they make them. So good ????. We had a mix of all the food between the 4 of us and everything was great.

Went for all you can eat wings. The server was a little ditzy but service was good. The wings were good, although some of the sauces were really really sweet. I highly recommend the lemon pepper and chipotle honey. Its unfortunate that there was only one dry rub on the menu, perhaps they can add more in the future.

First coming here I had high expectations for this restaurant. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a dirty atmosphere and barely any customers inside. We decided to take a seat and order. We ordered wings and they nearly made throw up. I'm pretty sure my dogs food is higher quality.

While the atmosphere is great and there are TV screens placed strategically all around so that you dont miss any sporting action on the screen. My only disappointment was that the "All you can eat" wings deal on Mondays is not as great as when you buy them individually off the menu. Is there a different preparation method or another type of quality that's being used? Because it's all you can eat, I dont know but it did not taste as great as when you buy the wings individually off the menu.

Worst customer service experience! These guys are horrible. Came there with about 8 buddies, one of my buddies got there earlier than everyone and ordered a beer while sitting in the corner of the restaurant. We got there and told his waitress we need a better view for watching the game. She said sorry he's already ordered something and her can't change seats now. Almost like my buddy was in jail, like he can't leave his seat. So we said he'll pay your tab and we're moving. He did so and she was super ride about the whole thing. Turns out those seats were the only ones she was serving that night and she wanted the tips. The new girl was just as rude, didn't smile once, probably because the other waitress had filled her in. Horrible experience! Don't do it!

Had the buffalo shrimp. Called to speak with the manager. They were so over cooked that I threw them out. I dont live in the gta area. I have bought this there so many times b4 and always incredible. Does not fit the usual "Hooters" vibe. The girls (not all) did not seem to even want to be there. When asked about signing merch like I have at any other location, they said yes and kept saying all the girls were siging it. When I inspected afterwards after they had my calendar and hat for an hour. Two girls had just signed their name on the cover of the calendar and nothing on the hat whatsoever. Not that its their job to go above and beyond but when its the norm for hooters girls to give an imersive experience, to have it be such a polar oposite felt quite uncomfortable and unwelcoming. When my food finally arrived I got it to go. May have just been an off night for them but since I live far away where there is no longer a hooters location it an off night for them gets to feel like a waste of time for me. Based on the experience I had tonight they do hold a candle to the Downtown Toronto or Niagra Falls locations.

I ordered boneless wings and they were dry so I sent them back. My friends ordered wings and theirs were fine. The waitress kat was nice and I thought that was the end of it. Then the manager named Ryan comes over with the wings that I sent back to go over what exactly was wrong with them? Which is completely unnecessary. It felt like he didn’t believe that the wings were overcooked and was trying to convince me that they weren’t. I’ll never be going back.

I went for the wings. The service was extremely slow despite the restauran being nearly empty. The were plenty of staff , who were more busy working with boxes of clothing merchandise rather than with their customers. This was all taking place at the front of the restaurant, where they have a retail shop to sell their swag clothing. Tbis made it for was quite messy and disorganized appearance and a bad atmosphere for first impression as I walked in door and was greeted with boxes of clothing rather than a server or usher. I then asked if I could sit anywhere. After the long wait, I paid in advance and got the wings to go. The 1 star is for the wings which were ok. I wasn't there to see young girls in shorts and T shirts so I cant come on that because I also find it in a bit of bad taste.

This particular Hooters was in a strange location right under the Toronto Airport flight path. Whilst the staff member made the effort and was friendly, the place was devoid of much atmosphere. Food was good and it was a pleasant enough experience... But nothing special.

Lots wrong with this place. Rude staff, cook doesn't use gloves and wasn't seen washing his hands as he plates peoples food with his bare hands. Brought this to the attention of management and he didn't seem concerned about it. The waitresses are rude and seem like they don't even want to be there. This place should be shut down based on not following common food handling practices.

I ordered wings from here (delivery) because apparently they are famous for being good. Well surprise surprise, they were absolutely terrible. You can get better wings from a supermarket deli for less than 1/3 the price. Ruined my one decent meal of the day. Hopefully they never cook wings again, every batch is a crime against humanity.

This place is an amazing go to when it comes to chicken wings. They don't have many flavours but the ones they have do justice on terms of flavour and taste. Service is quick and friendly the place is very spacious and well lit with plenty of seating. They always have the game on and or fight, also all you can eat wings for 15bux every Monday. I personally go there for the pepper shrimp 12 peice basket . It is literally my favourite dish there.

Service was mediocre, although we could tell some waitresses were more competent than others. Went for ayce wings, and they were inconsistent. Some were very very small (maybe 12-13 to a lb) , with the wingtip still attached, and much too saucy. Other times they came out properly sauced, and were your standard 8-9/lb size wings. Hard to beat their price though.

The take out special with 40 wings, fries, gravy, and slaw for $29 is a heck of a deal. The wings are a bit greasy but that seems to be descriptive of Hooter's wings. Despite that, they ARE very good. Medium=mild. Hot=medium.

Can't tell you how pleased we are with our experience! Food of course was delicious, piping hot and was ready in 15 minutes. Take out bag had a personalized note on it. Our server, Kassandra, was lovely! They had hand sanitizer available in multiple places. Thanks for the perfect late night snack Hooters!!
