My husband and myself came here a few days ago while the kids were visiting grandma and we surely weren't disappointed. He had ribs, I had the 12oz NY steak. I asked for my steak medium rare and for the love of all things tasty, it was actually cooked to perfection. I'm a chef myself, so when I chose to dine out I expect and hope for a great dining experience that surmounts or lives up to my standards. They definitely did. And we will definitely be going back. Sure, it was a tad pricey but given the service was excellent and so was our food, it really was the least of our concerns.

This place is very close to my work place. Always go there with coworkers for lunch. They have very experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staffs to help with food. Never had bad experience yet! Today had Thai Crispy chicken wrap. I never had it before. It was way too good for me. Love it. We were 20 people in the table. Everyone loved their food. Store has two sides, family and bar. I like both sides. Lots of TV display, neat and clean store. Washroom is clean. They always have notice for customer to inform, if it is dirty! I don’t see this type of notice before. Variety of sitting arrangement there. Nicely decorated. However, there is not enough parking spots. I love this store and recommend others to try this place.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had in all Boston pizza. We were put to second floor crust, and waited forever to be waited. So we walked to the bar to ask if we can actually order food here. Then while eating, I told the waiter and waitress three times if I can refill the drink, they either didn't hear or just tried to ignore me. So we have to walk to the bar to refill drinks. And the attitude of the waitress was really bad and inpatient and impolite. Really unprofessional!

Best wings ever, I love the oven Baked Honey Garlic wings at BP, however, they are a bit pricey for what it is. Other items were just ok, but the atmosphere of the bar area is nice. They play good music and you can watch the music videos for each song that is playing on one of the tv by the bar, which is nice, instead of just all sports channels for every single screen.

I’ve always loved Boston Pizza. I just can’t get enough of their spicy perogy pizza. I’ve tried many other dishes though and I have yet to have something I didn’t find super tasty (wings, chorizo bacon Mac and cheese, pizza poutine, cactus cut potatoes, etc.). I also left my gift card there by accident and I really appreciated when the manager called me to let me know and make sure I got it back. :)

Boston Pizza in Timberlea is a great place for a meal and a few drinks, and especially so if you're looking for a place to watch sports. They have most UFC fights, hockey and football matches. The food is what I consider fast restaurant food. Not quite "The Keg" but a few steps up from McDonalds. The atmosphere is usually nice, though on busy nights it's very loud and there will be a lot of yelling over the roar of the crowd and the music. The bar side is considerably louder, so if you're out for a social visit try the restaurant side.

Gross Lack of Service: With everything going on due to COVID, my father and I were completely okay with an hour wait time for it to be delievered. We ordered a single, large pizza on a Sunday night and the order arrived 35 minutes later than the expected one hour wait and arrived cold. We tried phoning the establishment back, but it was closed. After phoning the manager the next day, it took being on hold for 15 minutes to finally talk to him. The manager was blunt, offered us a free large pizza and then hung up on my dad. So the next day we call to collect our pizza and were told that we were given a free medium pizza coupon. Even in the current environment, we felt cheated on paying 30$ for a cold pizza and were lied to about the manager’s reimbursement for it.

Handed my coffee and spilled it but didnt try to make a sorry or anything. Really careless. Also ostracised me for having my own water. Were in a town with boil water advisory and you were shut down for a month for covid and you wanna argue about a 250 ml bottle of water I brought for my walk. The music was awful. Reminds me of a bad nightclub in 2000s.

Had the Boston royal pizza. Minus shrimp added pineapple. Was good. Had a ceasar as well. Was also decent. They put celery in the ceasar like the old style. Friendly staff. Partner had chicken fingers and fries which looked good as well. I'm not a fan of alot of things on the menu at boston pizza but these two items are acceptable meals. The pizzas are typically never bad.

Boston pizza is a very good restaurant and its kept very clean and the staff is always fast to help the customers and to refill there drinks or whatever the customers need..The prices at first I thought were a little high but after I got our food I was very satisfied and very happy because you actually get a good quantity of food. The only thing I didn't like was our server pretty much said that we had to give a tip now I do always give a tip but to me I think it should be up to the customer because what if it's a elderly person or someone that barely has any money and desires to take there better half out for a nice night out for a nice supper etc and forced to pay extra for a tip. That's just my opinion tho but other then that it's a very nice place to go and have some pizza etc

3 separate entrees, all looked appealing and everyone was really impressed. The vegetarian Mediterranean Pasta had lots of roasted peppers artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes; the beef dip sandwich was apparently great as was the chicken pasta. Tuesdays $12 instead of $17-$19 for their regular and baked pasta. Pizza is always good but pay a premium ( not for little kids birthdays unless you can afford season tickets to a pro sports team :)

I used to love this place for it's food and service. Now every time I visit, the floor and the seats are dirty. The tables are not cleaned properly. Soft drinks are flat and some servers are not up to par. Also, the bathrooms are not maintained well either. The garbage by the sink is always overflowing. Poor management.

Tried going here for some pizza with my family of 5, service was really slow, and it wasnt even that busy. Didnt get our drinks or get to order. A family came in 5 mins after we were seated and they got their drinks and their server was already getting them ready for their food even before we got to order.

