I feel bad writing this. Typically Dominos is excellent. This time however it was inedible. I ordered lightly done, the crust scratched the roof of my mouth as I learned from the one ordered last week. This was so well done, I eventually ended up pulling the toppings off the dried out rock hard crust, & composting the rest. The toppings & sauce were also unusually scant. I’m extremely disappointed.

Worst pizza experience ever. No exaggeration. Ordered two pizzas. One was right, one was wrong. Called immediately. I was told the pizza was made right even though it was right in front of me and it was WRONG! I was then told they would make me another pizza and it would be here in 15 minutes. After three calls and an hour and fifteen minutes, I was told the pizza had been delivered. Then I was told someone mysteriously picked up my replacement pizza. Wow, I made my son leftovers. Terrible, terrible terrible. My first ever negative review and boy do Dominos ever deserve it.

I love this dominos! Sometimes I prefer it over pizza hut. Their sauce is amazing and I always add extra. The location is the best for pick ups and they have a bigger parking lot than pizza hut and it's free parking as well. They have a nice little table for 1 family to sit at. The only drawback is no public restroom. Which is Kenoras #1 drawback lol good luck finding a washroom anywhere in town when the harbourfront is closed.

I'm lactose intolerant. I ordered a pizza with no cheese and what is supposed to be the "milk free" crust. I inspected the pizza before I left and it didn't look like the correct crust. I asked an employee and he insured me I had the milk free crust. I got home and started eating it, only to taste butter and milk. I spent the rest of the night puking. This is the last time I will be eating at this place. 40 dollars to puke up acid... Great. This isn't the first time either. Last time I ordered, I recieved a pizza that had pieces of shredded cheese mixed in with the garlic. Ps... This business delivered a half eaten pizza to friends of ours. Ridiculous. Save your money.

Extremely disappointed. A nice young lady answered and took my order said 30 mins. After 45 mins I called just for confirmation a very rude gentleman answered and explained that my order would not be ready for 30-45 mins. Puzzled I explained I already placed my order for delivery 45 mins prior and he said he hasn’t even started yet. I asked why, his explanation was he is the only one working by himself knowing this wasn’t true I asked him what about the young lady who answered the phone 45 minutes ago. He fell silent and I had to tell him to cancel my order. Being busy is fair and understandable but don’t lie. Basic manners.

Sometimes I order from this location when I'm in the neighborhood. The deliveries are always timely (my friend lives only a few blocks away) and the pizzas are always hot and tasty. We usually go for the Philly cheese steak. It's a little pricey and only available in medium format for some reason, but it makes a nice treat every now and then.

Not the best dominos I've had, but far from the worst. Super friendly staff, the usual dominos menu choices. It's a refreshing change to the other pizza places in town and definitely not anywhere near as greasy as one of the other big name pizza places in town.

I'm in town for a judo competition and stoped by the Dominos to get cheese pizza for my boys supper. Not only was it was very pricey, the pizza was horrible! I got a thin-crust which tasted like cardboard and it was over cooked with a small amount of cheese. I'm super disappointed and should have gone to Pizza Pizza ????

it's disappointing for a first time order that you charged me 20.67 but i have an email proof that i only need to pay 13.77 cad because i entered the order code from the coupons you gave out per apartment around NDg area. i called the manager and she said the next time i'll order i will have a 6.90 dollar minus . we'll see if i order next time and it will be okay . i feel bad for the delivery man waiting for me to finish talking before paying, although it is my right to complain because the online order does not coincide with your system.

It's fine for a once in a while occasion but like all Domino's their condiments customization option is a scam, even at "normal" they consistently go for light condiments and there is nothing you can do about that. Cause there is no way for a costumer to know what all the different levels really look like on your pizza. Plus $$$.

Went to pick up my order chicken didn’t look cooked ask them to heat it up in the oven. Got home and the cheesy stick was practically burnt and had no marinara sauce. They should learn how to double check orders and make sure everything is right before giving to the clients and not be rude.

Your basic dominos! We got take out and used the online order so that we could get the Monday deal (50% off pizzas), we tried using it on the phone but it was online only! The staff were nice and polite over the phone and had our pizza ready upon pick up. I like the online tracker bar so awesome they have that feature when you order online! The only minor issue was I requested square cutting on one of the pizzas but that’s okay no big deal - still tastes the same!

