My husbands first trip up to Churchill long before we were married and just after we met and he grabbed me the most beautiful polar bear necklace from the airport last minute as he was leaving but the quality of this jewelry is so amazing, I still have and wear on occasion this necklace from 14 years ago. I have since been up to Churchill myself and always love seeing the new styles created between visits. I’m looking forward to my next purchase!

I bought a polar bear pendant. It was a great reminder of my visit to Churchill to see the polar bears. The artist has a kiosk right in the airport so you have a chance to visit when you get there and leave. I noticed he took American as well as Canadian currency at the time of my visit.

Here Be Bears offers hand made high quality silver jewelry with an unique storefront located at the Churchill airport when health requirements permit. There is a great selection of different items from rings, to bracelets, pendants (with necklace), earrings and other handcrafted items like bags and postcards. I found there was something for every budget. My granddaughter loved her polar bear earrings and I treasure my beluga whale pendant. Customer service is always great, as well.

I purchased an exquisite ring to commemorate my first trip to Churchill, MB 7 years ago. I wear it daily! Honestly I'd like to get a second one as a backup in case anything ever happened to my original one.
