(Translated) There was a problem with the app when I wanted to order "The Triple Delights Box". then i tried on the computer too but it doesn't work. looks like there is a bug. I decided to call and order by phone. The person who answered me kept telling me sorry wait two seconds wait a minute. They couldn't even take my order. I don't even know what he's supposed to do other than take the order over the phone. After waiting he hung up in my face. After a while someone else called me to take the order. I ran into the same problem. the person called me who wanted to take my order didn't even have time to take the order. He kept asking me to wait. Horrible services. The app doesn't work like people, the website doesn't work like people, and the workers don't work like people !! (Original) Il y a eu un problème avec l’application quand je voulais commander «la boîte triples délices ». ensuite, J’ai essayé à l’ordinateur aussi par contre ça ne fonctionne pas. on dirait il y a un bogue . J’ai décidé d’appeler et commander par téléphone . La personne qui m’a répondu ne arrêtaient pas de me dire désolé attendez deux secondes attendez une minute . Ils pouvais même pas prendre ma commande . Je ne sais même pas c’est quoi qu’il est supposé de faire autre que prendre la commande par téléphone. Après avoir attendu il a raccroché dans ma face . Après certain temps quelqu’un d’autre m’a appelé pour prendre la commande . J’ai rencontré le même problème . la personne m’a appelé qui voulais prendre ma commande n’avais même pas le temps pour prendre la commande . Il n’arrêtais pas de me demandé d’attendre . Services horribles . L’application ne fonctionne pas comme du monde , le siteweb ne fonctionne pas comme du monde et les travailleurs ne travail pas comme du monde !!

I buy bread sticks for over 25 years i came across this location few months ago i ordered breadsticks waited 20 min, i open the box i see ketchup i went back to ask the employee since when they give ketchup he said we run out of suces. Unprofessional i advised 3101010 about this location. Bunch of amateurs since pizza hut locations closed down those location make bad name for the brand. I never went back to this location. Idiot workers. I didn’t even ask for refund. This review will make you loose thousand of clients. And thousand of dollars.

Disgusting, place is dirty incredible they are still open. Asked for two large pizzas and I got small ones instead of large ones. Packaged in large pizza box. Almost no ingredients at all. The pizza looks more inflated than a soccer ball. Eat somewhere else. Never again.

Worst experience with the staff! They don’t speak French. And honestly, we didn’t even understand their English. They talked like a robot. There are plenty of tables to dine-in but there were no plates, no disposables or whatsoever, they offered us a paper!?! Lol. We’ll never go back! (Just this branch)

I was so happy to see double pizza was closed and pizza hut opened there instead... Same staff as double pizza, probably same owners and same garbage service and extreme incompetence. I hope head office will sort out this mess. Their only good employee is the tall guy with glasses. He's always polite, works very hard and at a fast pace. I would avoid this place if you don't like disappointment.

When they opened the franchise at this location, the pizzas were delicious with good ingredients. Now they are cheap with the ingredients, you are lucky to find a pepperoni in a slice of pizza.

I have been at this location 3 times. it has improved from Double pizza days. Food is nice. During rush hours , you may have to wait a bit due to too many orders. I do see continous improvement in their preparation time compared to two weeks ago.

These boneheads tried to charge me 23 dollars for a personal pan pizza. Then got all upset when I complained. I called the head office and reported them. You should all do the same. They have had zero training and it's quite apparent. 2 thumbs down. Never again...

It's nice to see Pizza Hut backin NDG but it's not like I remember. I don't know if it's the owners of this Pizza Hut that are cutting corners but the pizza was subpar very bland. I ordered an all dressed with added bacon for $18 and 14 traditional wings for $15 plus the $4 delivery fee and taxes it was $41 for disappointment. The pizza had almost no sauce and the topings were none existent, the chicken wings were supposed to be a glossy delight turned out to be something you would order from pizza rodi. I expect more coming from a huge franchise like Pizza Hut. Tried it out for the first time in a very long time and was disappointed I won't be ordering again it's way over priced for something that's a C-.

Checked them out on their first Friday. Manager was very on top of orders, calming people down because people had been waiting. He gave me a free 2 liter Pepsi for waiting - What a good guy! The people understood that the restaurant just opened. Next time will be quicker. The food was worth the wait though. I will be back. So glad to have a pizza hut in the neighborhood after the Decarie one closed. Maybe we couldn't support a huge restaurant like that one but the one on Cote St Luc Rd is small and mostly take out/delivery.

Mostly a delivery place. If you sit in, food served with paper plates and plastic utensils in boxes just like you would have gotten if you had your food delivered to your home. Employees were cold in their approach and made us feel like we were bothering them.

Waste of real estate. I ordered a large instead was given a small in a large box. They pizza was tasteless and oily. When I called to let them know I got the wrong size the staff was incredibly rude and essentially just told me too bad. Didn’t realize it was the same incompetent staff as the double pizza that closed down in the same location. Hopefully they will be gone for good soon

DONT ORDER HERE,If you're here wondering if you should order pizza from this store, then don't. There's a good dominos just down the road. This store can't even keep up with an order. Odered 2 stuffed cheese crust and i got none. I was so famished by then I just ate the pizza. I just lost 10$. If your're the owner/manager reading this know that you're losing a lot of money because of incompetency.

Don't give this location your business... they don't want it I ordered off the pizza hut website. When my pizza cane, the delivery person decided it was a good idea to criticize my choice of location. I phoned the location to let them know that the delivery person has issues with their website and that is in no way my fault. To add insult to injury, they couldn't refund the automatic tip to the driver.... Nothing happened and they don't care.

I will never get food from this store! I had the worst pizza imaginable ,the taste and smell was horrible like the ingredients went bad. Plus they put a lot of onions I felt like I was eating a curry pizza. You have lost a customer.

This Pizza Hut is a nice place to get pizza of your choice. I like the way they cook the crust of the pizza. There are a sufficient number of toppings to choose from. They have special everyday like BUY a large pizza for $17.99 and get upto 4 medium pizza for 5 dollars each. The behavior of the service people are excellent and very friendly. Last time I ordered I received the wrong order. They said they would give me 50% off my order the next time. They removed 4 dollars off my pizza, WHICH THEY GOT WRONG AGAIN, A SECOND TIME. I received a pan pizza with no taste whatsoever. Basically all crust, no sauce and tasteless cheese. Don’t even get me started about the rest of my order. It is completely inedible and has ruined my perception of Pizza Hut. At least the Diet Coke is good.

If you like Pizza Hut, this is a good place to order Pizza. Their pizza are good and they have good choices on the menu. They have good prices and every day you can also order the pizza of the day for a medium pizza for around 10$. You can also save more money by ordering 1 pizza and getting the second one for a lower cost, etc.
