Not everyone will agree with my option as I know lots of people who love taco bell, I seriously just hate it. Reminds me of dog mush food, soggy and will end you up on the toilet all night. The only thing I do like is the fries supreme.

The only franchise to offer 100% vegan fast food. The alfresco soft or hard taco, replace the meat with bean or rice, is delicious, low calorie, low fat, high protein (if using bean, the rice option not so much). I am 5' 11.5" 108kg and I am losing fat even if I eat 10 of these things a day. And the bean burrito done alfresco without red sauce is another great vegan treat that's low calorie and has a good protein ratio. The 7 layer can be done alfresco but the guacamole makes it high calorie.

Ordered two crunch wraps . Soggy no crunch. Very little meat was inside the spicy chicken crunch wrap and the lettuce was wilted too. 16.00 for two. Complained they offered to replace them. Picked them up our house being only 3 minutes from Taco Bell. Same as the first two but lucky to get a teaspoon of spicy chicken in it little lettuce but lots of sauce. Last time going to Chatham one. Next time I'll drive to Wallaeburg.

Went there for the first time after boycotting them for 10 years. Fries were soggy, they messed up the drinks and they didn't give me the Cinnabon I ordered(only thing my daughter wanted) Overall gross food and over priced. Needless to say... I'll be boycotting them again.

As far as Taco Bell goes, this location is great. Every time I've ordered from this location they have been quick and the quality is consistently good. Just double check to make sure that you have your sauce packets, straws, and utensils before leaving -- on more than one occassion I've gotten home to find them missing.

Typical Taco Bell. They are usually busy. Don't fret if you are a picky eater or have an order from one. They are great at customizing orders and to fit your picky pallet. No chives. No tomato. No problem. They even replace meat with rice and beans for that rabbit diet you be eating. The staff that work here are a mix of new and familiar faces. They are all great and do their best to make sure your experience is superb. That one lovely lady on drive thru has some songs on Spotify. WHAT? That's fresh...like the ingredients used in the many Tex mex inspired items on their plentiful menu. Some menu items sound like they were conceived in a stoner's munchie induced coma, but you droolin' though. Come here if you need a delicious fix and in the mood for something outside the bun.

Garbage, worst experience, ordered veggie quesadilla and got chicken instead. I had said 10 times no meat in. My wife had holy fast and she eat it. She had almost thrown up. She is pure vegetarian. When I called they just said sorry and we will exchange it in very rude sound. Never ever go to taco.

Ordered the Steak Soft Taco combo with a beef burrito on the side. Cost was $11.50. My food was fresh and tasted like it's supposed to. I've been here many times and they are the most consistent Taco Bell I've been to. They care and you can taste it in every bite. It was busy and the food was a little slow, but that has never bothered me as long as when I get my food, it's fresh and hot. The management team here are very good. Enjoy! This is the best Taco Bell within 100 kms. Hands down. Always fresh and the staff know their jobs. Great Management.

Since its reopening the quality here has become outstanding. The service is friendly and pleasant as well. Often only one register open though. Drive through at dinner is very slow. Summer months have proved to have a lot of bees skulking around the drive through entrance as well, be warry of open windows. Seating arrangments seem a little awkward but have yet to see the place packed.

This Taco Bell, is awesome. The staff are a friendly bunch of people. I have never been inside the store, so I can't comment on how the washroom facility are kept. But I can tell what I saw from the drive thru that part is clean and well maintained. The food is always fresh.

Horrible customer service. Ordered online and said it would take 15-20 mins. No problem. Ordered in the parking lot. Got a text 10 mins later saying order was ready for pick up.Then we go to the drive thru to pick up order NOPE rudly told that they cannot give order through drive thru need to go inside. Okay, then I go inside to pick up my order, and my order was not even ready. I was told next time I should come inside and order because they text you to come in and then they make your food. I was told that they do it that way so the food is not sitting there for an hour. I am not impressed. Any other fast food restaurants let you go through drive thru if you order over the phone or online line, and when your told your order is ready it is ready. Very very disappointed. When we do an order it is not a $20 we spend anywhere from $45-$70. Will not be going back.
