Visited the restaurant on Sept. 4th while visiting family. We have been to this restaurant a few times in the past and it was good. We understand with the pandemic, many changes have occurred and the wait staff are likely new and still learning. Having said that, common sense will still tell you to place the condiment basket on the table, don't slam it down on the edge as your running, yes running past. At no time did anyone check on us to find out if we needed anything, we had to try to flag someone down. Once successful, we told the server, that something was terribly different with two of the meals. These are meals that were consumed on previous visits, which prompted them to be ordered again. The chef/cook made the chicken balls with noodles using teriyaki sauce and not the mild BBQ. One of our party suffered through and refused to return it and ate it, all the while sweating like someone sitting in a sauna. The second guest chose to eat the noodles only and left all of the chicken. This was brought to the attention of the Manager. His response was very unprofessional and the comments he made unacceptable. While we hadn't planned on a "free" dinner, we certainly expected the one dinner to be complimentary because 80% was left on the plate because it was very spicy and the guest for medical reasons couldn't eat it. The overall experience was very poor and the customer service of the Manager was atrocious. Unfortunately, although I write this, I know it is likely that I will return on our next trip because there is sadly very little competition for this restaurant.
