The food is excellent but the price seem excessive. 48 dollars for 2 orders chicken balls and chicken fried rice and a small white rice. I bet more people would eat there more often if they didn't feel like they were being ripped off.

Vegetarian cold rolls were very large and very tasty. The tom yum shrimp soup was also delicious—not super spicy, but still had some heat to it, and the shrimp were fully peeled, which I always appreciate. The vegetable rice noodle house had a very large portion size; my parents shared it and were satisfied. Overall, food was very good and service was fast. Definitely an enjoyable experience. (However, some of the menus are outdated, including prices—these menus are red, while the up to date ones are more yellow.)

Thai food is expertly prepared and impeccably spiced, but staff are rather brusque and disorganized. Chairs are unbearably uncomfortable and tea service is clueless - no pots, just a mug of hot water with tea bag on the side (??!?). Stay away on Friday - take-out business means you'll wait.

I ORDERED 3 DISHES FROM THE ONLINE MENU.!! MISTAKE THE ONLINE MENU - I WAS TOLD WAS 7 YEARS OLD? PRICES WERE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER WHEN I GOT THERE TO PICK UP THE ORDER. TOLD THAT THEY HAD TRIED TO HAVE THE SITE TAKEN DOWN. I DON'T THINK SO!! NO EXCUSE. PEOPLE SHOULD BE TOLD WHEN MAKING THE ORDER THAT THE ONLINE IS WRONG!!!! NOT HAPPY FOOD WAS GOOD AND PORTIONS WERE SATISFACTORY.

Ordered takeout Chinese and when we got home opened the lemon chicken and it was dried out and over cooked. Batter was very dark. Imagine sending that home with a customer! Green beans in fried rice? Raw anyway. No soya sauce packets. Used to be a good step above place but the last two times we ate there - gone down hill. Done going there.

You look at this place from the outside and you're like, "Oh, cool, a greasy little hole-in-the-wall joint." Then you go inside and you're like, "What? This is...kinda classy..." Then you go into the restroom (which in Canada are called "washrooms") and you think, "Maybe this place IS a greasy little hole-in-the-wall joint?" Then you look at the menus and you're like, "Damn, that looks like some classy food." It was a real roller coaster ride of a dining experience. The service was impeccable: Seated right away, served right away, questions answered, food brought out quickly. All around very pleasant.

Every time I eat here it has been awesome. The staff are a great bunch. I find them fast and friendly. Service with a smile. I work in the area from out of town. They have opened their doors to our party many times well after hours. You just can't find that hardly anywhere these days. You will have a hard time finding better Thai food than this in Southern Ontario. If you are new to this style of food they are happy to explain what it is. Everything I have had here has been really good at a fair price. Treat yourself and try it!!

i will say the food was good but the my first visit friday night ended on a bad note. when i payed my bill the other couple and our order were on one order slip and i will admit when i picked out what my wife and i had to pay i made a mistake. ( 1 reason i hate 2 separate orders on one slip) i picked the wrong order to pay because the writing was not that clear and the lighting didn't help. after i payed i realized i payed too much and a correction was made. well i think i picked the wrong night to ask to correct my payment so i would get some money back. the first girl who was helping me got all upset and told the other girl to take over she was not dealing with it. our waitress took the matter in her own hands and gave me the difference back in cash. ( didnt seem happy about it) just a bit of advise weather you like it or not or who is right or wrong customer satisfaction is the key to returning customers. i work in retail and trust me i know bad moments but i always do my best to satisfy my customer even if i don't agree with them and i always smile. will i return after that experience ???? most likely NOT! the food was good but chatham has many good other restaurants i have been to and never experience this rudeness over a check out mistake.

I've came from out of town twice now and both times my experience was superb. I look forward to coming here and is a must try for something different. The noodle dishes are fantastic plus the udon plates come out on a sizzingly hot plate which is a cool experience. The staff have been super attentive and friendly. Overall I would recommend this to any of my friends coming here from out of town, also if they live in town, they need to come more haha. TL:DR- Fantastic food, friendly staff, I recommend to give it a try from an out of town perspective ????

We ordered at 6:30pm and the food arrived cold at 8pm, spent $80 to have my guests sitting around waiting and waiting, on a Saturday night I would have expected better service. Will not be eating their food again.The driver blamed the restaurant and they blamed the driver, when I called to check on the food the cheerful girl told me I could get a free dish next time we ordered, no thanks.

I live in Chatham and been here a few times. I agree with the other guy. Wait staff feel like they are doing you a favor. They start vacuuming while customers and eating and talking. Got take out from there once. The beef n mixed vegetables smelled a little off. But ate some anyway. Got the shits within couple hours. Haven't eaten there since.

Normally the food here is okay for Chatham. Customer service is not the greatest especially when they’re busy. Tonight I had the worst service ever. I called 40 minutes ahead to get my food and when I arrived to pick up they said my food would take longer which I accepted. But it turned out they gave my food to another customer who brought it back and they just repackaged everything. Not even a sorry. The one lady with the glasses just says the other person was out only seconds, to which I said would you eat this if it were you? Definitely not coming back again.

20 minutes after placing our order and paying, they tell us certain items aren't available. Fine, they refund us. Only they gave us the coin change, and then took the bill change back to the register, right in front of us, and said they gave us back our money, we must have put it away already? Best Chinese food ever! I don't even live in Chatham anymore and let me just say all the Chinese food places I have ever tried nothing compares to Rice & Noodles! We ordered Chinese food dinner for 4, which was amazing large portions buffet style at our table, the lemon chicken is so good, and nothing is better then they're homemade sauces they are very good! My boyfriend ordered the almond crusted shrimp and everyone else at the table including him were very impressed! The chef sometimes when he can will visit the tables to make sure your food is great , a nice personal touch! Extremely tasty , can't wait to come through Chatham again to make it a point to go to Rice & Noodle!
