So far so good, this new restaurant in place of crabby joes, they did some very nice renovations really looks like they opened it up a lot, patio was good lots of sun out front maybe not so muh under the big white canopy that many tables share. The staff was friendly and even took the umbrella down for us. Menu has many great choices and the food was good, and well priced (for now I'm sure). ;)

I’ve gone a few times over the last week. Service varies each time. Last night was the worst service I’ve had in a while. Item were forgotten several times, mosquitoes were horrible and the manager had poor customer service and was very unfriendly. They were clearly understaffed which reflects more on management than it did our server who had several tables to herself.

Great food and service. The downsides are the booths are not very big so it's tough when you have big boned family it is tough to fit comfortably. As well the prices look good but they have a mandatory fee called the honest to goodness fee, this makes the cost for from a really good price to about the normal cost.

I have been here twice. The service and food was exceptional the first time; however, the second time we were actively ignored for 20 minutes while other people who came after us were taken care of. I even tried getting the attention of the young lady who seated us and she didn't respond, so we left. I'm giving 2 stars because our first time was a good experience, however we will not be back.

Went to Chucks Roadhouse today and ordered the bacon wrapped filet mignon. Had one bite and the meat was spoiled. There was a taste and smell of rotting meat. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I have concerns about their kitchen practices.

The first time I was at Chuck's Roadhouse was just last week and I would have give it a five star today on a Thursday I got the same Burger and I got a the kids meal Burger and I would say that both of them are overcooked and taste a little burnt but my wife's fish and chips were good I expect a place that's charge an extra 3%for freshness should at least know how to cook the food

Great photos on the website but here's what the meal actually looks like. Got takeout, this is the chicken tacos and paid the additional price to upgrade to onion rings. Six soggy onion rings. There are some other items in the order, but seeing the tiny quantities of everything for the price (including Chuck's "honest to goodness" tax) and tipping in advance, there's no way I'm coming back here.

We ordered takeout. Everything was amazing but the garlic bread. Not much cheese ( we ordered it with cheese) and paid I believe about $3 more for. Taste of garlic was minimal, and it was not toasted at all. That was one Item I always looked forward to. We will still enjoy your chicken wings and fingers! Thank!

Had the medallion steak because I was told Chuck’s steaks are the best menu item. The corn on the side was cold. The fries were typical fries, no issue there. But the steak was one of the worst I had ever had. It was cooked perfectly but lacked ANY flavour! The bacon it was wrapped in, was barely cooked (not sure how that happens). I detest steak sauce as I like to enjoy the flavour of the steak but since it didn’t have any I had to drown it in sauce to choke it down. The service was barely acceptable. I know for a fact that she could have sold a lot more drinks to our table if she returned more frequently. The biggest concern we had at our table was the lack of adherence to Covid precautions by staff. They continually touched their masks, wearing them under their noses or even on their chins while preparing drinks! We did NOT witness staff hand washing in between tables of delivery of ‘clean’ dishes & collecting ‘dirty’ ones. Please for the safety of ALL your patrons, Educate your staff (& maybe even yourself) in means of infection control & transmission! Ever heard of Typhoid Mary???? Maybe we shouldn’t go out to eat but then a lot more businesses would close their doors if we didn’t try to support them!!! We are trusting you with our safety & you clearly let us down that night! Do better Chucks! Please

I finally went there for the first time like a week and a half ago and I went there another time since already and I can't wait to go again. The first time I had the ribs and steak and the steak was unbelievable. The second time I got nachos after 9:00 p.m. and they were good for the price I'm just glad that they were half off.

Very good Covid-19 Distancing measures, and barriers. The food is good, and surprisingly fast. Friendly service, and of course because it's a Roadhouse, cold beer!! Many selections for big screen viewing. Daily specials are definitely worth trying!!

This used to be a Crabby Joe's, but the changeover has been a breath of fresh air. They still have the amazing loaded cheese fries but their steaks are amazing and their burgers are tasty. Same great experience with a better menu.

I ordered food online for a pick up ahead of time. Ordered around 2 for 540 pm pick up. Got to the restaurant and their phone was not working, website said to call and they would bring food out to the car. Waited in line for over and hour in the cold and before I got in to ask about my order someone came out with it. I asked if it was just made and the lady said yes. The food was just warm when I got home. The fries were fairly cold, burgers were charred to the point of burnt. The whole meal was very meh. Overall not a great experience. Not to mention all the other people in line with similar issues.

