Nice atmosphere ...... the only thing was being on a time limit with a babysitter . It took over an hr just to get appetizers. Then it was your meal will be ready soon with apologies at this point we are going on a hr and a half. We waited it didn’t come and we had to go get the kids. I was nice asked them to pack our food up. The waitress knew they took way to long and offered a discount again I didn’t ask for anything she offered. I get down the manager says I have discounted your meals. I paid the bill got in the truck and looked at the bill ....NO DISCOUNT so you lied to my face and charged me full price but because I didn’t look at the bill didn’t give me a discount. I just thought it was rude and disrespectful. I hate complaining so I guess it’s my fault. I got home with my meal and apps to open my prawn wrapped in bacon and the bacon pretty much raw. Waste of money so disappointed. I’d put a picture for proof of raw bacon ???? but no option for that ????

Family gathering for Father's Day. Have always enjoyed this restaurant but not this time. Hard to get salad wrong but my green salad had a bland oil which was house Italian. My daughters Greek salad had overripe mushy tomatoes. The food overall was overcooked and bland. Waitress was wonderful. Unfortunately will not be back.

Had dinner here tonight , the food was great I had the steak and baked ravioli , drinks were good and everyrhing was very reasonably priced . The best part was our server brandy she was amazing ! Rarely write reviews, but had to for this place. Was the perfect dinner. Kids loved their food, pizza and lasagne, and I thoroughly enjoyed my steak, spaghetti and prawns. Delicious. Great atmosphere and attentive servers.

Me and my wife come every year for our anniversary.... and every year the menu changes and it's not a good change .... she ordered her usual 8 oz new York and it was perfect in every way every thing on her plate was hot... I decided to order there most expensive burger as they removed what I usually order off the menu.... it took over 1 hour and 10 min for our food to arrive and it was not busy we came early at 4 o clock to avoid the rush it came as a sloppy gross cold undercooked greasy burger I wouldn't even feed my dog... the best part was the burger was more then her steak and her meal came with 2 sides and a starter I just got fries lol.... I'm so tired of these kinda places robbing people of there money and taste buds.... bozzins you should know better smarten up you used to be the best now your well below average I would rather go anywhere else again then here... I waitress was top notch the drinks were great and like I said my wife's was amazing... however they didn't care one bit when I told them and showed them it was garbage lack of care I guess that's what you can do when you have been in the business this long

This place is sometimes good and sometimes bad. This time was the worst ever. Schnitzel with mushroom red wine sauce was a disappointment. Schnitzel had no taste, breading was falling off and pork was dry. Red wine mushroom sauce tasted like flour and was dull. The side vegetables were completely raw and not seasoned. The roasted potatoes lacked flavor and one was crunchy. The other dish, chicken breasts with marinara sauce was equally bland. Chicken tasted boiled and sauce was a disappointment compared to previous times. Same raw vegetables. Usually the garlic toast is to die for, this time was inedible. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

Our server did all she could, but when you wait 1hr 15 minutes for cold overdone food it's disappointing. At one point it looked like more than 70% of the restaurant was waiting on their meal. Whatever went wrong with the kitchen has influenced our decision to return here.

I LOVE pesto sauces and Bozzini’s Hands down has the BEST pesto I have ever had! I got the chicken fettuccine with pesto and my husband got the tiger prawn fettuccine and it was amazing! The service was top notch as well! Highly recommend this restaurant! Definitely will be returning!

I love this place! I think its locally owned. The lady who is always there to welcome you looks like the Italian grandmother that you've always wanted. The waitresses have been there forever and are excellent. Its kid friendly, family friendly and a great place for birthdays. They even let you put your cake in their cooler/freezer and serve after dinner. The food is divine! My kids cannot get enough of the baked lasagne and baked tortellini alfredo. The portion sizes are huge. Lots of booths and quiet corners too. I would give it 10/5 stars if I could!

