The pizza is good, not my personal favorite though many people seem to like it a lot. The People are very friendly.

Pizza is decent for what you're paying, but this is not a hot-and-ready restaurant. I have never been able to grab and go, it is always a 15 minute wait. When I went in tonight at 715pm there was no customers in the restaurant, but the holding case was completely empty and I still had to wait - he had to call it to be made, as there wasn't anything already going in the oven.

If you're not picky, the grab and go has some quick and cheap options. Esquimalt can be a little rough and their customer service can be a little surly but Little Ceasar's has always been alright.

Only gets a star so I can write this. Horridly dull bland pizza. Nothing more than a yeast fest with mediocre toppings. Staff was polite which is far more than I can say for owner. Never going back there for anything. There are many better pizza places around here.

It's really cheap so don't expect gourmet pizza but if you go there during dinner hours it's ready to go out the door. The Crazy bread has a shake on it that is delicious the bread it self is kinda chewy and doughy. They always have medium pizza for under 10 bucks. There is no seating no washroom and it's in a strip mall that hasn't been renovated in a while but that's probably part of the reason it's so cheap.

Seems to have gone downhill. I order a large pizza now just to make sure I get one that is fresh. Even that doesn't seem to do it. The last couple times have been dried out and it is not sitting at all. I'm there to pick it up as soon as it is ready. They also can't seem to cut it properly. We end up with giant slices and tiny slices.

Delicious. More than ample lunch pizza special, cheese and pepperoni. Fresh, hot, yummy. Really good service too. Nice lady and kitchen guy. Good team. My first time there. $6 = 4 pieces of thick tasty pizza plus a drink of your choice from the cooler. More than I could eat so I brought the other half home to have with a salad tonight. Can't beat that. I'll definitely return.

The pizza is always amazing. I go for the deep deep dish pizza every time and it's never let me down. Quite frankly I would have to say they do the crust and flavor better for that than Pizza Hut used to for their crust. And they built their empire on the crust. Go for the deep dish by itself or the lunch combo for 6 dollars. You'll thank me when you do.

The food was good but the service not so much. Called in ahead of time to place our order and when we got there to pick it up only half our order was made and they couldn't confirm if the other half of the order was ours or someone else's because they don't take a name or phone number. They tried to blame us saying that we called the wrong shop but it is the only little Caesar's in town.

Ready made pizzas are the best. Can't beat such a great deal. Deep dish is superb. The cornmeal on the crust just makes it so unique and flavourful compared to the other pizzerias. Highly recommend.

I'd like to give better than 2 stars but can't due to how bad their web page is. We tried to order a 'Supreme' pizza last night, but simply could not find it on their site. I called to make sure they still offer it, and they do. So had to order by phone, so I couldn't pay before getting there. I phoned from my car when I arrived and they told me it was ready. Had to go inside and wait several minutes to pay, with other people coming and going -- not ideal re Covid. If I could have ordered and paid online, could have run in and got the pizza in seconds from their heated display case. The pizza was pretty good, but not hot enough -- had to microwave the last couple of slices.

The pizza was fine. What I would expect from Little Caesars. The service at the location I went to the was not very good. On the phone that couldn't tell me any of the specials even though they're on the board behind them LOL. They didn't have anything hot and ready even though that is their policy and it was in between hours where it was not busy like 3 p.m. on a Saturday. I would not go back to this location

I went to the Equimalt Shopping Center Little Ceasars . I ordered the 12"Veggie . I was very disappointed. Hardly any garnishment .Almost bare of ingredients. Not worth the price. . I do not recommend this pizza.

I ordered a Deep Dish combo, and we requested to make it veggie, and we were told the total amount would be around $18 ($2 extra for making it a veggie). When we reached there to pick up, we were charged $26 informing us that it cannot be granted as a combo so regular charge would be applied. The main issue that I have is, they did not have any courtesy to call us back and give us the information, and when we reached there, we were asked, is it okay that we charge it normally, and honestly we didn't have much option as we were hungry, so we had to buy it. I'm really disappointed with the customer interaction and services.

Went there at 10:33pm and all the lights were off. The employees had closed early with no sign or note or explanation. Not supposed to close until 11pm every night of the week. Very disappointed after walking all the way there very quickly to be there in time.