Good place for bar food. The servers are very friendly. They have moved some big screens outside on the patio during the pandemic so you can get the sports bar atmosphere outside.

It was not very busy however the service itself was excellent. My issue was with my food. It seemed to have it delivered rather quickly considering it was a full rack of ribs however I don't feel they were anything close to fall off the bone type of ribs. I rather had to chew them off the bone. My poutine was great but rather small in a bowl and did I say the service was excellent? Yes those stars are for the service that's for sure.

Worst experience ever in a restaurant. Ordered our meal three came correctly and mine did not. I tell the server she brings back something for someone else at table and says I didn't have time to figure out what happened to your meal..I just told her. Then mine finally comes while eveyone else is almost done eating and the steak is hot the lobster tail and potatoes were cold! No apologies I was at this point an inconvenience to them. She said will get ya new potatoes and lobster after 20 mins more she said oh let me go Check on your food. Then says another 5 mins...I told her we could just pack it up at this point as I wasn't going to make the other three people wait. Eyes rolling she packed it up. Brought the bill and took 3.00 off it nothing else no apology just rude as can be!!! Never eat here again such a sorry excuse for a restaurant! No customer service!

Wings are a safe bet. Wouldn't get a steak here. Have tried in the past and has always been overdone and tough. Not sure where they get their proteins from, but they don't spend a lot on their steaks

Sauce isn't cooked with the meat it is added after. Not the same flavours because it doesn't go into the meat. Fish had several bones in it. My son got one stuck in his tongue. Lucky he was able to pull it out and showed me and his brother.

Waited in freezing wind. We day in back corner next to staff ordering station. People kept brushing by me forcing me to have to move constantly. The ribs were not meaty , sad little burger for grand daughter frys were good. My club house was burnt toast wet drippy coldslaw little chicken one peace bacon broken. The staff was very nice . $100.00 plus 20% tip. I should have sent food back . Next time I come I want good food not slop.

Overall our dinner was pretty good. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The spinach and cheese dip was really good. I had the rib and wing combo. Rib sauce was really good and they give you plenty on the ribs and on the side. Unfortunately the ribs were over cooked. The wings were awesome; very meaty and flavourful. My wife had chicken tacos. She would have preferred grilled chicken; she said they were like chicken fingers. She said the sauce was really good and she liked the sweet potato fries. She enjoyed her meal.

We had had 20 oz steak with baked potato, horseradish, lobster and corn. Steak was grilled to perfection. Had two waitresses they were on it. We will return....the 30 ounce beers were great. Outside patio was perfect.

Their food was so good that we went back there for dinner the next night too. My steak was cooked (med rare) to perfection. I had the chicken wings the next night and they were big and crispy, which I love. I've eaten at the one in London a couple of times too, and it also was delicious, despite my daughter getting an overcooked lobster tail. They cooked her another one for her that was perfect. Great food at great prices.

Wasn't too bad since the revamp. All new menu aka Crabby Joes, I ordered the corn on the cob steak + lobster tail was great! Corn a bit chewy, Rest of fam ordered Burger + fries thru app for pick-up. Need more options for what u want on your order. Wasn't ready for the time specified also when we arrived. Remodeled is very nice! Hard to say if it was just a take out thing. I'll have to try more dishes and get the dine-in experience after social distancing done. Did observe doors + tables also being wiped down also. ???? Up to that!

Under cooked bacon on my burger that was so dried out and tasteless looked like a hockey puck asked for no tomato ???? of course I had one on the plate it looked like it was a albino tomato. Wasn't busy so we were seated right away. Food and service was mediocre at best. Ordered a coffee and when it arrived with no cream was told "we don't have any" asked for some milk then I was brought a little condiment side bowl with milk. The fries were hotter than my steak. A 3% fee/surcharge was added to my bill with no explanation. Was not impressed. Needless to say we will not be heading back there anytime soon. I would have enjoyed fast food drive thru better than what I got from there.

Food is decent for this style of restaurant. Prices are reasonable. Website is buggy for online orders (doesn't seem to process payment for me anymore, which is frustrating). Service quality varies: I've had both good and bad experiences. Parking lot is undersized and frustrating.