Had my son's 4th bday here last night and the staff were so wonderful. We were able to be bring in a cake early that they kept in the cooler for us. Our waitress was sweet to the kids. Tried to squeeze 6 of us into a table for 4. When there was a table available. Not happy with the steaks, taking into account it's not a steak House the steaks were tasteless and overcooked. My brothers lobster was also way over cooked and his steak was also overcooked. Waitress was really nice and apologetic. Don't go there unless you have no other option.

Nothing special - worst food poisoning in my life from the shrimp and vegetables fettuccine. We were never asked or offered for drink refills, even when our drinks were empty halfway through the meal. Expo just gave us our food, never asked if there was anything else that we needed - water! Came on a Friday night, wasn't too busy, we were sat right away. The calamari was good though. Probably won't be coming back. Notified restaurant of food poisoning incident, no reply.

Not very good luck here. Tried it out 3 times. The pizza was ok the first time, second time the char on my burger was all the way thru and tonight was the last time... Mexican salad! How can you screw up a salad?! I thought I was safe. Ordered as pick up. When it got home there was no taco bowl and it wasn’t iceberg it was a mix of wilted mixed bag lettuce. Into the garbage it went! Will not go back again. I admit I am fussy but that was really bad.

We stopped in for a team dinner. We can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was, we pre ordered our meals. Mano and Brittany were fabulous we walked in as a group of 40 they had salad and bread on the table waiting for us. Our meals were brought out in tremendous efficiency. We were in and out in an hour! Food was fabulous and service outstanding. Hats off to them!!

Disappointing! The soup was ok (bbq chicken barley), I ordered a chicken Alfredo fettuccine and it was so tasteless. The chicken was dry, there was a bucket full of sauce, and the sauce tasted worse than what you get in a jar. Best part apart about this experience was the mint on the way out!

Been here a few times over the years. Enjoyed the souvlaki in the past. This time tried the lamb. Everything on the plate was cooked well... the lamb was perfectly cooked but I felt it was missing something seasoning-wise. It wasn’t helped by the mint jelly pack which was flavour-less (I’m a fan of simple, old-school, home-made mint sauce). Baklava was great though and our server was exceptional -wonderful young lady with a great sense of humor!

Went in on a relatively normal night. Server took a few minutes to come over to greet us. Had appetizers, the calamari which is amazing, and ordered dinner. Whenever anyone brought food, we were never checked if we needed anything else, they would just put plates down and leave. As well, no one ever checked us at any point in our meal how things were going/tasting, and basically never got refills on any of our drinks, which were empty halfway through. Server was quick to assume we wanted one bill, but never checked who would pay for the appy. That's fine, we also should have specified, but she ran away to do it so quickly. The lasagna and garlic bread was good (could use more garlic spread though), and I got really sick from the Tiger shrimp pasta - would NOT recommend the pasta. Nothing stellar about visit, mediocre.

Fantastic steak and great pastas. I usually get the calamari when I go there though. Drinks can be pricey, but sometimes they have live music events that are pretty great. I would say this is a good restaurant for a romantic date in the evening. Don't go too early or there might be a screaming child serenading you.

My girlfriend wanted to show me one of her favorite restaurants. After putting our name down and over an one hour wait, we asked the hostess how much longer it would be. She quickly replied "I called your name." Once we assured her that she did not, she admitted that she had a table for us, but she decided to give it away to a regular customer and forgot that she had not seated us. Despite waiting for nearly 90 minutes, we left at 8pm without ever being seated and had to search for someplace else still open for dinner. I am not sure if I will allow the hostess at Bozzini's to ever waste my Saturday evening again.

The worst experience I have ever had. Pizza was so for undercooked they dough was liquid state in the middle. Asked for another pizza and got the pizza back reheated and missing the two pieces my wife and I took one bite of. The dough still uncooked like wet wall paper paste. Needless to say we did not eat it. I would have expected at least an apology from the manager and an invitation to come back and make it right. Sadly got the brush off. I would go back if invited to experience if they can cook a pizza.

Food was really good but was served at different times. There was three of us two of us got our food at the same time and the third person didn't get their food until 5 minutes afterwards. When the third person food finally arrived they didn't have the fries ready with it so the third person had to wait another five minutes for a complete meal. The server was also taking plates off of our table before we were done our meal without asking if we were done, which in some cases we weren't.

