I gave one star because the door was open. I decided to go to KFC for lunch at 12:45 on March 11,2020. I was greeted by no one.There were no customers waiting inside and only two tables with customers that had already been served. Two employees looked out from the back of the store as they were serving drive thru customers but never spoke a word to me. I waited 3 - 4 minutes before going to Mary Browns where I was greeted and served immediately. What has happened to customer service. Greet your customers and tell them it may be a few minutes and you may save the next customer.

Can't believe how the amazing chicken from Kentucky fried chicken I enjoyed so much as a kid turned into tiny greasy mess they call KFC today. There was so much grease in my chicken, I grabbed it and it shot grease all over my sweater. It took 3 napkins to squeeze some of the grease out of a tiny piece of chicken so small I thought it might be a rare breed of dwarf chicken. I have to say that's my last piece of KFC for a long time. Such a disappointing experience since I loved Kentucky fried chicken and their crispy skin.

I am sure they use baby chickens because the pieces are teeny tiny and soaked in grease.. Just horrible. Inside always looks dirty.. The table..floors and Pop area. The gravy was also yuck. Way down hill on taste.. Still cost a lot though so some things haven't changed.

Ordered online...got my order 45 minutes later after waiting outside for 10m and inside for 15m...and nothing to do with being busy, see below. Customer lost. Poor management of operation. I've been using this location a lot during COVID due to the great online ordering with no login, no app, and Google Pay so no c/c to enter in a random website. I've even done a few of their surveys saying as much. This location even posted a sign on their door advising you to phone inside and they'll bring out your order which worked great. HOWEVER...no more. Management at this site has instructed their staff to no longer answer the phone due to, "many people phoning in orders but never showing up.". Yet they still have the sign on the door so you phone and phone and phone until you finally go inside and wait in line. Also, management has decided that due to the above issue with no shows that they are also not going to start online orders until you show up and making it to the front of the line...even though online orders are PREPAID. As a result one can expect to wait 15-20 minutes AFTER making it to the front of the line negating any effort to save time by ordering online. Go to Dixie Lee...better chicken and prices if you're going to stand in line anyway.

You can never get an answer because the phone is usually off the hook. The other night we tried for over half an hour. When we physically went to the location the staff said the kitchen had closed and to order elsewhere. You can't get real KFC chicken anyways. Support local owned businesses instead. I would give zero stars but the least amount you can give is one star to post.

Tried to call manager and got some woman who can't barely speak or understand English. My kids live KFC and I spend a lot of money there and it is sad to see what today's work force and customer satisfaction rate have dropped down to. Horrible service....longer than necessary wait and chicken that they couldn't even eat was dripping with grease. If you are going to take our money at least try to be a decent establishment. The service was base-level friendly; she seemed bored or annoyed with her job. They said it would be an hour's wait on crispy chicken, they had 4 pieces of white left, no mashed, no ice in their drink machine, no napkins, the tables had gravy globs; and there was one other person there when I walked in. I paid for 2 gravy instead of 2 sides with my feast, good thing I checked cause they did the opposite. And forgot my daughter's cookie with her meal (which isn't the first time since I went there first) I was in a pretty good mood so I tried to be nice and understanding but overall, I wasn't super impressed. I mean, I know people make mistakes and it gets busy at times but it's still not a customer experience I'd rave about.

I had the 4 piece dinner with fries and a Dr Pepper at 2pm. At 6:30pm I vomited and have diarrhea. KFC was the only food I had that day. Also, my drink tasted fine, but the after taste from the drink tastes like dish soap or stale water taste.

Possibly the best KFC I have ever eaten at. I normally don't eat KFC in my hometown of Thunderbay but while working and staying at a motel nearby this location is very convenient. I have noticed this KFC gets a lot of business and at first glance one might think its way to busy and avoid going there. I can verify they are extremely fast, polite and caring for their customers and provide probably the best service iv seen in a fast food environment. I will continue to eat here while I work in Kap great job guys the food tastes wonderful!

The food is great, service is great, staff are friendly and courteous. Only issue is that they never have plastic knives as KFC did when it was operated by the previous owner. I complained about it a couple of times, nothing was ever done about it. Found myself having to buy some plastic knives and to bring one with me whenever I plan to eat and dine in. Apart from that, there are no issues.

We were traveling on the TCH and pulled in for lunch. Middle of the afternoon and all they had was dark meat. Wow. Not OK. So we ordered boneless combos. SALTY AS HELL. Asked for a second dipping sauce but told they cost extra. Poor value for the money!

