Have had a few orders from this location, since moving recently. Only one that wasn't perfect( crust very thick around the edge and I hate thick crust). Otherwise, all very good. With the less than satisfactory order, their call center apologized and willingly offered to "make it right" which was appreciated .???? Taking ownership for mistakes seems to be a dying art, happily not the case with Panago. Brought us a free Cheesy Bread with our last order. both pizzas were perfect, nice thin crust and generously topped. Love the organic tomato sauce. No complaints. Delivery drivers are consistently pleasant too! ???? Kudos to this Panago location, keep up the good work.

10/10 Was surprised to learn about the delicious plant based options so I picked up a great combo deal from this location and had all my questions answered by the knowledgeable staff. Been going here for the last 3 years every time we drive by hope pizza is our go to dinner or lunch, and the best thing about everything is, if you get tired of eating pizza you can always get a sub at Panago. I think that's a great idea for all the Panago's to do ???? The kids love it.

I've not been to Panagopoulos for over 12 years. Took a go at it and did a "make your own", along with some other items on the side. It was delicious; no bubbles or holes in the dough (79% of the time, any other pizza place has holes and bubbles, wasn't any burnt surfaces, the melting was great and even, and wasn't dripping greese either. Thin crust multigrain is really good folks!!!!! Paid for our order in the store, staff was very personable and polite. Although it's a franchise, I give it the five starts over all for the entire experience from ordering to our last bite!

Panago is great, always fresh tasting, never overly greasy. The timing or the heat may be a bit off with their oven. My pizza was lightly burnt with two large bubbles. From my experience of working at a pizza store bubbles indicate that no one checked the pizza while it was in the oven. Not really a big deal, but Ive seen people request a refund over bubbles.

Decided to stop by this place for lunch yesterday on our road trip and were provided excellent service. Not only was the restaurant actively following the physical distancing regulations, but it was also providing a fast service. My little brother was wanting a cheese pizza but got outvoted by the family and Sukhi, the guy serving us, must've overheard because he made a small cheese pizza for him. Made my little brother's day. Our family was very touched by this warm gesture and not to mention to pizzas were exceptionally flavourful. We had ordered a veggie korma pizza and it was deliciously unique.

Pre ordered online hours in advance. When I went to pickup at designated time, they told me to come back in 10 minutes. The whole point of being able to order online is to be able to have it ready and waiting for you. Complete failure on service here.

First time visit. Inside store was so clean as i expected any food place is supposed to be , very warm and classy. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The prices are very reasonable and you won't leave hungry. Pizza crust and toppings were so delicious. Highly recommended pizza place if you live or visit Hope, BC.

I complained about no mask over on customer service online but instead of apologize, store called me in a rude tone, telling me is too hot because of the oven, order delivery instead of pickup. Tell me to go back the store to see the footage. I got picture already, yes that is my pizza being made with no mask. I was using free pizza card but it doesn't mean I am less than a customer, that I can't complain. Called me for accusing me for wanting free credit. My intention was not wanting a free credit but tell the Panago customer about this situation. Whoever called me handle this very unprofessionally I did not want to post it here in the first place, I was hoping that they can improve the safety standard. But after they called me back I don't think they know they are in wrong so I'm letting everyone know now.

We have been stranded in Hope because of mid slides and power outages. After having slept in our car after a 10 hour drive and waiting for the roads to open, we were pleasantly surprised to have a gentleman ask us if we would like a free pizza. Using a generator to power his ovens , this establishment has been donating free pizza to people in similar situations. What an act of charity. So rare to see in this state of the world. Not only was this an act of incredible kindness. The pizza was delicious.

Pizza was ok but the ordering process was a bit of a nightmare. Live less than a kilometre from the nearest Panago location but it's late and we're tired so we opted for delivery. Kid who answered couldn't figure out which location was closest in spite of having our address. Kept saying we were in the next town over even though there is no street with the name we gave over there. Then would forget what we ordered and would ask again. I mean come on. It's one pizza! You're sitting in front of a computer you can type this information into! It can't be that hard! In the end we were so frustrated we cancelled delivery and just picked it up. Took less time than trying to explain our order to a dimwit employee. Icing on the cake: I asked the guy at the till how I would go about lodging a complaint about the ordering experience and his exact words were, " I don't know, I've never ordered from Panago," then turned his back on me and walked away. First and last time ordering from Panago. The pizza wasn't good enough to cancel out the experience.

Extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service we received tonight. We called in to the main line and specifically asked if the Hope location was still delivering, to which the operator replied yes. That is why we placed an order tonight. While the pizza did arrive promptly, the delivery man proceeded to lecture my husband and told him not to place any delivery orders after 9PM. It is not the customer’s fault that your operator agreed to take the order for your store. Perhaps the driver should have saved his lecture for the operator. He also questioned us if we were going to leave a tip, which we refused after his poor attitude. He then left without giving us our receipt and we had to call him to come back with it. Up until today we were ordering from Panago twice a week (and tipping generously each time) However this will not be the case going forward.