Where do I start? First time visitor. So the atmosphere is nice. I ordered a Coke it came with 20% Coke 80% ice. I kid you not, In 57 years I have never been so insulted by being served the absolutely disgusting plate of nachos. Had I not known what cooks do to returned food I would have complained. Guaranteed was microwaved. The so called meat that if you could find it was rude. The Cheese was rock hard.(microwaved) And to boot, I waited forever for a second pop and the 1 guy I saw working that brought us our food had faded dirty jeans and an un-tucked in shirt (He looked like the Janitor). Whats up with the 15% minimum tip? NEVER AGAIN!

Went for a Valentine's Dinner on the 15th. Was excited for it. Dug into my lasagna and a long hard of what looked like a hard core piece or something. Oh i definately would have done some dental damage. I should have taken Picture. So there's that. I had it returned. Not a fan of doing that either. Obviously. To be told it is cinnamon. It was not. No matter how many times you repeat it. Spoiled my appetite and dinner altogether. Still waiting. John is finished and i still wait another 15 min or so. Not Acceptable. The owner Lady lol just doesn't understand why i don't want to eat it. She totally has missed the point. My partner is done. My appetite is spoiled and this was to be my valentines out. To have a nice dinner together. But by her attitude towards a Long time customer and supporter, she just was ignorant and quite honestly embarrassing and missing the point of Gross. Making it like No big deal. This is where she lost us. Bozzini's, you got sloppy and put it on your customer. Shameful. I know what cinnamon looks like and this was no cinnamon and certainly shouldn't be baked into my lasagna. Period.

Kind of hit and miss. Sometimes the food and service are quite good. Other times (like the last time we went) both are just ok. Food was just luke warm and the server only checked on us once at the beginning of the meal. Drink refills would have been nice before we finished eating and waited for the bill. Not Sure what's happening but the food as been awful in the last 2yrs.. Bozzini's use to be my favorite restaurant.. I really hope that they figure out what the problem has been lately and fix it.. As for now, I will have to find another restaurant to go to.

Our server was very nice, but seemed apologetic as though others had already complained before we got there. The calamari was barely battered and quite chewy for our taste. Tsatziki was bland. Soup had little flavor and the tortellini was soggy and overdone. I ordered ribs which took far too long. When they arrived they were dry and fatty. Almost seemed like they were cooked from frozen and then some sauce was slapped on. The mashed potatoes tasted sour. The only saving grace was my husband's souvlaki which was fresh and the rice was good even though it was cold. The fact we could overhear kitchen staff and management discussing inconsistencies and issues in the kitchen did not increase my confidence at all. Overall if it wasn't for the sweet as a button server we had, I never would have paid for that meal.

I think Bozzini's is just like everywhere else. The prices have gone up and portions are smaller and aren't as yummy as it used to be. Bozzini's used to be our go to place for family birthdays, etc. Our table had a couple of pizza's. One was a sorry sight, hardly any toppings and next to no cheese the other was a large with more toppings... The second large pizza was far the better of the two but why???? Why wouldn't they both be good. We ordered the bacon cheese hamburger... Bozzini's burgers used to be famous for the size and being great.... Now not so... Burger King could have produced the same burger for $4 bucks not the whopping $16+ we paid. A couple of the orders had salad with their meal. It looked like they had been under the heat lamp.... Our bill was way way over $140 bucks... Overall there was not value for money.... Poor quality control. Probably won't go for another couple of years.

