Service, and food came quick. Not very friendly. Menu is basic. I had chicken strips, they were dry and flavorless. My aunt had the clubhouse, she said it was dry and bland. Pretty pricey for what it is. Was actually disappointing.

Outstanding find - best breakfast I’ve had in years. Everything cooked perfectly: eggs, sausage, toast and amazing fried potatoes. Also great coffee which is unheard of. Definitely worth a try. Clean family restaurant in mall with lots of parking.

Very reasonably priced breakfast and lunch options available. Incredibly friendly staff that'll treat you like family. Interior of the restaurant is retro however don't be fooled, it still carries the same homely charm it did back in the Mayfair location! Waiting for your food is a breeze to get through, as your food will arrive lightning fast. Also very yummy, I recommend the dockyard.

Just had a family dinner outing here with my wife and 5 year old son. Our server was magnificent, so attentive and friendly! Incredibly satisfied with the service here, and our food was at our table in under 10 minutes even though its busy. Prices are very affordable. We ordered a clubhouse and the fish and chips, food was decent nothing special. The corn "chowder" was not actually a chowder since it's not cream based but overall I was impressed, will visit again sometime!

Every time I go here the service is always friendly and courteous; the food is simple and excellent. You can order a full meal and rush off, or you can just have coffee and read the paper, there's no rush to turn over customers. The atmosphere is always cozy and comfortable. The last time I had visited Appletree, they where located at Hillside Mall. My visit today (04-27-19) at their newer location was the ultimate visit of all visits to any restaurant, to date. I ordered the Steak and Eggs and asked for the steak to be medium-rare with sour dough bread to dunk in to my sunny side up eggs. My order arrived promptly, as busy as the place was too. I found that my food was hot and not warm, like many local restaurants. The steak, wow!!! Best cooked medium-rare steak I have had in a long time!! The eggs where cook just right for dunking my toast in. The cook on duty today knows how to cook what the customer ordered. I will be returning for more wonderful cooking, that’s for sure!

Nice! Not easy to find but well known my locals. Located in the Admirals Road Shopping Centre, there is ample free parking and many services and stores nearby (including a Thrifty's grocery store). Prices are good, service very nice and respectful. Many repeat customers which the servers knew by name - a good sign, in my book. A good menu selection at a good price; the service makes it better. If travelling by transit, you can take the number the #25, #24 or #14. The cost for an all-day pass is $5.00. I ordered the French Toast with Sausage ($9.99). Fluffy, egg-rich toast with local sausage really hit the spot. The Apple Tree Restaurant at Admirals Walk is opening 7a-7p, except Monday & Tuesday 7a-3p. A nice dining experience.

Always good food. Family restaurant but lots of seniors and the staff care about them. While I was paying my bill, an elderly lady in front of me was telling the cashier she had another bill from a previous visit there that she hadn't paid and wanted to take care of it. The cashier checked it out with the manager or owner and they ended up giving her the previous meal free and said they were just happy to see she was feeling better. Obviously they know their customers and they care about them. It was nice to see..

My family and I love to eat here. Every thing on the menu is reasonably priced. They offer a wide range of food styles. One of our favorites is the light dinner. The light dinner gives you an entree, a main course, and a dessert all for one low price. It is surprisingly just right though when I ordered it the first time I thought it would not be enough. Just remember they are shut Mondays.

My friends kid found Viagra, and a screw under the table. Hate to think what would have happened if a small child ate that thinking it was candy. Told a server, she laughed. My friend barely touched her meal because the chicken was stringy and the fries seemed like they had been refried. Just like most people she was too embarrassed to say anything about it.. But it's pretty obvious something is wrong when someone doesn't touch their meal. No discount or anything was given when I mentioned she should say something in front of the server when she took the full plate of food away. The kids meal was 2 tiny over cooked chicken strips for 7.50!! The beef dip had barely any beef to cover the bun.

The best fish'n chips I've had...and I'm picky. Crispy, always hot, fries never get soggy and no pooling of grease on the plate. Packaged tartar, but its ok. Love it. Worst service ever. If you aren't a senior they don't even look at you. My friend and I sat in a booth for 13 min before we asked one of the passing employee's if we could get some service our areas waitress has yet to come to our table. Do not come here. There is a subway across the street save yourself the frustration.
