My first time visiting this place and I had heard great things. We sat inside and the staff were great but I found that the menu was not easily visible and they didn't have much that was gluten-free or low carb. The service was fast and cheerful but the inside lacked something to make it more of a cafe atmosphere. Anyway... We will definitely go back but maybe not for a full meal. Looks like the outdoors would be nice for a coffee.

HUGE wrap filled with all the fixings. The tortilla is grilled/pressed so it has a bit of a nice crunch. One was enough for both breakfast and lunch.

Been eyeing up this place as I cycle by on the E&N. We just moved close by and so walked here for our lunch...amazing. The burrito was so tasty and the buddha bowl was a great vegetarian alternative for my wife...maybe just have a few more vegetarian alternatives please...????

Ordered through Door Dash, but had to cancel the order because there were no drivers. I instead went to pick it up myself and the staff were lovely about it. The food was fresh and they re-heated my wrap. Very happy. Delicious, fresh ingredients and friendly atmosphere!

Popped into Thrive and Shine to break my $20 for the bus and try out a breakfast sandwich. Definitely feeling the effects of last night's pints and on my way to work. I swear their veggie breakfast sandwich brought me back to life (cue Evanescence's "bring me to life") and the staff are so lovely! Thanks so much!! It was delicious!

Buddha bowl is just a bunch of spinach with a tablespoon each of quinoa and beans as a garnish Just advertise it as a spinach salad so I don't waste my time and money expecting something hearty and filling, lke a buddha bowl should be and getting a bunch of lettuce. At least the ingredients were fresh....but again, I DIDN'T ORDER A SPINACH SALAD!!! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I can tell they care about quality of ingredients....just wished they cared about importance of givjng you what the menu says is n the item.

I've lived in the area a long time and never stopped in till today. It was awesome. Great coffee, my breakfast sammie was tasty, and both the staff working were really sweet. This place will definitely become part of my Sunday mornings more often.

Super yummy food! They got both our complicated orders perfectly and the bacon breaks sandwich, veggie breakfast sandwich and tots were wonderful. Prices were also really good for the quality, would definitely eat here again!

Just moved into the area and stopped by for some lunch. Portions were humongous that I took half the soup and half a wrap home. Cauliflower bacon soup was absolutely loaded and the wrap was amazing. The owner/staff appeared to know everyone plus their pets that came through and was so lovely to an older couple. Definitely coming by again to support this shop!

What an absolutely hidden gem of a spot! Fantastic coffee, my boyfriend’s Berry smoothie was delicious, and the breakfast sandwiches are to die for. Staff are lovely and the owner, Maggie is the sweetest lady. Highly recommend!

I met a friend for coffee here this morning, and ended up ordering food as well because it looked great. Hadn’t heard about the shop until now. What a treat! The staff were so friendly, the owner came out to introduce herself and ask how we were doing. Clean and bright. They serve yummy Fantastico coffee, fresh food. There is also an attached consignment athletic wear shop. It’s a bit out of my way but I will be going back for sure.

It's so lovely having this place in our community. The staff are incredibly nice and the food is top notch. The portion sizes are huge and menu prices are more than fair.