Oct 18/21: Seen the ‘Jones band’ and they were so good! That’s why I give 3 stars for them only!! CONS: Waiting to show Vaccination code; the lady tells me to just walk upstairs and the guy will check it (as you pass people on the way there but I wear mask) I go upstairs and told to sit in packed room. I asked, “I’m suppose to show you my vaccination code’. He says, “ohhh, I thought you do that upon entrance”(?) I say Nope, was told to come up here”(bad communications) and the proof of vaccination should be shown at front door. We then sat comfortably. Candies for 1/2 the tables abs when asked for one for us, none left. I ordered the mussel/escargot combo. Terrible! Small over-cooked tiny mushrooms, small everything. Ordering drinks ???? is a waiting game. Was empty on all 3 drinks and had to walk up to counter or wave her over when I’m only 5feet away as she’s behind bar, doing nothing but looking at band. Terrible service. Unbelievable. Grrr) PROS: Comfortable chairs… nice lighting. Great band tonight!!! ???? Overall, I say, the food wasn’t so bad, two years ago, when I was there last. I won’t be going back again for the food at all but will only for entertainment. OWNERS: Come on…you can do better than this. Do you ever read your reviews? I see you do not reply to them as you truly should to better serve your customers better quality food. Read the reviews and try to correct on a consistent level. Thanks ???????? Bozzinis is the Italian comfort food spot in the Fraser valley. We have been patrons of Bozzinis since the late 90’s and this family owned and run restaurant Has the best staff out of any restaurant in the lower mainland. They know our names when we call for takeout and recognize our faces when we used to dine in ( hope to again when this pandemic is over) and the food has been great quality and consistent for over 20 years. Avoid this place at all costs! Flavourless beef dip (which is pretty hard to mess up) and the worst clam chowder EVER. The soup tasted like canned mushroom soup diluted with dirty dish water with a few clams tossed in. When we politely explained to the waitress the food was horrible and we barely touched it, she just asked if we wanted something else instead. We were quite turned off of food at that point so we declined. A minute later she brought over the bill for the full amount. Not even a slight discount offered. We left $22 to cover the $21.92 bill. As we walked, out I asked for the manager and let him know how horrific our experience was. He merely said “ok, thanks”. Will most certainly never return.

Good pasta, insulting management. I ordered a steak and spaghetti medium rare, it came out overcooked and the waitress was nice enough to take it back. Shortly after, The manager came to argue with me that the steak was cooked properly. She acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about and spoke to me in a condescending manner. For her to make a scene in her own restaurant was unprofessional and embarrassing. It was unfortunate, because my table was enjoying their food and the dinner became extremely unpleasant after the incident.

Bozzinis is a family friendly restaurant located on Hocking Ave #4, in Chilliwack, B.C. They serve a wide variety of foods such as burgers, steaks, pasta, pizza and more! My favourite thing to order is the BBQ Chicken Pizza. It is delicious! The staff is very nice and personable. They are usually fairly quick, but sometimes they have a long waiting list and it can take a while. There have been some occasions where we had to wait a long time for food because they forgot about us. The prices are reasonable and the portions are quite large. Sometimes, the food can be a bit bland but still hits the spot. My family used to go to Bozzinis for birthday celebrations and family dinners. They have a great party section in the back with balloons and a fancy chandelier. We used to be regulars at Bozzini's because we enjoyed their food a lot. However, we have not been back after having a terrible experience. My mom and dad both ordered the baked fettuccine alfredo and got severe food poisoning from it! It was definitely from the meal they had at Bozzinis because they hadn’t eaten several hours before and had symptoms 6 hours after dinner that night. I am a bit skeptical about going back after having that experience. I hope nobody else has a similar story, as the restaurant seems to be doing well.

Great meal. It's been a few years since we moved away, but the consistency of the food has not changed. Oscar did a great job with our meal. The mushroom cap/escargot combo for awesome. The surf and turf was great. Service was excellent, our server Heather was pleasant and fun. Helena has always run a tight ship and that hasn't changed in the 25+ years we have been visiting this restaurant. Was a true pleasure coming back here for our 25th wedding anniversary dinner. When we went here to celebrate my mother's birthday we didn't tell them it was here birthday because it was a few days early. The food portions were generous and the service was fast and friendly. A while later when we ordered food for pick-up the food was ready on time and hot. We were even treated to a seat while we momentarily waited. Been to this location 3 times in the past year....has not disappointed. Lasagna....pizza and now taco salad. Thats right .. i said taco salad. Flavor were on point and to top it off.....ordered takeout and the salad....shell, meat and all toppings (salsa,sour cream, guac) were all packed separately

Just came back from dinner at Bozzini's restaurant and I have to say it was one of the worst meals we've had in a long time. I had the fish and chips wouldn't recommend, fries from Costco and probably the fish too.... husband had steak and prawns, cheapest, tasteless piece of meat and again the Costco fries. Service not the best either I think she knew the meal was horrible and stayed away from us. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and will never go back .

