Definitely a mixed bag. The creme brulee, chocolate pate, squash soup, and martinis were good. Lamb was cooked nicely, but not seasoned. Pork tenderloin was dry. Caesar salad was boring and underdressed. One server was decent, the other was rude. I wouldn't go back here again.

I've heard nothing but awesome things about Bravo in the past, I finally got the chance to go and try it for myself.....well, all I can say is "Bravo"!! The food and service is excellent...too bad they can't move it's location to a "better" part of Chilliwack...like Garrison/Sardis.....guaranteed to double it's patrons I'm sure!! :-P The food was awful and so was the service!!

Absolutely delicious food. We ordered the rack of lamb, prawns, and mussels in a lemongrass sauce. The crust on the tender lamb was out of this world. Always buy four, you won't regret it. The huge mussels were a perfect light flavor profile to balance out the juicy prawns and tender lamb. The quality was on par with high end restaurants in major metropolitan cities. The staff was helpful, caring, and attentive. You can tell the food was made by someone passionate about the craft. The martini I had was expertly made and elegantly served. Last but not least, the chocolate mousse was very rich and creamy. 10/10 We will be back again. Thanks to the chef and staff of this stellar restaurant for a wonderful evening.

This is some of the best food in the Lower Mainland. My wife and I just went for my birthday and did the 5 course tasting menu. They threw in a soup to start on the house. The gnocchi with duck confit was worth the trip alone. The drink menu is truly top notch; although, it is all martinis. I ordered a Negroni which wasn't on the menu and it was one of the best I've ever had. Our server was amazing. I wish I could remember her name to give her credit here. She was very friendly, helpful, and came by with each course and told us about what we were about to eat. Her passion for good food was evident. This is up there with a few of my favourite restaurants and definitely the best food in Chilliwack. UPDATE: I went back here and got the same server, Monique. She instantly recognized me and remembered my drink of choice. Mine and my wife's favourite feature (gnocchi with duck confit) was no longer on the menu and we mentioned how great it was. Monique spoke to Jared in the kitchen who advised he would make it specially for us. This place is simply the best in Chilliwack for food and service.

Went to bravo tonight for my birthday dinner paid for by my in-laws. My wife and I have been to bravo multiple times and totally enjoyed it every time. Tonight we were beyond disappointed. My in-laws who were in from Kamloops were not impressed with the service. (They are not particular when it comes to service) The bread that was served was cold ( server said it should be room temp) No! It should be warm ...come on guys. I can only speak to my main dish... I ordered the AAA Tenderloin med rare. It was not at all what I was hoping for. Over cooked big time. Bravo has been a great experience for my wife and I over the last couple of years. Not sure what happened tonight but it was a total fail. Hopefully just a one off.

There are many wonderful restaurants in Chilliwack and I would never want to disparage any of them by stating that one particular restaurant is “the best in town.” With that said, if you are looking for an amazing local dining experience including: A) incredible, expertly crafted dishes B) amazing service C) phenomenal cocktails You will certainly not be disappointed at Bravo. If there was a 6/5 option I would select it.

Had a great experience for the new years eve 4 course meal. The price was very reasonable at $85 and the portions were very generous. I'm not sure they needed to be as big as they were. When I got to the main course I was not as hungry. Not a bad problem to have. The food was elevated and cooked perfect. The lobster bisque was very tasty! The scallops were perfectly cooked The lamb was perfectly cooked The dessert was really good too. We were able to bring our own wine and pay the $25.00 cork fee which is fair. The server was very professional and even had the etiquette of putting her hand behind her back as she poured the wine. She was very attentive and our glasses never emtpy. These are the small details that certainly makes a good experience for a higher end experience. Thanks for a great night out!

Time and again the food consistently delights! Unquestionably the best fine dining experience in Chilliwack. Great wines and pleasant staff, and you definitely can't go wrong with their wine maker dinners! Chef Jared also grows a lot of the vegetables, and the food reflects this personal touch!

My girlfriend and I were there last night to celebrate our 4 years together, the server was friendly, the duck croquettes were delicious , but only 3 of them, my girlfriend had the pork shoulder , was very small portion on a few slices of yams , she looked at me and asked if there was any rice or potatoes to go with it.I had halibut, prawns scallops and mussels, once again very small portions, we had to have the over priced dessert trio just to feel somewhat satisfactory full, the bill was close to a hundred for the food and a tea, the dishes were fancy but the portions were like small child size, never going back

First time and.....Why have I waited so long !!! Staff were friendly and had great suggestions for drinks and entrees. The penne with pesto was rich and addicting. My boyfriend's salmon looked beautiful and tasted even better. The martinis were perfect, made and presented with care. Every part of our experience was perfect. Will be back as soon as possible.

