My husband and I went there for dinner and we got a very nice table outside. The waitress was professional and attentive. We felt comfortable and the food was delicious. It was our first time at Garrison Bistro and we absolutely loved it. We will make this place our regular place to dine. Thank you to the owners and staff. Well done. See you soon.

Garrison Bistro Restaurant is great place for a couple or a small group gathering. The physical space is not very big. The bar section of the restaurant is again small but very classy. The food is very good and tasty. The servers could be better and more attentive to the patrons. Overall a great place to have breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.

The best beef short rib (off the bone) I've ever had. More than ample serving for myself; a big eater. Tender almost to the point of "cut it with a fork". The Yorkshire was crispy delicious. Gotta get back here.

Always great food. They have blankets for when it gets cold and you’re sitting outside. The crab cakes and mussels are always delicious. Definitely one of my favourite places for dinner.

The food was very good and the waitress and hostess were also very friendly and professional. However, we ordered an item listed a specific price on the brunch menu but a different (higher) price on the main menu. We ordered the item (during brunch hours) and we were told after we received our bill that we would be charged the higher price as the brunch menu price was a mistake. The waitress attempted to remedy this issue by offering a coupon but we were not locals therefore the coupon was not appropriate. We were told that the price cannot but adjusted without management approval and no managers were present. I requested the managers contact and after a day of waiting, I did not receive a response from the manager regarding this poor experience.

Taking into account the difficulty of restaurants during this Pandemic, I give this place a poor 3. The place was not excessively busy when I attended. I’ve been here twice while visiting and my experience has been similar both times. On this occasion, I sat done and ordered a drink from the obviously busy waitress and soon after I placed my food order. I watched a couple across from me who sat down 15 minutes later, ordered, received their food and finished before my pasta dish showed up an hour later. I asked for a popular dish and was recommended the Fettuccine. The dish was mediocre. An odd mixture of cubbed pieces of Brie tossed in the Paprika coated chicken breast and bell peppers. Sorry guys, you’ve got some work to do.

Great little restaurant! Five of us went for dinner here last night and we all enjoyed it. The food was outstanding and the service as well. The appetizer mussels in green curry sauce was some of the best I've had in a very long time. Too bad they don't offer a larger version as a meal. Lamb Shank was also very good. Decor is cozy. Great, attentive service as well.

Such a classy bistro with a good variety of menu items. Very good service, and a very clean place with covid protocols being followed. Now on to the best part, the food was amazing. I ordered the flatbread and it was delicious. The veggies on it were so fresh and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend Garrison Bistro.

Never had a worse salad in my life! Usually I never have any complains when I visit Garrison Bistro. The food is great as well as Service. Today I ordered a salad for take out and it was horrible! I paid 18$ for a few mixed salad leaves two half piece cherry tomatoes a few crumbles of blue cheese, half a pear and a lot of sunflower seeds. My 2 year old granddaughter could have done a better job. That is so sad ????

Stopped by on our bike ride, greeted by Greg with a friendly smile and totally welcomed us and helped with our bikes. Food was amazing and so many choices, will definitely come back and try other options. Mini hamburgers and kabobs were amazing

Pretty nice! Decent upscale-ish place in Chilliwack. Not particularly inexpensive but the quality is definitely there, so I'd say it's fair. Very clean with a good atmosphere, nice ambience, and the food was pretty great. It's in kind of an outdoor mall area with lots of other shopping around. Probably good for a date night.

The food here is amazing! As self acclaimed foodies we eat all over Vancouver and Metro-Vancouver and were so impressed at the quality of food, flavor and presentation for this restaurant in Chilliwack. This one is worth the drive if you dont live in the area, you will not be disappointed. They have a great patio which is where we sat. We went on a Sunday night so it wasnt too busy. We ordered the veggie flatbread which had grilled veggies and balsamic and pesto, it was probably one of the best flat breads we've had. We also ordered the pear salad which was excellent and the butternut squash was amazing. The butternut squash was soft but not mushy, they were not greasy and the twist they did with the flavor adding cardamon? to the cream sauce was so awesome! I would ask to add a grilled chicken to this dish if you want to up the protein content. The chicken with the butternut squash and the sauce was out of this world. Prices are reasonable given the quality of the food...this place could easily compete with the top resturants in Vancouver. This one is making our short list favorate for sure!!

Had the BLTCA sandwich with Bistro greens and it was quite possibly the best sandwich I've ever had! Thanks for serving fresh ingredients that were put together fantastically! The patio atmosphere was super comfortable and warm since they have heaters. Our waitress Lori was helpful and attentive but not over bearing. A wonderful evening out that I highly recommend especially if the rest of their menu tastes as good as that sandwich and I have a feeling it does. Thanks chef!

Popped over to the Garrison Bistro tonight for dinner, was totally ignored by the staff that were busy cleaning bottles at the bar, no one bothered to greet us after 4 minutes, so we left disappointed, had a great experience the first visit. Pretty sad follow up....sorry.