I went in for a quick lunch on December 17th and ordered two small shrimp dishes. After leaving ... within 20 minutes I had an extremely violent reaction. The shrimp came up ... and out ... not digested with severe cramps, vomiting and uncontrolled diarrhea. I missed the rest of the day at work. I paid 32 bucks for this experience. I called within the hour and spoke to the manager who told me they "rotate the shrimp" and "sorry about that". She took my name and number. I called to further the conversation in the evening as I hadn't heard back and spoke to the same woman. She said "wait a minute" and forgot to put mute on the phone. I heard her conversation with the owner. They found me annoying and didn't seem keen to address the issue. Very disappointing and very unprofessional. I hung up. No one has called me back. We will not be going to this restaurant for our Christmas party and will be sure to inform friends and colleagues of this incident. A serious response and some genuine concern would have gone a long way.

I have been going to Bozzinis for several years and I've always received a decent meal at a decent price. However, things have been declining steadily over the last year or so. Service levels have slipped and food quality has dropped significantly. A friend and I went there a few months ago on a particularly busy night. We waited almost 90 minutes for our food and when it finally arrived it was a big disappointment. I ordered a Bistro Burger which I hadn't had in a long time. I remember this burger having a very nicely spiced beef patty. What I received was a mushy gray tasteless blob. The experience was so disappointing that I wrote a letter to the manager to explain the details of our visit. There was no response to my letter. Not even an acknowledgment that he had received it. Shame on him. I tried again last week and ordered the fettuccine alfredo. I don't know who prepared this meal but they obviously don't know what fettuccine is and have no idea how to make an alfredo sauce. I got linguine instead of fettuccine. The Alfredo sauce was a complete abomination. It was a water thin, bright orange, very cheddary tasting soup. The noodles were just drenched in this stuff. In fact, the server joked at the end of the meal, stating don't you want your soup? I now regret that I didn't send it back. I felt quite ill the next day. Bozzini's is now on my never visit again list.

Our family has been coming to this restaurant for years. The service is excellent and the quality of the food is amazing. Very consistently good. It's our go to place for Sunday lunch and birthday dinners out. It's popular but there is almost always a table available. It is advised that you book a reservation though if you're planning on eating here on a busy night. Some of the menu items can be a bit pricey but you can't go wrong with order a few large pizzas. They are amazing.

I had the schnitzel and bratwurst plate which I believe was a seasonal special only. I really enjoyed the whole meal. The schnitzel was delicious and not overly oily. It came with mashed potatoes and gravy which were also fresh tasting and delicious. The only reason I give this a 4 star is because they deep fried the bratwurst which dries the outside of it too much. The service was also great and I'd go back again if in town.

Last night ny husband and i went to bozzinies before the movie... i ordered a greek salad and mushroom caps.... they have always been my favorite. However last night the Greek salad tasted like there was no dressing on it. It but lots of vinegar. The the mushroom caps were so full of minced garlic it tasted like someone dumped a thing of salt in the cap, and i didnt even get full mushrooms. Some were cut in half. The service was amazing through. I really liked our server.

Loved this little gem we stumbled upon!! Nice, relaxing family atmosphere restaurant. The food was perfect. Homemade burgers and the baked pastas are amazing. My son had a kids pizza which was also amazing. Everything seemed homemade with a beautiful tasting array of ingredients. Our waitress was excellent, which was a very pleasant surprise since our 2 week road trip around lower part of BC has been plagued with bad service with people who hate their jobs. Went in recently for dinner on a night where they had Roasted Lamb as the dinner special. My wife and I had the Calamari to start which was nothing special and I ordered the Roasted Lamb dinner plate. When it came to the table, I noticed the meat looked plain and grey looking. I took a couple bites and it tasted like it was boiled in plain water for hours and then served as is. When the waitress came by to check on the food I stated it was bad and she took the plate and I ordered another dish. Later I asked her if the Lamb was boiled because the menu said roasted. She said they "Steam it in a brine in the oven". Which is literally boiling meat!!. Haven't been back since

Went here with a couple of friends on my birthday and had a great time. The place was packed for a Wednesday night. I found out why after eating their delicious Greek ribs. A couple other tables were celebrating birthdays as well and we were all treated to some Ekmek topped with a candle and a raucous version of 'happy birthday'. Service was top notch and while the meal was a little expensive, I certainly felt we got our money's worth.

