The Nest is a Chatham right of passage. Great place to hang out listen to live music (on most nights) and drink some beverages.

Simply the place to go for musicians... Open mic nights, live music on weekends and the Satellite is next door which provides decent bar food. Waitresses are always very genial and courteous and the patrons are usually laid back. All in all a great spot to hangout for live music or simply shoot some pool with friends in Chatham. Cheers, J~

Ahhhh, the Nest. This place is a Chatham staple. They have live music, local talent, and a fun atmosphere. The Nest is the closes thing that Chatham has to an actual Irish Pub. While not perfect, it's a great deal of fun. (FYI, the bathrooms are... terrible)

Legendary Chatham bar. Music is a little much sometimes though, but that's just Chatham music scene. If I had to give you one recommendation... Don't visit if hardcore bands are playing. It defeats the purpose of a pub.

Has an awesome laid back atmosphere on week days/nights. Whether you want to nurse a beer, play a game of pool or both. Weekends are pretty bangin. Gets a decent club vibe going, depending what band is playing. Best prices downtown. Staff are spectacular no matter when you're in, always quick and have super sonic hearing. Definitely Chathams go to bar, our own "Cheers"

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner the food is always amazing!!! The eggs cooked perfectly, the homes fries are delicious and seasoned to perfection. The Greek burger was absolutely scrumptious, as was the the chicken buffalo wrap. The wrap had a perfect balance of spice! Super friendly, awesome staff is the very best!!!

3 people went there for dinner. My one friend and I had a few bites of our food and sent it back. Meat is dry, my steak was so tough and full of fat and grizzle. We were going to have dessert so at least we had something to eat but they only had one option for dessert (pie) so if you don't like pie, there were no options for you. Food was taken off the bill but we left hungry. Not the best service. Would not go there again.

At first glance this place really isn't much however wait until later and the place comes to life. It seems that the locals will gather here much later in the evening for some fun. If you are looking for a bar to hit up in town make this one of your stops for a late night drink.

This place used to be the only bar in chatham. So you'd have to go there if you wanted to go out. And they'd wait until about the time you'd be having ok conversation to crank the music way to loud. On the upside if you fall down the back stairs and end up in a coma you get an ok settlement.

Nice, kind of small making it tight for space or finding a place to sit. Difficult to purchase food or drink if not going during the week. Would recommend ear protection for how loud the live music is.

If you're looking for a elegant atmosphere it may not be your place, however, for a classic "cheers" style pub where everyone know your name kind of bar you've found it. Decent selection of taps with local craft brews as well as your standard domestics. Live bands and my all time favorite for a bar like this, free peanuts.
