WOW just WOW! I suggested to my wife that we should try Craves tonight. She went and picked up a small Sonic for herself and a large Breakfast for me. Bear with me as we are both in a food coma. Both were outstanding. She just about finished her “small” portion. In an effort of self preservation I made the smart decision to save half of my “large” for breakfast tomorrow. I suspect it will taste just as good tomorrow, with a fried egg on top.

When these guys first opened he was charging $8 for a large. Then several months later he increased it to $10 which I figured ok I understand, it's only $2 increase. My wife picked up a large poutine recently and she paid $14 for a large?!?!?! Come on guys. This is ridiculous. Is greed taking over? Although you guys have great poutine, increasing your prices over and over isn't smart business. Ridiculous! Don't tell me it's about anything other than greed. Almost doubling the price doesn't make any sense other than greed. Get your act together and use your brain.

The mac and cheese is disgusting. It was an unflavored bowl of water and noodles. There was absolutely no creamyness to the sauce, no cheese flavor at all. I tossed 15$ worth of mac and cheese directly into the garbage!!

The best poutine/ family owned restaurant in town.. genuinely, and sincerely owned establishment who has worked his way up to be different and stand out. My kids love it and Chatham kent needed a tiny place as this. Always great service and super super friendly staff. Love how they stand out in there food and what they have to offer with low cost. I also love how genuine the owner and his family truly are. To me that is success worth supporting! See you guys soon!

EDIT: Started out great but as times gone on, it has become increasingly difficult to get an answer on phone to place an order for delivery, not because of busy signal but because nobody answers the phone or calls back if you leave a message! Is a good way to lose loyal customers fast. ???? Amazing food! Great quantity for the prices definitely fills ur tummy ???? and best of all...real ingredients..real home made burgers. Personally can say best delivery food out there! If you haven't tried it yet, you have to!! Walk in or delivery-you wont be disappointed ????????

AMAZING FOOD. No matter what I order it's always phenomenal. The pulled pork poutine is amazing. The mac and cheese bites are also a favorite. I tried the fajita poutine and loved it. The staff is always helpful and smiling. Its perfect for stopping in for a quick lunch or to sit down and enjoy some good food.

But my review is mostly about one special staff member there named Brittany , she is so bubbly and happy every time I have been in, she recommended the steak poutine to me and it is now my all time favourite poutine. Bright exterior that really brightens up the neighbourhood with a clean, nicely decorated interior. The girl at the counter reccomended the steak fries which I was hesitant to order. However I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that it came with thin slices of flank steak instead of tough thick pieces. The steak was sweetly marinated with a heaping portion of fries and curds. I was convinced I was in Montreal eating authentic Quebec poutine. The house sauce was also amazing! Highly recommend this place!!

Have to say, i have heard so many great things about this place, but i feel it was just average. We had some poutines, gyros and a burger, nothing special. All was good but no "wow" factor. Woth giving it a try if you haven't, and if you love poutines, you'll likely love this place.

A lot of food at a reasonable price. The fries were top notch. I went with a large original poutine and got a fill up and a later snack out of the order. The menu is overwhelming with poutine options. My only quibble is I prefer a more potent gravy myself but I doctored it up no problem. Good value.

A wonderful shop selling poutine. The fries are made fresh and by the order. They keep it simple selling burgers and a few other items. Their best features are the fresh cut fries smothered in you favorite poutine topping (or just straight up fries) and the super friendly service.

This weekend I have had lunch at this cool restaurant that served the best mix of poutine that I have only seen in Toronto. I ordered the pulled pork poutine and it was juicy and delicious. I'm told that one of their newest poutine is called the Mexican (spicy with crunch, splashed with gravy and curds....its on my next visit). I'm not from Chatham but I'll make the trip again. Great staff and fresh food.

Craves is headed to Blenheim. We popped in today for a gyro and breakfast poutine in Chatham to check them out. OMG..dynamite. Wolfed down every bit. Guys are going to kill it in Blenheim and local eats r gonna have to up their game. I would divert off the 401 from London to Windsor to enjoy this feed. One of the best tastes since leaving the GTA for good. Da bomb. Promise to work thru the whole menu.