It was nice, very loud which was surprising. I had a Ceaser Salad and it was ok but not great. The other 2 people had Greek food and said it was wonderful. Big servings too. I hadn't been to Bozzini's in a couple of years but went again last night. It was amazing and better than I remembered. Staff were always friendly but the quality and quantity of the food I got for the price was terrific. One of, if not, the best value for a restaurant in Chilliwack. Keep up the great work!

Very underwhelming. I was more surprised by how bad it was then by how good it was. If you like bland food with no seasoning then this is the place for you. If you want flavor and to enjoy your meal then don't waste you're time or your money. The steak was over cooked and the Ice tea was literally a slushy. Oh and don't get me started on the atmosphere, it's an Italian restaurant and they were playing country music. The dishes looked old and outdated. The wait staff was fine other then not asking how we liked our meals. It's as if they knew not to ask if they wanted the truth.

Sadly Bozzinis has gone downhill. We had reservations on Sunday, and while the staff was good, the food definitely lacked. From brown lettuce to tainted old sauce. There wasn't even turkey options for Thanksgiving. Will not be returning.

I had the buffalo chicken burger with Franks hot sauce and blue cheese today and was disappointed. The chicken was only a plain piece of chicken with a bit of hot sauce on it and I couldn't taste any of Frank's hot sauce. The blue cheese and the fries were very good.

Clean busy atmosphere. Ordered a meat pizza and it was good. Delish sauce if your a saucy kind of person. Weirdest side salad I've ever had lol. A tiny bit of kale and greens in a bowl with the bottom all oil. Not appetizing. Good service, quick even though busy.

Have eaten here a couple of times & had very positive experiences. Yesterday we went - the food was good but the service was disappointing. It took 1 1/2 hours before we received our food. Drinks weren't replaced. We had two grandchildren with us but we were ready to leave and go to another restaurant when the food arrived. Other patrons arrived, placed their order, ate and left while we waited.

First impression not a good one. I ordered the lasagna and was expecting better than Boston Pizza. I was surprised that Boston Pizza serves better lasagna. Very bland, simple and not a traditional layered lasagna. Toss sauce on some noodles as bake with cheese. BBQ pizza good flavour. This is not a Italian restaurant, it’s just another Boston pizza type of restaurant. Not going here again.

I work long hours so take out is usually more convenient for me. Every time there's something minor wrong about my meal, enough to be annoying. But not usually enough to complain each time. Probably one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a decade. We went for my brothers birthday. Dinner took FOREVER and it was lackluster at best. They served the kids food in reasonable time, but then we waited almost an hour for ours. Our plates were rarely taken away and the table was a mess. I've been here a handful of times over the past 18 years and every time I go I'm always disappointed. I honestly can't understand how people keep going back. I will not return. The food was so plain, bland and unexciting. If you're ok with mediocre at best, then it'll suit you just fine...

They try hard and the food is middle of the road. Attentive service, generous portions, inexpensive, and meal designs are fairly basic. Ambience is ok and decor is bland/dated with booth type seating. Enjoyable enough. If you are a foodie this is not for you. If you are wanting a general family get together experience...this will work. I wouldn't recommend for a date night myself... No romance lives here. Albeit, Harry and Sally made romance in a cafe.

Unfortunately, most of my experiences here have ranged from disappointing to mediocre, and being a cook by trade, I tend to be more understanding when it comes to mistakes. I won't go into detail, but I'll say some of the meals I have had displayed issues of hygiene, consistency, and finesse. I think the biggest issue with this restaurant is that the menu is too large. Maybe if they were to focus on mastering a more limited selection of options, the kitchen staff would be less overwhelmed and the quality would improve.

