New in town and was told to give this place a try..glad I did. They really make an effort to keep things Irish.. That being said, I saw that they had a local cook-off between two local "chefs". This time it was between 2 corn beef sandwiches which my lady and I both love! We both agreed on the winner.... Both were good though. Great place, great staff and music.....we shall definitely return!!

In terms of Chateauguay dining there are few decent options but ye old is one of them. The menu is pretty simple but the staff are great and always welcoming. We go there regularly and are always greeted warmly. They have live bands several times a week and sponsor a number of theme nights on slower week days. If you're looking for a low stress option and a nice night out with family or as a couple, you cant fo wrong with the Orchard!

Very friendly bilingual staff. The food here is fantastic! Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to take photos of my food... I think it’s because I was enjoying the conversations with the staff and others around us. We ordered chicken nachos which I recommend, as well as fried pickles, and a few other dishes. Went around 11pm to get some food and drink after a long day. Bar was full but only 1 other table of about 8 people there. Took awhile for a server to come around ~15 mins, and was told the only food they had available was nachos. Staff was friendly, but was still quite disappointing.

This place is a real gem. While it was a first visit for me, when I’m in the area, I’ll be sure to make a return visit. The place was busy on a Friday night, but arrived during happy hour. The waitress suggested we order multiples, and that suggestion was followed. $5 pints is always a treat - and the selection of available draft was decent. I decided on a Rolling Rock and a Mill Street (Stout). The menu is varied and there is surely something for every taste and hunger. I settled on the classic pub fare (fish and chips). An enjoyable experience. The service was attentive and responsive - even during the early evening rush. Drop in. Drink up.

*** update to review below A little bit of Dublin right in Châteauguay. This pub, part of a few old orchards in Montreal, had everyone’s hopes it would live up to the others standards. Although the few members of the staff that have remained over the years are amazing this place is often a revolving door which takes away from the experience. (Adryanne you rock!) what this place is missing is good marketing and consistent staff. The old age adage comes in handy here, treat your employees right and then will take care of your clients. *** I have to stay the stuff has really upped their game over my last few visits. You can see they are investing more in staff and marketing. The last few visits I have been wowed by the service and quality. Adryanne really takes this place to a new level.

It had 1 small pickle 1 small piece of tomatoe and few layers of onions. In terms of Chateauguay dining there are few decent options but ye old is one of them. The menu is pretty simple but the staff are great and always welcoming. We go there regularly and are always greeted warmly. They have live bands several times a week and sponsor a number of theme nights on slower week days. Service is very slow and disorganized. Even when calling weeks ahead for a large group with a special menu, it took us over 3 hours to get our food. We once waited 45 minutes to get nachos even tgough we were the only people there. It was so cold near the windows, that we had to wear our coats.

We used trip advisor to find this restaurant and after reading the reviews tried it out. The staff were very friendly, and spoke both English & French. The food was very good and since we ordered off the express menu came out very quickly. There were about nine tv's there showing sports and even being half full or more was not very loud so you could talk.
