Love this place, we shop here for work and for home use. Great place to get high quality restaurant grade kitchen stuff for home. My boyfriend swears by it's grill brush. They also sell face masks and face shields.

They installed walk-in cooler and freezer at my place last year the freezer door start building ice I call them they charge me 200$ just to come look at it the guy said the door gasket need to be replaced and he want to change me 1000$ just for that !!!!!! It’s a rip off

Spent over half hour waiting to talk to someone, while they are all chit chatting away about nothing. Then spend 60 dollars and go to return the item and they say only store credit. MAYBE THEY SHOULD TELL PEOPLE THAT. NOT EVERYONE IS THERE TO READ SIGNS. to say the least they are very rude period. Go to A+ cash and carry instead! WAY BETTER!

My sales person was a nice guy but unfortunately cannot go to bat for his customers. I purchased a $2,000 Cadco Pizza Oven (Unox) that is distributed through Tarrison. Within hours of its first use, the glass door shattered spraying my staff with glass and sending them screaming in all directions. Now, of course, they're hesitant to use the oven, so I approached Canada Food Equipment to say I needed to give it back and get a new one. To my surprise, they said Tarrison would decide if they could take it back. Well, I thought ,Tarrison is a big company, they'll understand my predicament, they'll take it back. Needless to say, keeping customers happy was too much to ask and they said they'd only replace the shattered glass door, even though I told them my staff was afraid to use it. I asked the owner of Canada Food Equipment, someone who's very present at the store, to go to bat for me and strongly suggest to Tarrison they keep their customer happy by taking the oven back. Needless to say, the owner of Canada Food Equipment is too busy to answer either his sales person or his customers needing help. So, if you don't expect any support after purchase and being disappointed is something you look forward to, Canada Food Equipment is THE store for you.

Where to start, I walked into a cook's wonderland!! The place has everything yah need, rows upon rows of equipment!! At very good prices, might I add! I checked out two full shopping carts of stuff and couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service! Not only that one of the Staff had no problem wheeling my other cart out to my car with me and helped load it into my Vehicle. Anyway thanks Again I'll be back!!

The WORST. Absolutely the worst. IF there was anything less than one star, I would definitely go with that. First of all let's talk about the customer service, terrible, horrible, you name it. Trying to call and leave a messgae? Good luck getting a call back. Spent almost 20 thousands dollars and not even 2 months of usage and the equipments are having all kind of issues. After 2 days of calling and their answers is sorry we can't do anything about it. They say when you bought it was working. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THEM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET YOUR EQUIPMEBT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I bought iron skillets from this place. But because they were not the right size I had to return them. When I went to return it I was told that there is no refund but only in store credit. So the the sales person gets a piece of paper and hand Wright’s on it the the credit amount to which I was kinda shocked that in today’s computerized world this is very old school who does that today. So my total credit was a $175.00. I go in the the next time and and I purchased a few other stuff which came out to about $82.00 So l told the sales person that I have a credit of 175 to which he goes and gets a big binder and starts looking for the credit page after struggling with it for good 10 mins or so he managed to find it and deducts the 82 dollars from it and tells me now you still have a credit of $93.00. I said ok and left. Today after a couple of months I go to buy a few other things and told the sales man that I still have a credit of $93.0 which I would like to use it up so he goes to get the same big binder and starts looking for the credit page again struggling to find the page which to my surprise he never found and tells me sorry buddy you must have used it up. Repeatedly explaining to him that I never did he wouldn’t believe. This place is a scam to me whatever you do never leave any credit with them other wise you never gonna get your money. ????????

I am opening up a new shop alongside one of my artisan suppliers (two companies under one roof) and this place exceeded our expectations! We were in the market for two 3 door used fridges and we found exactly what we were looking for with the help of Jonathan! We couldn't have done it without him. We were both so shocked to see how high the morale was between the employees at this place and Johnathan explained that they do not work on commission. This makes the world of a difference when you are looking for honest pricing for equipment. Jonathan is friendly, professional, funny and is such a genuine salesman (two words seldom heard in the same sentence) and we are so grateful that he helped us find what we needed for the next chapter in each of our ventures. This was such a fun and positive experience for us!! The other factor that was quite surprising was the size of the place! It is HUGE, they have absolutely everything from brand new to endless rows of used equipment. But the best part is the refurbishing warehouse!!! Once we picked out our fridges, they got sent to be refurbished. New paint, new parts etc. They're getting facelifts! Talk about a one stop shop. We were so happy that Jonathan took us to see the whole operation. It is so cool. Our fridges will arrive this week and we can't wait to receive them. Jonathan is our new go to guy for all of our equipment needs. Thank you so much Jonathan and Canada Food Equipment!
