It was a very refreshing experience to have great food made exactly to my expectations , as well as excellent service from my server Hailey she was excellent , with the crazy world of today it was an all around great visit and loved being able to enjoy the outside patio dining experience

I'm not normally one who goes to chain restaurants but my friends and I decided to come here after a Sunday hike. I ordered the Crispy Prawn Roll and it was very tasty; would definitely order it again. The menu had the price of all sushi rolls as $10 on Sundays but when I got the bill, it had the sushi roll at full price. I checked with the server who confirmed the price was meant to be $10 and corrected the receipt. It's a good thing to always check your receipt to ensure you're not overcharged.

Remove this from menu. Chicken cheddar sandwich. 20 dollars for chicken that was run over by a truck. More bread than chicken. Flimsy lettuce and sauce dry bread cold...very disappointed for the money Earl's is top notch usually. Saving grace was great service.

Great food, server was awesome. Great atmosphere and decor. I just have to say though, the dress code for all women to wear heels as a server is outdated. They are on their feet for hours! I couldn't even... I would happily come back if I knew the dress code was equitable.

The tuna bowl was phenomenal!! Customer service was great !! They lost a star for the Thai curry prawns were not bad but the rice that was served was very old and did not taste good !! But our server was happy to fix that !!

Disappointed in service Had called Christmas Eve to check hours and inquire about pre-ordering for that evening. Was told pre order wasn't available and to phone back around 3.. when I phoned back restaurant was closed.. could have mentioned that earlier. Placed order on boxing day instead, arranged for pick up. When picked up had my skip bag to help keep food warm and had multiple staff avoid eye contact and ignore my sister and I for about 5 minutes before someone asked our skip #. Let them know it was just pick up and the girl went to the back. A few minutes later someone else asks our skip number and we let them know the pick up name again.. She pulls our order from a cubby right near the door (feels like -20 outside) directly beside where we were standing the whole time.. is take out not usually kept on a warmer? Food was decent tasting but over priced and the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. Don't ignore people because you assume they are a delivery driver... Don't ignore delivery drivers! And keep the food on a warmer!!! Very unhappy with service, do not intend to return

Earls in Chilliwack is always great. We were there last night for my sons 18th birthday with a total of 9 attending. The service was quick & efficient, the food & drinks were on point making the evening perfect for my sons birthday. Thank you for looking after us we will be back soon.

Amazing food and staff, was very impressed! The restaurant was very nice and classy. The staff is very friendly and all covid precautions were taken! Took my son for his birthday and it was a great evening with great food. I highly highly recommend trying the steak, it was so moist and done to perfection! Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. I give these guys a thumbs up x10.

The good: fettucine, nice layout and nice patio The bad: Filet mignon was inedible. Dry and salty. Asked them to remake it and server was hesitant. The second one brought out was hardly any better. Still dry and poor quality meat. Asparagus was salty as well. Chicken in the fettucine was overcooked and had a burnt taste. Service also was a miss. Had to ask for water refills even though server walked by our table multiple times and glasses were empty for over 15 minutes. Overall disappointing Earls as we usually have great food/service at other locations.

Very delicious food, and staff is always polite and doing the most. I enjoy my time here with the pretty little birds on the napkins. They keep me company..... anyway one bone I have to pick with Earls Kitchen + Bar is that they got rid of the garlic parm fries. A true tragedy. I have never been more heartbroken or disappointed in my life. I hyped them up so much to my boyfriend, just to go there and not see them on the menu. Then got a glimmer of hope and asked my very kind waitress, and yall don't have em???? What ??? bring THEM BACK PLEASE AND THANK YOU THEYRE SO TASTY AND ILL EAT THEM EVERY DAY .

We always look forward to our favourite dishes at Earls. Although we like many of the food items and beverages, my absolute favourite is the Ahi tuna poke bowl, and my husband loves the bacon cheese burger with fries & gravy. Both meals are lways prepared perfectly. The selection of beverages is really great too. Service is always excellent!!!

The food is ok, nothing special in my opinion. The wine list is good but so ridiculously over priced unless you go on Tuesdays half price bottles of wine only then is it worth it. It's convenient place for us so close to home but for me nothing to shout home about.

Fantastic location! Been here several times and food and service have always been top notch. Piping hot food with fresh ingredients and absolutely delicious food every time. Fantastic caesars. Warm potato salad is to die for.

I went for happy hour. Great prices ???? starts at 9pm. I found it to be very chill there and the waitress was pleasant and kept it together for serving such a large party. Food was good. Drinks were good. No complaints.

Exceptional flavours, classy setting, nice big patio and generous indoor tables, and attentive yet patient servers! A great choice! Entrees lean towards more $, but you certain won’t regret your meal. I had the California pizza (well priced) and it was exceptional!

Worst service we have had in a long time. ???? took 20 min to be served water, another 20min to "ask" if we wanted any food. Then 20 min to get our food. Order was wrong (she punched it in wrong). The food was GREAT ???? Sadly I would not go back or recommend based off the service we recieved today.

Extremely slow in serving. Even fries would take 30-40 min. Our experience with Earls is usually great but we stopped at this place during our long drive and wasted our time here. Resturant wasn’t busy when we were there so didn’t understand the cause for unnecessary wait time. We wanted to order something again and they weren’t accommodating rush order. We came as family of 7 and 4 kids so we got two tables but it was weird that they couldn’t combine the bills. Very strange place to have our dinner with family. Pls also make sure you pay for what you had, they added a dish which we canceled due to very long wait time. Waitress wasn’t even close to be friendly and didn’t understand what we wanted. When we asked how the dish we canceled was included in the bill, we were asked take the dish from near a sink. Pls don’t go here and our worst experience in Earls.

