1st time I went there everything was good. Just ordered this past Friday and I was disappointed. Was told 30 mins for my order and it was actually an hr wait. I was in the place sitting there with others for a long time. When my pizza did get done they had to wait 10 mins or more for my wings. By the time I finally did get home the pizza was cold. Im glad they are busy and the food is good, but the service wait times are way off. If I go back and it's better I will update this review.

Great food but terrible service. I know you guys are busy during the pandemic. But this is the fifth time I had to wait an hour and a half for my pizza, when I was told it would be done in 40-50 minutes. Each time this has happened no one apologized for the long wait and I think that’s terrible costumer service.

Konstantino's is Chatham's best pizzeria! The quality of the toppings (they use REAL bacon!) is superior, the cook and flavor of the crust is perfect, fluffy and soft on top, golden brown and crunchy on the bottom. There chicken wings, regular and boneless are top notch! They have some of the best sauces and they never disappoint. They also have great value for the money with there specials and walk-in deals, they have something for every price point. Give them a try if you haven't already, you will NOT be disappointed.

My partner and I have been loyal customers of Konstantino Pizzeria for a couple of years now and we order at least every other week. Our top picks are the chicken strip/poutine meals, as well as the panzerottis and chicken wings. Their prices are affordable and very fair as they are generous in toppings and serving sizes. As an added bonus, a month ago I changed to a keto lifestyle and to my surprise, they offer a low carb cauliflower pizza crust... and it's delicious!! I can continue to support this local restaurant, while eating a scrumptious, guilt free meal. Thank you Konstantino Pizzeria for being our go-to place for ordering in night! The only problem I personally have with this place is.... The chicken wings and the pizza are sooooo PERFECTLY cooked, when I say perfectly cooked I mean perfectly. The chicken wings were mouth watering, tender and super fat! The pizza was crafted to perfection with the best cheese ive tasted, the dough was amazing with the right amount of thickness and sauce... I cant stop eating and thinking about them ! ... Ive been all through Ontario and Alberta and Kostantinos is easily, EASILY hands down the best chicken wings AND pizza i have ever eaten.. Thats from the heart and soul and ofcourse stomach.. Thank you to the cooks and the servers as well.

I'm from out of town and have passed by here a couple of times. Went to Konstantino for the first time based on reviews and it was honestly worth it. I'm a very picky eater and like my food done a specific way and they listened to what I wanted and made me exactly that. Have been here a couple of times and this will always be be my go to spot in Chatham!!!

You can make the wings at home very simple all you need is a deep fryer and a product called Griffith chicken coater mix add that in with a little bit of flour some white pepper some salt some sugar and there is their wing batter

Too bad this business suddenly changes their rules on their "Reward Card". We order wings from them and they gave us a rewards stamp card and stamped it each time we bought wings. We collected 7 stamps so far and were only 2 away from a free pizza. My wife came in tonight and bought wings and handed our card to be stamped and the employee told me that they now only give stamps for pizza. No more for wings. That doesn't even make sense because wings or pizza, it's the same price. And we weren't expecting free wings on the 9th stamp, but rather a free pizza, so were going to need only 1 more stamp after this purchase to fill the card and get the free "reward" but nope, they suddenly change the rules without notice anywhere. Well, there are many other places in Chatham where you can get great wings. So we aren't coming back to Konstantino. It's not a very honest way to run a business.

Either they overcharged us or the delivery fee was $20. The food was mediocre at best and the cheese on the garlic bread was only half melted. Also there’s a hidden charge of $1 on the debit machine that no one bothered to mention. over all I’m a little sad

The wings are by far the best in town as of now. It'll take something special to beat them. The pizza sauce and dough are awesome. The only minor small issue I had was next time I'll ask for extra pizza sauce on it just wasn't enough on it but definitely going back.

Me and my girlfriend loved ordering from here but last night she placed an order for an extra large pizza, 2 orders of mozza sticks (with extra ranch dip) and a caesar salad. The pizza was moist (underneath) and floppy so the toppings and cheese fell right off and it was thinner than I last remembered (it was thicker the last time we ordered) and the sauce tasted off as well personally to ME it tasted like the smell of Play-Doh. The 2 orders of mozza sticks came in 1 take out container rather than 2 so I had to separate the sticks between me and her and the ranch dip she ordered for the sticks wasn't even ranch it tasted more like some kind of spinach dip. Probably won't be ordering from here again.