Service is good but the chicken is deformed...I think they are using pigeons now. What happened to normal sized breasts and ribs...I have bought 8 piece here twice now and never get a breast and the ribs now look like some strange narrow thing with a blob of meat on the end....not impressed if this is now what's available at all KFC'S ribs were my go to piece of chicken

Often out of ingredients such as lettuce or chicken tenders with no form of compensation for customers, even when asked. Have to ask staff to get dipping sauces for chicken tenders. It should be offered by staff when you get your tray or placed out for customers to access. Was not given utensils for the salad cups when I dined in. However, the food was hot and tasted good so if you don't mind poor, slow service and are flexible with what you want to eat, it's like any other KFC.

I would not recommend going to this location to anyone. I went in there to buy lunch and they messed up my order on the register by charging me $15 extra, and then after being corrected, they STILL SERVED ME THE WRONG THING. I've never worked in good service before, but when there's one customer in the store and you're a SUPERVISOR you shouldn't mess up an order so terribly. Not only that, but my fries were cold and stake when I got them. Please everyone, do yourself a large favor and don't pay $30 for pig slop.

When KFC was over on Lincoln Ave, i loved it. I'm not sure how the move impacted the food quality. One noticeable difference is the chicken seems to have got smaller. I'll be updating this review as i go there still from time to time. UPDATE : Completely messed up my order again... 1 star and I'm done with your company. Second photo, this is what two thighs and extra fries looks like now. Paid a small fourtune for this.

I really enjoy KFC, although this store is underwhelming. My average wait time in drive thru is around 10 to 15 min in approx 10 visits. For fast food, the speed of service is very poor. Store operating hours are very poor as well especially when compared to AandW, Mcds and Dairy Queen. I've never seen a manager present at this location. Food is hit and miss for freshness and qaulity. This location needs better management most likely. Staff isnt usually friendly, more neutral than anything.

Hours of operations need to be updated. I went to this location at 7:21PM on a Friday, and on Google Maps it said this location closes at 9PM on Friday’s. I was greeted at the drive through speaker with a message saying they were closed. I clearly saw employees in the facility, and guests dining in the restaurant area. Very confusing, and management needs to take a look at this and be on top of where this restaurant has their hours posted.

Ive gone with friends and seen times of under 10 mins as well, kind of seems like a gamble( in my ecperience ) The staff has been nothing but plesant so i give priase for that. My Mom recently celebrated her 80th birthday and she wanted KFC! I seamlessly ordered online for 8 people and when I went to pick up the order I was so impressed with the staff. They went above and beyond—made the food fresh to order but also gave Mom and hand-written birthday card and some cookies wrapped in a lovely package. Simply outstanding! Thank you!

Not good service at all, the chicken was very dry as if it was left out. The portion size for a four peice was laughable and the employee that served us was very unfriendly. They didn't even put forks or napkins in the bags even after asking if there were any in there and being told yes....... and the gravy was watery and had no flavor. Very unfortunate when you are feeding four people including two children. You know it's not good when your kids won't even eat the food and they love KFC as a treat. We know now to go somewhere else for food when we travel through Grand Falls next time.

Waited for up to a half hour while I watched at least 7 people who ordered after me get their food. They ran out of dark meat. Which I understand once and a while. Once the had the chicken ready they then told me it would be another 10 min for 2 bacon and chicken burgers. Left there without my food. Wont go back their again

Worst KFC experience in 50 years. (1) Chicken felt like it was at least from the day before, very dry and hard to chew. (2) Service was ok, but not great, person did not appear happy at work. (3) No inside eating facility, although space would allow for at least a few tables, so had to eat in car as I was traveling from away. BOTTOM LINE, I love KFC, but would never return to that location and would discourage others to go there.

As soon as we opened the door to the restaurant, a guy working said "it'll be a 20 minute wait on chicken" and as we discussed what we would have instead he said, "you know we close at 10"... it was 8:56pm. He gave us the impression that they didn't want to have to put down another batch of chicken before they closed in an hours time. Needless to say, they didn't get our service tonight. On other occasions I've heard some terrible things as well... skimpy on food, cold when you get it, poor service, long drive thru wait times, running out of things mid day and now poor customer service. I never post complaints, but this is ridiculous and something needs to be done!

Twice I've been there & went through drive thru. First time I got no napkins or fork with my meal had to go inside to ask for it which took 10 minutes before they gave it to me. Today went drive thru again ordered a 4 piece meal with macaroni salad and a small gravy only to get home to see I never got the salad.
