Well, where do I start? The absolute best pizza! I've ordered there quite a few times for pizza and always great. Figured I would try their subs....and OMG they should honestly win an award!!! Best sub I've ever had in my life. The amount of meat they put on your sub, the bun was so fresh, even the fries were great. The gravy.... outstanding. Whatever these guys are doing, they sure do it right. Also doesn't hurt that the staff are always super nice when I call on the phone

If u are ordering delivery expect to get cold food. Called the restaurant back to let them know it was cold. The lady on the phone put me on hold for a couple minutes then came back and said the boss left and the cook wants to know what u want us to do about it. Very rude and no offer to send driver back to replace food.wont be returning

Used to love this place. Would sometimes order from this place 3 times a day. Food made me sick one time and they refused to replace it or give me a refund. Funny because all it was was a fry and gravy. Nice way to treat a loyal costumer who has spent hundreds of dollars in your restaurant. Not again.

Pizza was late. I had to call in and remind them. Driver didn't follow instructions written on the receipt, and lied to my face about calling me. Never received a call back, and the driver still wanted a tip. Unless they want to lose business, they need to hire better people. Preferably ones that follow instructions, and don't lie to my face.

Dropped by Cornwall for a short visit after a drive from Montreal. I was told to try the pizza and it did not disappoint. Took only 40 mins for delivery of a thick, meat and cheese filled pizza on Mother’s Day! I love how much pepperoni layers was packed on. Delicious and great pizza. Definitely worth the drive in :)

Louis Pizzeria has the absolute WORST service ever. I will NEVER order from this place again. They not only got my order completely wrong but they wanted to charge me more for the rest of it after waiting over an hour to get it. Then argues with me about HIS mistake and actually hangs up on me. Literally told me he didn't have to listen to me and hangs up. The worst customer service ever from both the person that answer the phone to the manager that yelled at me on the phone. I called to complain that the pizza was not up to standards and did not taste like a Louise Pizza. I have been eating Louise my whole life and know what it taste like. The Manager was rude as hell and yelling at me on the phone tell Telling me that I didn't know how to eat his pizza. They lost my business and that of all of my family and friends. They must be under new management or something because I never had such BAD service and food in my entire life. price gone up again and food quality and customer service gone down the drain... Louise sucks anymore don't order from there.

The pizza is good, but horrible service on the phone especially when an employee (a man) from the kitchen answering. I ordered by phone at least 3-4 times in the last 2-3 months and each time it was a total mess to order with this employee. Last time, I gave up after few minutes with him and ordering in an another restaurant where the person take my order in few seconds without problem.

2/15 Burnt and they knew it! Ordered 4 small pizza's for work. Thought funny all 4 boxes were stapled shut on all sides but heard this place was great. Got to work and all 4 pizzas were burnt. Called to complain & didn't have to explain; they were expecting the call and gave us a free medium next visit (no arguments). I would have waited for new ones; mistakes happen - you judge a business by how it handles those mistakes (picture included, sides & bottom black)

One of the four pillars that makes Cornwall the best city for pizza in the world. Also, this is the place for meat sauce poutine. Not known for its decor. Apparently, if you bring them a gluten free crust, they'll make you a pizza with it. The pepperoni is the ingredient in which gluten might exist but there's a staff member with celiac that eats it and it doesn't bother her.

I always have awful experience with Louis even tho food is good I always get it an hr later cold I just orders a burger platter @1045 pm its now closed n is 1221 n I still have no food such bad customer service it doesn't take an hr to make a burger n fries let alone 1hr 30 o'm very frustrated with this. This evening i went to pick up some dinner for the family and not only was i ecnored waiting for someone to greet me at cash, but all 6 men working in the kitchen saw me made eye contact and not one of them could say "hello, we will be with you in one minute". Instead some where standing there telling stories and chit chating, joking around, some where fixing up orders clearly working hard but no one could at least greet me - acknowledge that im here, etc. So im taking it as a huge insult that this family owned business that i would love to help during this difficult time w covid and spend my money to support. Absolutely useless. Order a small 4 slice pizza and they can't even deliver it in a 2 hour time window. They are seriously the most useless restaurant in the city - anywhere else and you'd have your food in under 40 minutes. I don't know who the incompetent one's are - if it's the drivers or the food makers, but something needs to change. With Louis you wait 2 hours for a cold pizza and that's just plain trash. Never ordering from them again.

Had to wait 1h 30min for pizza to be delivered and as you can see, the pizza was cold. I shouldnt have to put my pizza in the oven after delivery. Driver says i was the last on the list. If your that busy of a place then hire more drivers fors gods sake. Not put 4 pizzas in a car and say go. Terrible way to run a business. Food was great after re-heated.

The pizza here is great, if you dont know they have a "Widowmaker" Pizza that has pepperoni, steak, bacon and gravy instead of meat sauce, its alot of meat. If you order delivery you can expect to wait about an hour, but its dedinately worth the wait! Free delievery and debit on request.

Thought I was in for a treat. Used to live in Cornwall and this was my favorite poutine. Came to visit and thought Loius. What a resounding disappointment. Ordered large with gravy, got equivalent to small in container wit a drop of graveyard so no flavor. Probably won't come back on future visits to Cornwall and will not talk up Louis anymore as they have fallen so far

Terrible service. We waited an hour and 35 minutes for our food. It was 9 at night on a Thursday.. so not a particularly busy time to order a pizza for two. We called multiple times with no response followed by what we assumed was them taking the phone off the hook in order to avoid our calls. Due to us not knowing whether or not the food would show up we went out to pick something up elsewhere after waiting almost two hours. Upon returning to our home, the delivery man arrived. My partner explained that we did not know whether the food would show up so we went elsewhere and that we had called multiple times. We asked that he return the food. The delivery man did not apologize unless you consider an apology peeling out of our driveway without a word.

We ordered takeout on our way through Cornwall after previously having a good experience at Louis' Pizzeria. After driving half an hour home with a hungry toddler we opened up the boxes to find out that $50+ of food were burnt past the point of even being able to eat it. The pizza was so overcooked the cheese was hard as a rock, it was the same with the whole chicken we ordered. The chicken skin was black and burnt, and it was so overcooked the actual meat was hard and crispy. We contacted the manager who offered us a discount on our next order.. Not good enough. This food should NEVER have been put into a box and given to a customer. We won't be ordering here again, the food was completely inedible and the customer service was non existent.

New to Cornwall; heard a lot about this place. Don't bother... ordered for the first time. After 1 hour we called and the order had not yet left. My husband decided to go pick it up. We ordered a lasagna with green peppers, no mushrooms and no pepperoni, what did we get? A lasagna with tons of pepperoni but no green peppers... We also ordered a small all dressed that was overcooked/almost burnt. Don't waste your money or your time, order from Kells Kitchen.

Ordered a cheese pizza and it was nothing like the pizzas I am used to Large portions of cheese on it, but served incredibly hot. I would let it chill for several minutes before eating it Not a lot of space to sit in The workers/owner can be a bit too slow. Hardly any place to park. If you’re not in a rush, try them out. Support local businesses