My wife and I started with a starter Caesar salad and then shared the baked spaghetti with 6 meatballs. We we both full, but it was SO tasty it was still hard to stop eating! Looking forward to my next visit to enjoy the great service and delicious food!

Calamari was so greasy the plate it was served on had a layer of oil on it. Completely overcooked. Waited 45 minutes for main course the prawn souvlaki looked good but that was about it, prawns were cold in the centre like it had been sitting for 20 minutes. The steamed vegetables were raw. The rice pilaf was hard like it was microwaved to long. The burger was so salty they must of marinated the beef in pure salt. Chicken souvlaki was overcooked and dry. Avoid this place at all costs. You will be dissatisfied.

1 star ⭐️ is too much credit!! Our family of 8 went here to eat n what a disaster! The waitress screwed up our order n we WAITED FOREVER!!! Then the food HAD HAIR IN IT, twice! We asked for owner n waitress said not in???? We just took the bill and were disgusted ???????? by the service! I wish I could of spoke with the Owner bc I’m sure or hope they don’t stand by this type of service

We went for a quick lunch to celebrate a birthday, and were amazed with the food and attention of staff, a little 5 year old with us was so excited to hear the staff singing and cake with candles! What a memory for her. We were so lucky to get this amazing dessert, forgot name, but in your photos...would love this recipe if at all possible ( I know, chefs do not give out receipes) but if I had a name , maybe I could find out about it. Food is always great. Service has been 50/50 for me. My most recent visit we waited just about an hour for the meal, and not once did the server come to check up on our drinks or to apologize for the long wait. Thank goodness the food tastes THAT good or I would not have waited.

After around 5 years of going to this restaurant I've finally had a bad experience. This is one of my favorite restaurants and most of the waitresses know me and my order. Last night i went and my food was just wrong... my fries were very cooked to a point of almost burnt. i ordered Pita bread and it was bland and i would say that their pita is normally the best i have ever had. I sent it back and this is a first for me at this restaurant.. i over heard the cook getting mad saying that there was nothing wrong with it and the waitress agreeing with him. The garlic bread was just buttered toast last night also. Now my main dish... my Fettuccine noodles had burnt parts... I am honestly shocked at my experience last night....I guess this is why it was so dead last night. I've learned my lesson on going here on a week day... i think I'll stick to weekends from now on....

I've been frequenting Bozzini's since I attended Fraser Valley College in the early 1980s. Superb food and tremendously dedicated staff. Really helps it's been the same owners over this lengthy time period. My favorite...the Canadian burger and lasagna with meatballs because both are Greek spiced. Also, the entire menu is very reasonably priced.

I contract for the railway and it’s taken me to a lot of places and a lot of restaurants but never have I ever been to a place two nights in a row with a group of 8 and had every person happy with every appy and main course Not to mention the service. Both nights we had a lady named Coralee and she was easily the best server I have had anywhere, so so genuine, kind and funny and we definitely aren’t the most quiet group (oops) So all in all, amazing food, amazing service, amazing staff and incredible food, eat here if you get the chance ????

Average all-round western menu. Manager and waitress were nice. The food arrived shortly after we ordered. I had an issue with a portion of my meal (kalamari). I informed both the waitress and the manager. They were both sincerely apologetic and said they would inform the cooks. It was a fine response but I've had similar situations in other establishments where I was immediately offered a free dessert or had my bill reduced to accommodate the fact that I only could stomach half my meal. Other than this issue the rest of my experience was on par with what to expect at an average restaurant. Having written this I don't think I'll ever go back. It just didn't meet my standards. To each his/her or there own.

We celebrated our anniversary. The server was very efficient and friendly. We ordered the chicken and beef souvlaki dishes. The beef souvlaki was rather tough, so not much was eaten. The waiter apologized, offering to bring another but we did not wish to wait longer, the restaurant adjusted our bill. We would recommend this restaurant. All was handled very well.
