Terrible service. I was in with my elderly grandparents who have handicap parking. They refused to let us exit out of the entrance to the parking lot. We had to walk all the way around the block to get back to our vehicle, up an incline and stairs! When I went back in to tell the the manager what had happened and that they should make better accommodations for elderly people they proceeded to tell me not to come back! Absolutely astonishing how rude these people are. You would think they would take the criticism to improve their customer service. They will not be in business much longer if they continue to tell customers not to come back.

There pizza is pretty gross there pepperoni has a black black liquorice after taste the crust is soggy and they put the meat under the cheese and the meat is very long so when you take your first bite all the topping come off with it. i was expecting alot better for the price you pay for it

Very confused over the glowing reviews. First, at the back there was a lineup of people so I went around front and entered. Staff looked at me and ignored me. A seated customer told me I needed to go to the back. I did so and was told I needed to go wait outside despite having a reservation. Once seated service was slow even to get drinks. I tried the bbq ribs and frankly I wish I had gone to montanas(which I never do) because they would have been better and cheaper. For the price it was a small amount of ribs that weren’t great, served with over steamed, not seasoned vegetables along side rice, potato and pita. As my dining companion put it “mediocre”. For the price there are dozens of better restaurants in Victoria. When we were done it took forever to get our bill. And once we did it took 3 or 4 tries for the waiter to get it right. And again, I’ve had way way better meals in Victoria for less. You can get better entrees at Il Terazzo for less.

Was yawned at by the hostess as I was trying to pull out my ID.. water wasn't refilled.. no separate plates for appetizers so partner and I were flaking over our table spots.. one server for one entire side..

Definitely not worth the money, two potatoes and a grain of rice for $40. They didn't even deliver all the food, they got their tip though. I hope they are at least sending the money they gouge you for to Greece.

We order pizza from Il Greco all the time, thin crust, have never been disappointed. The Houmos and Kalamari are good. The Donair, Spanakopita and Canneloni are mediocre. The West Coast Pasta is quite tasty if you like salmon and although not on the menu, you can ask for a West Coast Pizza. Overall, the menu is tired. The service has always been great, absolutely no complaints with the staff, they do a great job. Place looks clean and organized. Delivery has always been great. Il Greco needs resuscitation but still remains our go to pizza.

Thursday night Specials Took the kids for the Thursday night specials but they had their hearts at on pizza. We have been ordering pizza there for years and the Popeye and Louisiana Chicken never disappoint. I had the lasagna and it was pretty good. With the tzatziki and pita and baked oysters it was an enjoyable meal. Ill come back for a more traditional Greek meal next time Looking forward to it

best in town. I love take out order every month. They always have it ready for me to pick up. The rice in a separate container to keep it nice and dry.

If I could give this place nothing I would and that is a HUGE understatement. I ordered from here constantly, absolutely loved this place. The delivery driver forgot the debit machine, texted me and said I had to call the store. When the driver got here he attempted to only call once. He had the AUDACITY to get into my securely locked apartment where you need a key fob to get into the building and elevator , repeatedly knocked on my door and started to belittle me and say it was my fault. As I paid a $50.00 tab he said “ don’t ever order from here again” and yelled in my hallway where my neighbours came out and asked if I was ok because of how obnoxious this kid was. I called the store in tears having such awful anxiety just to get pizza and to be told never to order again, when I just had to pay and the delivery driver and he forgot to do his job. The only thing the store owner said was I’m sorry I don’t know what to say. All I could do was hang up from how disgusted I was treated to only be told I don’t know what to say. Call that customer service in 2020.

I've ordered from Greco's many times. First of all, the staff's phone mannerism is very friendly and professional. Phone etiquette - especially now these days, is important. Then there is the pizzas! You just have to try them. You won't be disappointed... Especially with the "Bull's Eye Bacon Burger Pizza" my favorite! Try it now, thank me later.

Amazing. Definitely coming back here. Someone met us at the door and checked we were all vaccinated. Then we got a table right away. The waitress was on her A game tonight helping us pick out drinks and dinner. Selection was limited because they are getting ready to move but everything that was available was delicious. The food was hot, arrived quickly, and was so amazing. Having never eaten here before each of us ordered something very different so we could all try a few things and having done that, I don't think there is anything on the menu that isn't good. Prices are high but you definitely get everything you pay for. No one in our party managed to clean our plates so there is definitely a possibility of lunch the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone that wants a fancy dinner in a comfortable atmosphere. It's not hoity toity but you wouldn't be out of place if you're a little dressed up. I am really looking forward to coming back.

By far the most over-priced, over-rated pizza we've had. How do you justify $30+ for ONE pizza, and that's with a 15% discount?? Questioned the host about the price when I arrived to pick it up and the girl was completely unapologetic. Said it works out to a better deal if you order two small, and you get more slices. Umm..so why not mention this when the order is called in(?) ???? Bananas. Older guy in front of me was also complaining that the cost of his lasagna has changed 4 times in the last month. We chatted about it afterwards. Safe to say, we won't be back. The pizza itself was extremely greasy. Can think 4 other places in town that do it better and for HALF the price. Buyer beware! Il Greco gets a big thumbs down from us ????

A co worker and I ordered lasagna, baked spaghetti and a small Greek salad. Hands down the worst Lasagna I ever had, reminded me of chef boyardee. The small Greek salad was $10 and was the size of a small salad from Thrifty's deli and didn't taste much better. Awful food. I gave 2 stars because the delivery guy was super nice. Victoria has some amazing restaurants, give this one a miss.
