Getting sick of certain McDonald's not serving hashbrowns after 11. Digbys McDonald's does not serve hashbrowns after 11:00 a.m If one does, they all should! Upgrade the kitchen to accommodate or just close the doors. How can any McDonald's not have " enough space " to serve hashbrowns, with breakfast, all day long?

Caroline the manager was very rude to me i came in to order 2 large drinks with light ice a large cappuccino and large fries when i received my order the fries it look like nothing to a larage more like a medium in a large box so i ask before pulling off to get another one and they said they cant take the food back because of covid which i understand so they said they make a new one and made me park for fries then the server comes and gives me small fries so i go back threw the drive thru to get a refund on the fries then caroline says i cant refund without returning the fries. So i did but they said its policy they cant take it back because of covid please dont eat here there qhwn caroline works so rude. Caroline should get fired for her behavior its not ger firat incident with me and i will contacting headquarters. AND WHY IS THE SLUSHY MACHINE NEVER WORKING , but the signs are up there displaying.

Never gets anything right wait times are insane. Go elsewhere or wait 45 mins for a meal to be wrong. I literally just waited 15 min for a coffee and in that time they took 3 orders. All 3 orders where wrong. Dont waste your time.

Whitehorse McDonalda is the worst McDonalds I have been to in Canada. in say 20 drive through visits well over 10times the order was wrong or missing items. Between 3am and 5am they are basically closed but dont post a sign saying closed so you sit forever waiting with cars behind you stuck in line for no reason. I know many other people with exactly same comments as me. I phoned McDonalds a few times to lodge complaints but the complaint system is hard to deal with

UPDATE: This facility is listed as open 24hrs.. Just don't show up around 3am cause they are closed and won't take your order My work is just down the road from this place. If you like mystery meals, this is the place to go! I don't know why I keep returning, letting this place attempt to get my meal right. It's almost always wrong, but when they actually the right food, I get cold fries, wrong drink, wrong sizing of fries/drink. The lineups with this COVID doesn't even make it worth the hassle to go complain, especially when you're only on a half hour lunch break and it takes 20 mins to get your order

Unreal terrible service. Due to having 3 ridiculously bad experiences I have given up on the chain completely. It's food. It's a McDonald's. They're attached to a Walmart. I'm not expecting much. It's surprising, but they actually crammed a drive through in this thing. The staff are friendly despite the customers. I've never gotten a complaint about ordering decaf ten minutes before closing. If you want a burger or an acceptable, prefab coffee and don't feel like spending 30 dollars on frozen meat, it's not a bad hole in the wall. It tends to be quieter because it's not in walking distance of much, so that's nice, except in summer.

Tea sat on back counter for 15 mins while I waited for fries, then when fries finally came, I asked for fresh tea. Its a very busy location. But my family and I stoped at Mc Donald on way to Toronto for lunch. We used the women bathroom. It's disgusting dirty and to top it off the sinks aren't working. So we couldn't wash are hands. Needs to say we didn't stay for lunch. Also Wouldn't be stopping at this location again. Clean up your act Mc Donald. Over 18 minutes of wait time, I seen 3 other cars ask like me to move to the wait zone because their slow. I only had ordered 3 happy meals of which 2 where nuggets(they eventually served them without sauce at all and cold fries) and the last one was a hotcakes one(served without the fries and luke warm cakes). It seems they serve what ever car they want and they didn't even give me a receipt (probably so I can't raise concerns to the corporation)

My husband and I have gone to this location 3 or 4 times in the last month and a half to get ice cream only to find out that every single time we have gone, the machine has been broken. It seems as if they just don't ever fix it. When I mentioned it to the girl, she said that they just don't have a good machine. Frustrated, we went to the one on 200th street by the mall (just like the other times) and of course, they had ice cream and there was no problem. We will never be going to this mcdonalds again.

My husband and I were visiting from Alberta a few weeks ago and went to McDonald's drivethrough a few times. We were impressed with a young man who served us - once at the window, and once when we had to pull over to wait for our order to be brought to our vehicle. He was charismatic, friendly, polite, and pleasant in every way - probably the best encounter we have had with McDonald's staff. We wish we knew his name, but just wanted you to have this review so that he can see it. GREAT job! He will do well, and we wish him the best for his future!

i went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a vanilla ice coffee with two shots of caramel. they put in a caramel ice coffee and acted like i never told them that wasn’t my order. so i told first window and the worker said whatever same thing and made me take the caramel and i ended up getting sick off it because they didn’t mix it at all as well and i drank syrup. not to mention also waited 20 minutes for that and a muffin. would not recommend, they also had the first window worker taking orders while serving people

Men's room dirty and many fixtures broken. I stood at the cash waiting to be served. I waited and waited as staff walked past but nobody took my order. I eventually went to a kiosk. Went here with my family for the first time a few weeks ago the girl messed up our ice cream order! So this was very frustrating for us we all we asked for 3 ice creams one in a cup and 2 on a cone .. first we weren't paying attention and she put just one ice cream in the system we got one ice cream we then told her it's wrong and she apologized but then she messed it up again! and gave us all three in cups she then dumped those and gave us the right order which was 2 on a cone one in a cup! I don't want to call her name because I don't want her to lose her job but she needs to pay more attention I'm not a picky person I just get really frutrated when I repeat something the first time 2 times and the order is still messed up.