Not the same experience it used to be. Dissappointed. Went there on Wed. Aug.18. around 5:30pm. Party of 3. Seated right away. Not very busy at the time. Many empty tables on the patio as well as inside. Zero explanation on how to access digital menu- a paper one was not offered as an option. Hostess just "dumped" a "specials" small menu card on the table and walked away. Waitperson was prompt to ask us if wanted drinks-would have been nice to have a full drink menu. Ordered appies for Wing WED. Appies came in a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the wings were definitely subpar. Tasted like a "heat and serve" product- lukewarm at best. (Earls hot wings have been of OUTSTANDING quality in the past-something has changed -and not for the better)Ordered mains- they came quickly- Chicken Caesar salad was good- they have changed the bread side from Foccacia(disappointed) to a large piece of toast. Chicken Kung Pao was very dry and had to search for the chicken. Some of the veg was undercooked- others burnt. One dessert was ordered- Sticky toffee pudding- Came to the table almost immediately...Again, was lukewarm at best. Tasted like a heat and serve product....I would gladly pay a premium for excellent quality. Overall, I expected better- not perfection.

Earls is one of my favourite places to eat, until now. Our last visit was disappointing: -The bun on my Cajun chicken sandwich was hard and dry, as if it had been heated and then left for a couple of hours. I left it on my plate. -no garlic fries!!!! WTH! I tried fries with truffles and it is a horrible fail! ???? -ordered a celebration cake to share. It looked like a Duncan Hines cake mix. It tasted boring. Nothing to celebrate there! ???? -also ordered cheesecake. It had a drip of raspberry sauce on it. We had to ask for more sauce!!!! Overall, the service was great, and they did offer to remake my Cajun sandwich, but we had already waited 30 minutes and I was starving. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed at Earl’s. Hoping they improve before my next visit, but won’t be ordering the Cajun sandwich. Or fries. Or celebration cake. So disappointed! ????

Super disappointing experience! Would not come back. Somebody proposed and his partner accepted the proposal so we cheered. The poorly mannered "manager" rudely came up to us and with and an absolute disgusting tone of voice pretty much told us to shut up. This could have been handled in many different and better ways and she should take customer service training.

Ordered a take put order yesterday clearly mentioned i needed cutlery with the food as i will be on road and not going home where i could use my own cutlery. Not only did they missed cutlery but also the food was not hot. Called back the restaurant and christine or kristy (manager) told me she will call me back with a solution but never received a call from her. Anyways its my fault that i decided to order from earls chilliwack.

We did a to go order and it was spot on. They don't cover everything is sauce so it gets soggy. It's on the side and food is crispy still. The ribs literally fell off the bone perfectly. Awesome dinner. Haven't had take out from earls let alone had earls in a long time and will be back ????

Good food, but we had to wait like 15 minutes to get seated, 10 minutes before we ordered, then we waited over an hour to get our food. Our waitress and the staff were nice, would have been great if a little faster! Overall good experience, other than the fact that it was like 25° inside ????????

I ordered skip the dishes, spicy chicken came with 4 bites of chicken and the rest was the deepfried chip things. The bread for the spinach dip was rock hard, not edible. Like I mean hard as rock no exaggeration. The fettucine alfredo was meh. For over $80 I should have purchased groceries for my home. Should be 1 star but trying to be forgiving.

Called at 4PM to place an order to be picked up at 5PM. Person on the phone refused to take our order, saying we should call back closer to our desired pick up time. I said it takes me 40 mins to an hour to drive to Chilliwack in these conditions. He expects me to drive, call, and read a menu, while it’s icy and snowing on HWY1? Demeanour was also inexperienced and unprofessional. Called again at 4:30PM. Again asking if I could place an order for 5PM pick-up. This time the gentleman took my order. However it’s now 5:15 and we’re sitting in the car still waiting…. After multiple back and forths with staff nobody can figure out where our order is or when it will be ready. Waste of time and the staff are completely disorganized. Had they allowed us to place the order at 4PM this would not have happened… We eat at Earl’s regularly. When my boss asked me which restaurant I’d like a gift card for Christmas, I chose Earl’s. Was hoping to bring Earl’s home to Hope for dinner and spend a quiet NYE home. Completely regretting that decision now and will never eat/order at the Chilliwack location again. Still waiting…

Came to Harrison Hot Springs for a one night stay - My partner and I could not decide where to eat for dinner and we ended up choosing Earls, did not regret it! Service was great... we missed our server’s name but she was so lovely, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. It was not our first time at Earls as we have many branches at where we’re from (Vancouver), but I’d like to say this was one of the best Earls for service, quality of food, and overall experience! Our main course took a while to arrive but well worth the wait. Great job with providing top-notch service and keeping the place safe and clean during these times with COVID-19. Thank you Earls Chilliwack ????????!

Our server was so helpful and sweet. I found a picture of a wrap and salad dish on a review for Earls and was told that they didn't offer that dish anymore, but our server said she would go and find out if the kitchen would be able to make that wrap. And they did ! :) very pleased with their service and food ! Will be coming back when we are in the area.

My brother and I eat often at Earl's Restaurant chain and although they are a consistent place to dine, this one is our favorite. My favorite place to be seated is close to the Pizza oven where we can watch the cook perfect his craft as well as watch the flames from the oven. A must on anyone's list.

Our food was all prepared well. The patio was a nice atmosphere and comfortable for our group. The best part of the evening was definitely the great service we received from our server. She was so prompt with our drinks and taking our orders, and checked on us just the right amount throughout the evening.

Absolutely disappointed with this restaurant. Used to be my “go-to.” The last 3 times I have ordered take out SOMETHING is always either missing or wrong. Every time I call and complain I get a weepy sorry and that they hope they’ll see me again to make it right. I will absolutely never return.