I am a huge fan of Craves and have tried every poutine on the menu. While not authentic poutine in the strictest sense, the owner added his personal spin to the concept and ran away with it. The gravy is superb. The various combinations are amazing. Love the Buffalo chicken, the perogie, the fajita, basically if they have it I love it. Keep up the amazing work guys!

What can I say, Crave’s is the absolute ‘creme-de-la-creme’ of Poutineries in Chatham! Well, okay, I suppose they are the only actual ‘Poutinerie’ in Chatham, but that doesn’t mean they rest on their laurels!! They have a huge variety of poutines that will appeal to every taste — from the tried-and-true Classic, to the delicious ‘Sonic’ to the ‘Farmer’s’ breakfast-inspired poutine, Craves is sure to have something that you WILL enjoy! The front-line staff are friendly, courteous, and eager to please. The owner is present, involved, and is always ensuring that customers feel valued and taken care of. The only thing I’d have to say that is remotely critical is that there could be more seating for eat-in customers. Enjoy!

My husband rdered a chicken gyro 3/5 And I got a Cheese burger 4/5. Our daughter got a (Farmer's) poutine, which is what we all should've ordered. It was simply put - awesome!!! And the portions are bloddy generous. I'm giving Craves Poutinerie a 5/5 cause if you go to a place like that and don't order a poutine, that's on you!!

Super friendly staff. Lots of parking. Fries of course are great. I'm a vegetarian so it was a treat to fid out they 1) use vegan gravey and 2) make a type of poutine I have been CRAVING for years! Before transitioning to vegetarian I would look forward to the Royal Winter Fair where there is a booth that sells a Cheeseburger Poutine and it's my favorite thing. Not only does Craves sell one but it's arguably better and it did not need the meat whatsoever, if anything that would have been too much. It's got pickles, cheddar sauce, curds, red onions, tomatos... and I added a generous drizzle of mustard and ketchup to complete the cheeseburgerness. Really affordable prices, small was a generous serving for just myself. I'm only staying in Chatham for a few weeks for work but I'm debating on going back for seconds while I still can.

We stopped in when it seemed pretty quite. The owner was very polite and was very happy to go through the post popular items on the menu and what he recommended. He went with the pulled pork poutine. The fries were crispy and hot, the cheese curds were fresh and stringy. Just perfect! By the time we were done there were close to a dozen guests, so you know it's good. Well done for a small town Chatham Business. I am looking forward to seeing a Windsor location in the future.

I ordered a cheese burger and poutine. It came to $13. For nearly $8 I was expecting a top notch sandwich. Not only did they give it to me without asking about toppings, they actually use disgusting oil based processed cheese. And don't just give everyone the works. I expected they would ask me. First time in here and all in all it was good. Place is small room for 12, we got ours to go. Homemade style burger, juicy and hot even after the drive home. I don't eat poutine but had fries and gravy. Tasted good but only downside was so much gravy I had a pool of it left when I was done. Comparable pricing to fast food chains but much better and more food. Staff was friendly. We'll be back.

Went to craves recently and had their cheeseburger and fries. DELICIOUS. The fries were fantastic and the burger was perfectly cooked. You can tell it was freshly made and not frozen. This is the best place in Chatham for French Fries and poutine. They have a lot of choices for different types of poutine toppings, such as meats and vegetables. I prefer the classic, but many people like the toppings here. The portions are reasonable and the price is good for what you get.

After spending day getting Christmas tree & not knowing what was open or available, we stumbled across Craves on Google Maps and it sounded great. Very fast service, food was super tasty and now a carload of family that are very full and more importantly, happy and no longer “hangry”. Did I say they were fast... We ate everything too fast and didn’t get any pics but it looked great too!

Never have I ever had a bad experience here. Eat here at least once every two weeks if not more often. My kids love their fries (on their own of course) my husband likes to try something new every time and I'm a stickler with my breakfast poutine. It's absolutely amazing!!! Literally to die for. If you get the large it's two sunny side up eggs on top of fries gravy cheese curds, green onion bacon and drizzled with their special house sauce.