Heart cookie review: Have gone in multiple times to buy their heart cookies for the daycare and every time they have been hard as a rock and the children can’t bite threw them. Hard to find a cost effective but satisfying meal lately at any McDonalds, and most times, there is a significant wait if you order a specialty sandwich/burger. One word......DISCUSTING. This location is stuck in the 80s. There's shingles lose ready to fall in the drive thru. Inside is dirty and old. Had lots of time before work to grab my kids dinner, it was late with no time to cook we agreed on happy meals. Waited 40min and had to leave without my food because of a 'system error'. I went back in to get a refund and nobody was around, just confused customers staring at each other. I literally had to just leave and go home and send my husband back to get our order because it took so long and nobody was helping us except one person saying it would be a lot longer for the food. Everytime I order from there, they always screw up my order. I ask for a sausage and egg mcgriddle and there's no egg. I ask for a chicken snack wrap and they gave me a chicken patty?? I get that McDonald's is cutting costs by having selfserve machines for ordering. I also get that wait times will be longer because of less staff due to high minimum wage costs. However having a staff member constantly yelling order numbers then turning and cursing loudly at fellow staff members is not helpful. Having 10 people standing in a small area waiting for orders, then a staff member bellows a number like she is hoping the person can hear her at deluxe across the street isn't a good thing. Just one thing is that if your going through the drive thru before you leave better check your order and look in your food bag because they never ever give you anything unless you ask for it like salt n pepper ketchup and especially napkins. Typical McD's food. Service is quicker here than other McD's in town. The kids love the play structure. The staff was friendly and organized.

Food was fine, but service was appalling! When asked to not add a straw to my order, straw was in bag anyway and when I attempted to give straw back to them, she took it from my hand and threw it on the ground outside the drive through window!! When I asked why would you litter like that, she said “we can’t use the straw again anyway because you touched it and someone will pick this up outside anyway” She wasn’t wearing gloves and touched my food order and bag, so should I have thrown that on the ground?? Why not ask the customer if you want a straw when they order or check bag when customer asks for no straw? Such an ignorant response! When I attempted to call the store to speak with manager, no one answered the phone! Worst service ever!

Always disappointed. They do not care about quality. Yes it's fast-food but it should be good. I will >>>never<<< come back to this location and in fact I may not ever eat at McDonalds ever again.

Was there today with my children around 4 pm. Felt very uncomfortable with all the teenagers making a mess throwing fries and paper everywhere. They were abusing of the soft drink fountain and spilling it everywhere. Other customers were also uncomfortable. There should really be someone there to control these situations. Oh ya, teenagers hanging out in the playground, so obviously my children 5&9 yrs) didn't want to go. Sorry but avoid this mcdonalds after school ..... I will .

Great service for a Mcdonalds, the coffeess always good. Definitly made me stop drinking my tims, the 1 free every seven is great. And the food never feels to greasy or stale like some of the other chains. friendly staff, at times, but everyone has their days. All in all I would rate this one of the best establishments in gander.

Stopped in early in the morning a quick bite, no other customers around, staffed acted as they were bothered to help you. Received cold fries and then when I asked for new fries, they were not happy and was giving excuses to why I couldn't, that it will take 3-4 min. I asked for a new burger than since I have to wait and that just got more refusals. In the end I did get my new hot fries, not sure if the burger was new, could of been nuked but they did take the receipt out of the bag and kept it. No very professional or happy working there. In the next five minutes I was in the parking lot they still only had just me for orders. Hope this gets back to the owners.

Don't quote me on that . McDonald's is a great burger and breakfast place. Very good food and Best Coffee !!! It seems that execution speed has been lost since the "McCafe" appearance. Before you'd almost get your food in the tray faster than the clerk would give your change back. Specially when ordering a small coffee and a brownie . Perhaps it's just me ???

Worst service ever staff yelling orders not one order was right, ordered an Angus burger and asked for crispy onions on it, didn't get the onions or even the toppings that are supposed to come on the burger. My wife's burger smelt and tasted burnt and my daughters cheeseburger had a completely dried out bun.

Orders were correct, but as others have noted, dining area is very small and crowded. The worst part was the dining area was a total mess and it was clear that staff had no interest in cleaning it. We had to eat on a small part of a dirty table that was streaked with barbecue sauce, which was the best choice out of a mostly empty dining area.