One of the best restaurants in the neighborhood. Super friendly staff and food was amazing. Scallops were huge and lamb chops cooked perfectly. Sable fish was fairly tender with a crispy skin. Complimentary bread could be warmer but no big deal. Plenty of street parking nearby. Highly recommended!

Don't hold Chilliwack against it. Bravo easily offers one of the best dining experiences in the lower mainland. Perfect blend of fine dining and chill West coast people. The menu offers Continental classics with Thai and Mediterranean flair. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed

I too have the same issue with peanut allergies and find it disappointing to hear the owner state as if it were fact that no restaurant can guarantee no nut contamination. That is false. I've been to multiple high end restaurants within the lower mainland and all throughout southern B.C. and know for a fact that any quality or higger end establishment will bend over backwards for any customers in any situation. It is 2018, it seems every second person has a nut allergy, so I don't understand their refusal to accommodate. It also makes you wonder why they can't guarantee it? Is it because they don't really know what's going into the food?.... weird

We just celebrated our anniversary at Bravo. It was our first time there. The food and the service were both outstanding. Unfortunately, there was a loud group in the back, which can happen anywhere. Came here for dinner and I was so glad when we came as soon as it was open. It was nice and quiet but then more people showed up and it got noisy. Nonetheless, our server was still on point and the food was great.The purée was a nice compliment to the seared duck and was not too overwhelming in apple flavour.

Scallop dish was a joke for the price put some food on the plate not good when you drop 400 bucks for 4 and you go threw a drive thru after because your hungry . The food at this place is some of the best I have ever had. There was nothing bad about this place. Even the bread is incredible. I had the chicken penne, wow. My wife loves the salmon and our friend had the duck which was amazing. The service was great even though they were busy and the place looks incredible. Do not judge it by its storefront it is like walking through a magic portal as you enter this restaurant. I seriously can not say enough nice things about this place. A meal with friends or a romantic dinner for two - go here, seriously go tonight.

A family member attended a birthday event at this establishment last night for a friend. When she went into the restaurant there were 3 homeless people in the alcove next door. She requested a cooler to drink and was advised they do not carry any coolers and was recommended a 2.5 oz Grapefruit Martini, it was an average martini. The dinner was a 2 course fixed menu for 31.95$. However one of the options had a 6$ surcharge that was not well explained and left a number of guests at the table surprised when the bill came. The first course took almost an hour to arrive. The Roast Lamb dinner was good but only came with a paltry 3 sprigs of asparagus and 1 tiny white carrot. When the bill came there was quite a shock to find out that those 2 martinis were 10.95$ each and with the 15% automatic gratuity they imposed the total came to 67$, a price that did not fit the value of the experience. When she left there were now 5 homeless people next to the entrance and being a single elderly women, it felt unsafe.

I have been wanting to go to Bravo for at least a couple years now and last Saturday was finally the day!! Since the moment I walked in, I felt very welcome and a very fun yet relaxed atmosphere! The service was top notch (coming from a former restaurant manager), The server took the time to ask us why we had come in and explain in great detail the special features they had on that night! I might have had one to many martinis but they have over 30 on their menu and they are all fantastic!! I am a vegan and was pleasantly surprised at all the options they had! I had the cauliflower appetizer and the fried tofu farro salad and my non vegan friend has the seared scallops appetizer and Halibut and we were so happy with these dishes! The flavor combinations where fantastic we felt like we were in a high end restaurant downtown Vancouver! I highly recommend this restaurant! I cant wait to go back! It is definitely a hidden gem in the Fraser Valley!!

I recently took a group of people to Bravo. Each person found something to their liking on the menu and commented on the quality of the food. The atmosphere is inviting and intimate, with diminished lighting and thankfully, no loud music. It allowed for easy conversation. The wait staff was helpful and very attentive. There is an extensive and original martini list. The quality of the food was top notch and matches what one would expect in a city such as Vancouver. The food display was artful and added to the dining experience. As for the dessert? Ahh, that cheesecake! For those who desire post dinner drinks, the martini selection also caters to that. This is the place to go for people who don't like to rush their meals and enjoy talking to friends.

This little gem of a restaurant is my favourite for better dining in Chilliwack. Service is excellent. Food quality and menue choice is very good. I especially enjoy their brazier meat dishes. Wine selection is limited but well chosen. Reservations are recommended. They have a private dining room for small groups. I only wish that the place was located in a less sketchy area of Chilliwack.