Ordered food through Door Dash last night and paid $3 extra PER lasagna ($6 total) that we ordered just to get extra sauce on both of them. The photo below shows how there is clearly no extra sauce and in fact hardly any sauce at all. The door dash driver was excellent, fast service but boston pizza was disappointing tonight.

Went here recently with my family in the middle of the day thinking it would be slow. Well it was crazy busy because a couple hockey teams showed up (probably unannounced). You could tell they were understaffed for the crowd but we stayed anyway (lol). We were very impressed with the service and attentiveness we received. Everything came out timely and correct and the server was great. The manager even came around to make sure we were taken care of.

I'm in town for work and I ordered from this Boston Pizza within 35 minutes of closing. Most places throw together a half effort dish that close to closing up. Not here! My food was delivered hot and delicious. The driver was delightful. The debit machine wasn't working so she left the food with me at the hotel and went back to get a new debit and returned shortly after. Very good service, very good food. I will definitely order when I'm back in town next. Keep it up.

The food here isnt a top score. Its not so budget friendly outing compared to what yoy have so it isnt in the same league as a night out elswhere (earls). Menue at Boston Pizzia is vast, so findind something you'd like isn't going to take long, but the quality over price ratio always has me second guessing. I dont mind a night out at BP's but its not the top of my list.

A nice lunch for 5, including two 7 year olds. Portions from the kids menu very large for them. Combo plates for three adults. Our server smoothly switched to speaking French when she realized my guests were from Quebec, the little ones having zero English. Unfortunately the kitchen made an error in my order and the waitress came to explain it was being prepared anew, subsequently my fellow diners sat and waited before starting their meals to not offend.

We go in to watch the game, it takes 30 minutes to get a first round, the second round takes about another 40 minutes, then when the second round comes which is (1 shot, and two margaritas). They make excuses about it being busy, when other tables that just walk in got served before us. Never coming back here again.

I just asked her to change the billing different than what I asked her first, she got mad and left our conversation rudely in the middle and ruined our night. Worse service ever at Alaska Rd Fort St John.Place an order with three pizza without Beef and Beacon because of religious belief.Pick up and asked the cashier if same has no beef and beacon .She replied with affirmative.Came back to hotel was surprised with beacon in all the pizza.Called back and we were told to throw the three pizza we were given and to come back to pick other three.Reached Alaska Rd Boston pizza.Met with cashier and did not even apologize but met with another employee name Rachel the unprofessional manager .We informed that we not happy with the service as we said two times for no beacon and beef and that we would file a complaint for bad service.Latter replied in an arrogant manner ‘Do what ever you want .’ I look forward for Boston pizza management to take relevant action against the concerned manager for worse customer service ,racism and bringing disrepute to Boston pizza organizations

Hands down the most frequented restaurant in Fort McMurray for our family. Food is always great, with some recent awesome new additions to the menu! With all the forced COVID shutdowns, it’s been a bit hard to get in since the renovations were completed - but they made such a big difference - specifically the bathrooms in the bar side. So much better than they used to be! If you’re looking for great food, professional staff and a clean environment given the times we are currently in - this is the spot!

My husband and I went in for a date night, had the cheese ravioli, pizza, tai chicken, fish tacos, the chocolate explosion cake, and the strawberry peach dessert. We loved the food it was great! The only suggestion would be that the peach strawberry dessert said it came with fresh cut strawberries and peaches, the manager made our dessert but forgot them, when the server went back the manager gave him canned peaches and says they couldn't find strawberries. Also the tai chicken says it comes on a bed of fresh lettuce but it came with some hard noodles, shaved carrot and green onions. The food was awesome though and honestly the best part (aside from my amazing chocolate cake) was our amazing service, never had such a great, attentive, friendly server before! So thank you Shawn from Boston Pizza in north bay for making our date night even better!

Ordered some food tonight for delivery and it was super disappointing. Ordered Calamari, dry ribs, and Fettucine. The calamari was over cooked but received cold and soggy. Absolutely disgusting. The dry ribs were also bone cold. The only thing that was edible was the fettuccine but even that was barley warm. 10/10 will never order again.

Was not impressed today. I had a deluxe pizza. The crust was a bit cardboard like and tasteless. The toppings were good however. The waitress was not attentive and didn't seem too happy to be there. And the place was not very busy. The prices were very high for the food and service that we received. I've come to expect better from Boston Pizza from past experiences. Hoping this is not the new standard.

Food and service were good. It was fairly slow when I was there. The only odd thing is that they put their cheese under the pizza toppings, the pineapple just falls off when you pick it up. I'm sure it's a chain-wide thing but it sucks.

Apparently from what our waiter told us they are under new ownership after this being said I had begun to dive into my spaghetti with meatballs which I was enjoying until about 10 bites in when I spotted a large clump of long black hair strands in my spool of spaghetti and cheese me being a blonde was convinced this was not my doing and the manager was kind enough to make me a new plate of food and take the meal off of our bill but its safe to say I threw out that new serving of food and I will not be returning.
