He said he was rushing. He also said nice excuse not to leave a tip i said yes. He then told me not to open pop right away as that was part of what fell. I haven't been in this Scores in a while, but the countless times I have been it's always been good. The salad bar was always taken care of, always stocked. The chicken/ribs are the same as any other Scores. If you order delivery, regardless if it's uber eats, doordash, skip or directly with the restaurant, and it's close to closing time, and you take the 5 piece chicken tenders, there's a chance they will give you the 5 pieces + whatever extra they have since they'll have to throw it out anyway; I order the 5 piece almost every time I order, and on 2 occasions close to closing I got 9 pieces once, and 12 the other.

It's a rôtisserie place, nothing crazy. I prefer it to St-Hubert, but same time of place. The parking is small and always full. Where this place really looses points is the crazy notion that some menu items can only be ordered to go. The family was excited to try their new poutines, but there is now way to order them in restaurant, only to go or delivery... which is insane! It all comes from the same kitchen! Why you would wilfully prevent your clients to order items you make in your kitchen anyway is beyond comprehension to me.

We have been regular clients at a Scores LaSalle for 20 years; tonight to celebrate our kids getting their second vaccine and our first family restaurant dinner since March 2020. Tonight we waited for a meal an insane amount of time: a table that arrive way after us got their food in a normal time. When we inquired from our server; we were first told they had an issue with the Naan Chicken and then proceeded to tell us that the kitchen was swamped with Uber Eats and Skip orders. We are in the restaurant, paying full price (not 30% commission to the delivery services) and we have to wait?! Food arrives and it is lukewarm for sitting too long under the heating lights I assume. No heartfelt apologies, no offer to comp our beverages or anything. Scores, you disappointed us tonight; our night of celebration was just OK. Too bad; so many great places to eat...we may have to find a new favourite.

Every time I visit my mom in Verdun she wants me to take her to the Scores in Lasalle. We have had many dinners there and have never been dissappointed. The salad bar is great and the soup always warm and tastey. I have lived is many cities across Canada and have to say you cannot get this good service and great food. The manager Steve, always goes out of his way to welcome all customers and makes sure the staff are doing their job and this is why we will stay customers of that establishment. Please keep up the good work.

I Honestly Love scores it's a family style restaurant that I go to for almost every occasion and even holiday sometimes. so that I don't have to cook. But the last time I went which was Valentine's Day I was very disappointed. The renovation that they did was very nice the place look very nice inside but the food was disappointing my food was cold my children's nuggets were undercooked to the point that it was oozing white liquid and I wondered why they would even bring that to us then when they re did it it was over cooked. But at that point my kids were starving . The smoked smoked meat poutine they brought it but they forgot to smoke meat they took it back and literally it looked like they just through two pieces of smoked meat on the top and called it a day. Needless to say I wasn't happy I was very disappointed the portions of the ribs are smaller and I don't think I'll be going back.

Salad bar is amazing. Food pretty much always good. The only thing I resent, since I eat alone, they ALWAYS give me a tiny minuscule table along freaking wall even during non rush time. Often when I'm driving to the scores, I turn around just because I suddenly remembered the tiny minuscule table they will put me on. :P At diner time I get it since it's often full. But during the day with 2/3 of the restaurant empty. Leave the freaking tiny tables alone plz. :P

We've been keenly anticipating the opening of Scores on St Jean. Seems like the opening Soon sign has been up for months. Wait no longer folks they opened TODAY. Their rotisserie chicken was lovely and tender and their Brochettes were very flavorful. Their salad bar is full of fresh delicious choices. Food was good considering the price. Service was fast and efficient until we were paying. The bill came to a total of $51. Price after tax was around $58 something. I made a calculation mistake so we paid with 100$ bill and asked to have $35 back. The waitress was not happy and told us if we knew the tip was supposed to be 15%. Without realizing that we tipped $1.50 below 15% line, I asked if the tip we left was not ok. Without saying a word, the waitress gave us back the change with a cold face. But it was only $30. I asked if I could have my change back. The waitress actually told me that she had to check. Now I think she kept the $5 bill on purpose and considering we were a table of Chinese speaking guests, maybe she assumed we Chinese don't tip? Not cool

Dropped in for supper. Deeply disappointed in their new menu. I never eat open buffet food (hygiene issues) and the new menu really stresses it. My husband and I have been there two or three times and each time we love it so much. The food is so, so good. They have some great lunch specials. I have had two, and both times, I've added the salad bar to it. The salad bar has some wonderful options, and I always make such a unique salad/dip that is just so great. My husband gets the chicken strips and he loves that a lot. He thinks it's great honestly. I love their food so much. The FRIED ICE CREAM IS ONE OF THE BEST DESERTS I HAVE EVER EATEN! Also the Chicken and waffles they have is super yummy, and full of flavour. I also had the chicken Cesar wrap was also good. Their deserts that are included in the lunch special are good. Usually they are not that great, but at Scores they give you some yummy options. The staff there is also really wonderful. They are nice, and do all they can to ensure that you will have a good experience. They are friendly, and make the experience better. We will be back! And hopefully you'll try it too!