Bravo is a fabulous fine dining restaurant and I highly recommend dining here. On our special evening we enjoyed scallops and fresh mozzarella with charred peaches and arugula with sea salt for our appetizers. My fiance enjoyed chicken penne with basil pesto and I had the lamb chops. Delicious!

Excellent service and delicious food. Everyone in our party loved their meals, which were prepared well and presented nicely. The server was friendly and attentive. Their Covid rules seem to be a reduced number of tables, hand sanitizer as you enter, and the servers don’t reach across the table in front of you. Tables are sanitized down between groups. Would definitely recommend, best restaurant we have been to so far in Chilliwack.

A fantastic local gem in downtown Chilliwack. Their menu offers a variety of delicious dishes, appetizers, and desserts. They source a great deal of their ingredients locally and have ever changing specials. But what you must order while dining here is a martini- you must! A great place for business and special occasion dinners, or going out for a social evening with friends. Worth every dollar!

What an excellent local restaurant. The food is delicious and the prices are excellent! It's the same price as a chain restaurant, but with far better food and service. The menu is not large, but it changes regularly and there's something for everyone on it. Their drinks are delicious too! I would highly reccomend it to anyone wanting a night out on the town.

Not a fantastic meal that everyone described. Had the 6 oz. steak meal. Didn't really care for the potato slab. It was like dry scalloped potatoes. The steak was great, but side portions were very minimal. Didn't want to give a terrible review, as the service was remarkable. Very attentive staff. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff was not very attentive to the cleanliness of the bathroom. As others mentioned, not a safe place to walk out of at night after a few drinks.

I came out from Vancouver to visit friends and we went to Bravo tonight. It was one of the nicest experiences I've had in a long time. From the wait staff to the ambience, our night was brilliant. It's staff was personable and yet professional and attentive and the elegant candelabra and chandelier details throughout this restaurant made for the perfect charming evening. I ordered two appetisers. A Chicago sirloin with a truffle aioli and also the prawns with Pernod and a fennel salad. Both were beyond delicious. What a very pleasant surprise, bravo Bravo!!

What a diamond in the rough this restaurant is! When I think of fine dining Chilliwack isn't the first town that comes to my mind, but Bravo surprised me. The cozy restaurant is on par with Vancouver's top restaurants. I was impressed to taste a gourmet meal in Chilliwack that would make any Iron Chef jealous. If you enjoy martini's, this is your place. If you like a little spice in your life try the Red Dragon; this masterpiece will leave you breathing fire :)

Every time I go here, the food and atmosphere are awesome. The staff are always so nice and helpful, love it! I wish there would be a tiny bit more vegetarian menu items. Highly recommend.

Went for a family dinner. A happy surprise was Happy Hour. They have an extensive martini list and very reasonable wine list. Lamb was fantastic. All the food was great. The server was a bit new but she was sweet and was doing her absolute best. A great meal and we will definitely be back…. And the desert was amazing. Good Scotch too. No need to drive out of town for a classy meal. And reasonably priced for the quality. 6/5 stars.

It was our wedding anniversary and we wanted a really good meal and not have to clean up. We’re good home cooks so we’re picky about restaurant food. We took the recommendations for Bravo’s and are we ever glad we did. It was a fantastic meal. The tenderloin was amazing as was everything else. We really liked that the portions were not huge. We found they were the perfect size. The meal wasn’t cheap but it was worth it.

Revisited Bravo after not living in chilliwack for a decade. I was excited to bring my partner as he had never been. Everything was excellent. The happy hour was wonderful. The bread was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. I had the special of the evening and my partner had the tenderloin. recommend

We went to Bravo through the recommendations of Brad at the Royal Hotel (also a great place to stay!). We were greeted by a very friendly server. She patiently answered our questions around the menu. Our food was absolutely amazing! we had Caesar salad, soup and the special of the night which was ribs. Oh, they specialize in Martini's! Yummy. Everything was Scrumpdillyicious. Impeccably clean, met both owners through our server and by the end of our meal, we were beginning to plan our next time we would come through Chilliwack and walk into this fabulous restaurant once again. Not kid friendly no highchairs, long.. waits. Hard to find parking. If your there at night have to watch going in and out for the street people. Been 2 times both long waits and didn't feel good day after. Tied different food second time thinking last times food i got sick after. Nope. This is my experience others have enjoyed being there. Me both have not been good.