This dominos does have a superior quality Dominos Pizza. I always order online and get great service. Once the order was messed up and they had a great attitude and approach. A great team. I don't like fast food, and I usually would not eat Dominos, but this branch is pretty cool. Also download their online app and order from there, on delivery it even tracks what stage your order is at until it gets to your door. I love that!

We specified on the Domino's App that we wanted to pay in Cash the order was 25$ and we had a 50 dollar Bill . The Delivery man said it was in there policy not to carry Change . So we were forced to go out in the thunder storm to get change . No where on the app did it say that You can't give 50 $ and for the delivery guy not to carry 25$ seems ridiculous to me . Pizza took 20 minutes longer than "maximum" time for delivery. Part of the order was missing. When I called to explain that I was missing items, the guy thought I was just trying to order more food. When he finally understood the situation, he said "I guess we'll send it out on our next delivery". I asked if they could send it out now so my family could start eating. He said " Yeah OK" and hung up. They never showed up with the missing pieces. The website order tracker that says "Kaylee is double checking your order for perfection!" is obviously a load of B.S. The food we did get was good, so, 2 stars.

Ordered a chicken alfredo pizza, I had no clue that there was marinara sauce in chicken alfredo period. So lookup the toppings and base sauces which is ALFREDO NOT PIZZA MARINARA. Over the years they've always been consistently good. Staff are excellent to deal with, very friendly and professional (on the phone calling in order as well as delivery drivers). I have absolutely no complaints but only praise for this place. Working full time I truly appreciate their reliability, consistent quality service and product. A+.

Let's say I've never seen a stupid policy and service in my life. ( Better not laugh about this real story ). I came at the dominos at 11pm and it says it close at midnight. I enter in the shop and they say we are close. " It says 12 on Google " I replied. He told me, "well only deliveries are open till midnight". Well I said it's going to take more time to deliver than me waiting here right ? He told me I have no choice ! Well after he asked me for delivery address I just said my address Is just in front of your door can you deliver ? He said yes I have to charge you 3 dollars tho even if you are waiting outside. Well I said ok then ! ( I was hungry :p ). So now while I'm writing this I'm waiting my delivery in front of dominos cause it's not pick up apparently. Hahaah. Well 1 star cause its the stupidest thing I've ever seen in my life. Good job !

Once I ordered a Large Mexican and my bill came up to 26$ Plus Tip I paid 31$. This is unacceptable! They better be honest to their customers. Last time I ordered from them. With that amount I could buy 3 Large Pizzas from any other pizzeria! :(

Terrible customer service. Driver claimed he didn't have 5$ change thinking my son would give him a 5$ tip on top of the 2.99 delivery charge. When my son told him to keep the pizza at which point the driver magically found change. When I sent an email to complain I got a call from an arrogant manager claiming it is he said she said and he washes his hand of the whole thing

Called to (of course) order a pizza, and was informed that we had to pay for a previous pizza. The previous pizza had been given to us for free because upon arriving, their debit machine wasn't working and since we had no other form of payment, they gave us the pizza "for free" because of the inconvenience. The delivery boy was very apologetic and told us not to worry. Very nice of them! When we recalled the story to the manager (or so he says he was one) he said it wasn't his problem we had no other form of payment so basically, pay up. I informed him that it wasn't OUR problem their machine wasn't working and that we're not the ones running their business, and had we known it would be an issue we would have just not taken the pizza. To make a long story short - guy lost it. I was sworn at (every word you can imagine), called "my dear," he told me to "go stuff myself" (I'm a woman, so I WONDER what that could have meant??), I was told to shut the **** up, he made fun of the way I talked, and gave us a fake name for the store owner when I asked for it. We ended up ordering from Boston Pizza. It was delicious.

Great pizza, pretty solid delivery times, as well. Tastes different from the pizza from the states, for some reason, but that may just be me. Only problem for me is how the pizza is cut, often I find the pizza rips at the end of the cut when I try to pull it. Other than that, great pizza. Please have a great day if you're reading this.