I was reluctant to try another Scores after the horrible experience with the branch on Saint Jean boulevard in D.D.O. However, at the insistence of my family we went to this one at Dorval. Boy I was pleasantly surprised. The service was warm and courteous, the salad bar has a large selection of fresh salad, and the food is larger portion and better prepared and presented. Salad bar has two different sides, two soups, hot nacho cheese, corn chips, beef chillie, salsa, salads, sauces, seeds, cottage cheese, feta cheese, lots of fun stuff for a second trip. My kid goes back three times. The decorations at Halloween and Xmas were very special, nice tall nutcrackers guarding front door. Xmas bowls holding stuff on salad bar. This chicken is better that the one that closed in WestIsland. People working are usually very nice. $80 for 3 with a dessert.

If I can give MINUS 5 stars, I would. We had called and reserved, however, given the open salad bar, people did not leave. We waited for well over half and hour without the manager giving us any satisfactory answer nor options. He could be smart and tell us to go elsewhere instead. Instead, the manager even said that people were eating there 3+ hours and he did not dare asking people to leave, and neither could he answer whether the restaurant had any policy against people eating for so long, taking advantage of the open salad bar. Other people who waited for a table left, especially those with kids. Powerless manager and poor policy/management. Good thing we left!!!

We visited this Scores location last night. Booking a group hockey team dinner is always a task. Scores handled our group efficiently and the servers were amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had 46 plates come out all at once piping hot, every meal done perfectly! 16 rowdy boys spilled drinks and lots of empty buffet plates but they had the best ladies taking their orders, servers were patient, understanding, and were great with our team. Top notch service .... highly recommended

Funny story... We had tried Scores in the late 1990's and were not impressed, having grown up in NDG home of the famous Chalet Bar-B-Q we did not enjoy the food at Scores. In 2013 while on a trip to PEI we stipoed at a Pizza Delight in Moncton, NB and the visit was in my Too Ten worst restaurant experiences, if not number 1, it's definitely 2... In any case someone who had completed a Professional Cooking course and worked in restaurants I couldn't let the experience go down in acknowledged and contacted the parent company to let them know how lousy the to to this restaurant had been. By way of apology they offered up a gift certificate which we learned we could use at a Score's in Montreal, sunce we don't have any Pizza Delight restaurants here. We were all light trepidatious having had a less than stellar record between those two experiences. In any case we went with little to lose and we pleasantly surprised that the quality of food has improved greatly from our previous visit. We particularly like the salad bar. Four years later, we have been back numerous times, most recently on my birthday. This isn't haut cuisine, but is worth the price.

Best of all the Scores franchises. The salad bar had a larger number of selections including guacamole. The soups selection included a perfectly spicy but not too hot chili. For the rest, the usual chicken combo. A great price compared to other BBQ chicken places.

The renovations and revamped menu was a big failure for my family and me. The salad bar is now full of oddities which probably appeal to some, but we go for the chicken and ribs and fresh vegetables on the salad bar. The chicken was good and the soup from the salad bar still delicious. The rising prices have stopped us from going very often. The wait staff is the same - most good, some excellent. The ambience is too corporate, unwelcoming and bright - reminds me of la belle province. Does not make you want to linger over coffee. We miss the old Scores.

Service was okay, acomodating but not very quick even when mentioning to the waiter that we needed to leave soon. My sister is deathly allergic to shrimp. She ate from the salad bar and while eating a green salad she found a shrimp. It was not part of the salad. Someone from the kitchen had dropped the shrimp into the salad by accident. Not only was the manager unsympathetic, they made her pay for the meal she didn’t eat, instead of letting her leave to go to the hospital.

This Scores is a cut above the rest. The owner really goes all out to provide a nice experience. There are a fiew salad bar items that I haven't seen at other locations. They also make an extra effort to decorate the place during special occasions. If you're aleay a fan of Scores, you won't find a better restaurant.

I use to go to Scores all the time. It was decent price and food wasn’t bad. It’s been a while that i haven’t been. Price did jump up! Specifically at this branch, the salad bar was meh. Salad weren’t very fresh. Had way too much sauce in them. It also lacks variety. I remember having better quality salad! The waitress was kind.

Good quality food for a very reasonable price. The food here is relatively healthy not too greasy and always lightly salted. Great salad bar. I especially like their chicken noodle soup which is made with chunks of their roasted chicken. This place can get quite busy during peak times.
